can you do a vid where you explain all the mods done? in 1 year I am able to drive alone and want to get an e36 as well and do a m54 swap, so I really enjoy your content. Keep it up
@@MarcBeberan A full video covering all the mods done to this E36 will be done at some point, but it won’t be coming out too soon. @@OGBemfa serious??? Dude, since it's not blowing in the wind, what's positioned on the exhaust? Could you tell me the model brand? I have a JBL lavalier, but it blows in any wind. Thanks bro, it will help me a lot!
Quick question boys have a 94 318is , long story short have a full swap out of a 99 323is bought the essentials ( new fly wheel bolts brass pivot etc) now I wanna save up for a 6cy is the m54 drop in plug in play like the m52 would Be ? ( I know obd1 to obd etc ) but as in any special mounts ??
Not exactly plug and play due to the cooling and fuel lines. Nah no special mounts. Engine is literally the same as M50/52. Just make sure you use the right oil pan. If you plan on getting an M54, get the 3.0 so that the swap will be worth it.
@@dveigas6084 First off, I should say this E36 isn’t mine. I own an E30 and an E46. Between the two, I’d always pick the E30 for this type of driving because it’s just more fun. You can throw it around like a toy. That said, I’ve driven this E36 a couple of times, and it’s incredibly planted. It does exactly what you want, every time. Out of the three, it’s probably the best overall. But looking at it objectively, I think all three can be a blast if set up the same way. The thing is, my E46 is basically stock, except for lowering springs. My friend, who owns this E36, absolutely swears by it, and I get it. It really is the best of both worlds. It combines the E30’s lightness with the E46’s precision. Still, I’d pick the E30 over anything else. It’s got that classic car vibe that makes it super fun, even if it’s not the fastest through corners.
Any chance of a cheeky set up guide? Looking to record my 330i with some microphones like this but need some input from someone who has them set up right (you)
wait, are you using a z3 gauge cluster? or a 323ti one? Because it doesnt have the l/100km gauge. But you have the m logo in the middle witch only the e36 m3 had i think, but the e36 m3 one goes up to 8k rpm. Is it just a z3/compact cluster with the m logo in the middle? or is this an actual cluster version that i didn't know about?
Yes, it's a MOMO Montecarlo wheel. This is a custom solution (there's no horn button haha). But you can get an actual BMW horn button for a MOMO wheel from Evilspeed.
@@slobodanlazic2127 Everyday all the time or like a section of the road? The car doesn’t really suffer that much when driving like that. Not my car. My friend is driving here, so I can't give you a concrete answer. However, I did drive this car a couple of times and it's not that bad. It's stiff, but not crashing. It handles the obnoxious little bumps pretty well.
