Tip, so you don't have to work as much when cutting the thread slots, don't make the side pieces out of a single piece of wood, rather, two. One's whole, the other segmented to make up the empty spaces. Glued and nailed, it works equally as good as the whole, in some cases (depending on grain orientation, cracks, and checks in the wood) even better.
Edit: since you have the 3d model of the space, more or less, why not make an CFM sim to see what exactly, it would take to ventilate the volume? You can figure out what the static values (or non aided values) are with one of those cheap air speed devices you can buy these days.

You're right it was a pain, but a good exercise nonetheless. And I wanted to use this wood and only this wood. But for the real stairs I'll keep your method in mind, it's more robust I think since you can adjust more easily. Thanks !

If there is some sunlights, put some plants in the cellar.

Thanks for all your comments ! Unfortunately I don't get sunshine in apart for rare occasions.

@@thevaultedworkshop765 You´re welcome!! But just in case, if you can make a mirror path from the entrance, to the ground, like Egyptians on the Pyramid, or else, just in case you want, of course, if you have a window on the roof, and there is a free space all the way down to the ground floor, for example through the hole of the stairs, maybe opening a window, really thick glass window, on the basement floor and to the ceiling of the basement. Just an Idea.

@@thevaultedworkshop765 I forgot!!!, for cleaning the stones, I have two tips, one is with a pressure washer, which is ok, I already tryed, specially of you have a water exit such a sewage, but you can do through sandblasting, with a proper compressor, I have heard starting 3 hp (better ask a professional but for almost anything that power is recommended), and a sand pistol, and sand, and I think this method is better and is used when painting cars: removing rust and old painting, so you have the whole interior, pretty clean, I think. If too much sand is used, maybe having some sort of sand gathering device stick to the stones with screws, so is rehused. Cheers and keep it going.

Nobody who knows of your workshops journey will judge you by the workbench, everyone who starts from scratch used a shitty workbench. I am glad the humidity is finally under control, one thing that I would be worried (maybe because I'm ignorant on the matter) is if the air intake is on the street, could it suck in carbon monoxide?, since a fire, a shitty engine or stuff like that may emit some close to the intake and it is denser than air, maybe consider a carbon monoxide detector, there are some that are similar to smoke detectors and are not expensive. also a project that could be useful on this begining stage of your shop could be a sawhorse that has the same height than that big step, so you can take advantage of that step as a work surface

Very good Idea for the sawhorse, thanks. I liked working on the concrete level, much sturdier than any workbench :) As for the pollution I'm not to worried, there is a sidewalk and a row of car parked lengthwise as a buffer. But I have a CO detector from my old shop, just need to find it and some new batteries... Cheers
