This came out lovely. I have a photo that I want to put on a shirt and am wondering how to do that. New to all this.

You can just put the photo in a design program like Affinity designer. Make it the size that you need. Save as a png. Print on sublimation paper with sublimation ink. Make sure that the image is mirror. Make sure that the shirt is polyester.

Is it easier just to print an image and put it behind the glass. Or something I'm missing besides trying it to see how it comes put. Which is also useful

yes, you split it in half down the seam

Did you mirror your image?

I did. You don’t have too. My printer just automatically selects for it to mirror and I forgot to have it not be mirrored.

Can I ask why do you want bleeding?

I had bleeding to my design as a bit of wiggle room, so that my design doesn't get cut off when I am placing it wherever i am placing it.
