My family is split, my Dad moved to Sarasota after he visited me when I lived there but my brother in law was like “nope too hot and humid” even after I said you get use to it.

It is one of our favorites and our belief is the best Mexican restaurant in Florida. Very authentic. It might not be much to look at but you will be overwhelmed by the food and the salsa. I had seen a few of your videos. It is interesting to get your take on the restaurants around the area. We are from Missouri too and moved down for retirement in the Villages. When we first married we lived in Pensacola when I was in the Navy. My wife always mentioned that we needed to retire to Florida ever since. She loves the weather. Good luck with your adventures.

Great video! I enjoyed getting to know more about you guys. I too felt G-d calling me to Florida and moved down here last October. I'm so grateful and it's been a wonderful journey. I pray he continues to bless you two and expand your channel. (And here's a few restaurant review suggestions: Piesanos and Reveille Cafe. Any good recommendations for great Chinese food around here? I haven't found a good Chinese place yet.)

The Bamboo Bistro at The Villages is really good but we only got sushi but it seems like they had some Chinese dishes. We will keep searching and you find one, let us know! God Bless!

Great video! You mentioned you use an iPhone camera but what do you use for editing your videos? I recommend the LumaFusion amp for your iPhone. Easy and quick way to edit your videos on your iPhone. BTW, we ate at Cheddars in Ocala that you did a video on. It was STINKING GOOD! Thanks for the recommendation! Keep the channel growing! Good Luck!

You should go to Hawaii I had a timeshare condo in Kauai for 13 years. Been there 30+ times and I think Kauai is the best island because not as much tourists there as the other islands. Great golf courses

@@thealtemlife Funny thing. We saw more of my parents when we lived two hours away than when we lived 10 min apart. Enjoy them while you can. Tember ! You never know what God has for you. When we got married my wife was told she could not have children. Miracle # 1&2 is Dan now 41 and David is 39 with families of their
own. On a side note my wife had a wonderful childhood because she was fortunate enough to be adopted.

I live for years 5 miles from Disneyland park Anaheim, CA. Went many times but it doesn’t compare with Disney world it’s the best.
That is very close to the parks! It would be hard not going every day! We sure love Disney World 😀
As a kid we road are bikes there a lot in the summer before Disneyland got so expensive. I liked knot’s Berry Farm just as much it was free to get in only paid when you went on rides. They had very good restaurants there too.

I never had human kids but I have 2 cats Gunny & Sarge and they run the house hold. I had a Pomeranian name Tuffy he was 15 when I lost him 2 months after I lost my wife so now I just stay with cats.
Love the names of the cats! Wow, 15! We had a cat named Leo that we lost 1.5 years ago. It is always tough losing an animal.

Video suggestion. Drive to Port Canaveral. Eat at Rusty'sAt the Port. We have eaten there 30 years. Favorite wings and peel and eat shrimp. Run by a family. The dad just retired after 50 years. You can see the cruise ships leave.

The "Purist" order is a 3 way and a cheese coney,use the oyster crackers in the bottom of the 3 way to soak up the chili,more like a Greek meat sauce really.
