all of these tutorial videos I have seen they are all going way to fast and not telling us which tool is which to use to get started, I have Wilcom , not wilcom hatch but wilcom and i am desperately trying to learn how to do lettering (making words) to digitize and save, step by step like how to save it and get it to my machine to use embroidery do you have any suggestions or do you have the tutorial on how to do this?

dude, I was laughing at the dancing Carlton, and the lady. Anyhow, I have the demo version of hatch. I want to dabble into embroidery, so I'm going to start with digitizing. I have a graphic design background as well. I currently run my own t-shirt printing side business, I do alot of custom design for my day job, which is a Fortune 500 company. If all else fails, at least i learned a new skillset :) I like Hatch alot and will be purchasing it at the beginning of next year.

Hiii!! im having trouble adjusting my hoop . Even though i have it set on regular 100 x 100 it is still small and i can not get the image inside of the hoop . May you please help me please ??

There is a freehand shape tool where you can digitise dragging the mouse around so I'm sure using pen would work too
