at 2:00 my pantograph moves but hits the side and I get a servo error. I was thining that the machine would hit an end switch before that but it doesn't seem to be the case.
Hi i have an issue with the red dot thats used in outlining the design. It keeps moving from the middle of designs to the start of a word for example. How do I fix this?

On "set frame origin" I have a red circle block that prevents the tab from opening.

For some reason my monitor reset to default setting. And now it reas 12 heads instead of 15. How can I get it back to reading 15 heads?

use a rubber band crossed on both ends and will find center of any frame
I see one flaw. If we have to set up the frames parameters we don´t have a chart with all the frames and there sewing areas.
Hello, Actually with a purchase of a redline we do provide a chart for our customers to reference to that is adhered on their machine.
