In the rock dug portion, the channels in the walls are from where a door/partition used to be. Pretty common stuff back in the day for tunnels to have them.
In my old workshop I used to do metalwork, a bit of forging and small woodwork(Beginner DIY stuffs). I don't know if I will be able to forge in the cellar, so mainly woodwork with a bit of metalwork also.

At around 12 min I use Maya a 3D software for VFX and Animation, I use it day to day for my job
