Hi, Amy! And A-Team. I just came to share, that I did my resolutions!! For today. I'll do three of them. I also wanted to share this great quote: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". Have a great night. 😊
my friends called me up to ask what we're doing tomorrow and only then did i realise it's 31 dec tomorrow. ive been studying sm, days have started to blur together. this video is my first step to what i hope will be a year where i can balance all aspects of self-improvement like the gym, eating healthy, and social relationships 😩

MY NOTE FOR EVERYONE : if you didn't complete that goal this year you can make it in the next year But you have to keep going DO NOT GIVE UP some stuff take time so being consistent is the key
1. Study maths at least 1 hr per day 2. Exercise: walk at least 5000 steps per day, and one set of strength exercise 3. Diet: eat healty food avoid sugar, reduce bad carbs Start today until 3 weeks
hello internet stranger. your third one is similar to my first one. keep me accountable please? ☺ 1.) No sugar -HAAALP I'm failing big time 😭😭😭 2.) Reduce coffee to 1 cup per day 3.) Daily 10-min yoga (th-cam.com/video/dGEKyTks2UU/w-d-xo.html)
Starting a bit late but- for my three weeks I will 1: 20 minutes every school day, review questions I found tough 2: Take 13 minutes every day to learn coding 3: Plank for 1.5 minutes a day A-Team!🙌
@@LeahRowan 13 minutes a day stacks up to 90 a week. 13 minutes sounds less daunting then 15 minutes, but it's more than 10. It makes it easier for me to accomplish!!🌟
The tips I am gonna be doing are:- 1) do homework as I get it 2) try a cartoony art style 3) the 1.5 mins plank per day Now that I have written them down, there's no going back (Pls like this comment on 31dec, 2024😅) Btw, nice video ❤
So happy I found this community. It gets a bit lonely when the rest of your circle thinks this is too corny or is not for "regular" people. Thank you, Amy and A-Team! ❤
Hi Amy, you are truly a MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION to me, trust me,Amy, if you ever feel like giving up just because you feel like you aren't getting enough views, or millions of subscribers and likes after putting so much hardwork and efficiency into it, your videos are going to the right people, and is truly changing people's lives. Your videos have always been so effective to me and help me a lot, not only in the academics aspect but personal life too! A BIG THANK YOU ❤🎉. Btw, I am going to be focusing on the Productivity/Study part for 3 weeks cause I was really miserable on working on this aspect during 2023, and I will share my progress too!!
WOW thanks so much for your encouraging words!! Knowing my A-team family is behind me makes the hard work easier to do ❤🎉 I appreciate you so so much! Rooting for you and good luck on your habits!!
1. wake up at 4am and focus studying to achieve better grades( study an hour after school and practice math) 2. exercise 40mins after school - focus on strength and speed 3. learning the piano lets learn the chords and how to read a music sheet ( you have a keyboard for 6years learn it while your still young and your parents play music so they can help you) i woke up at 4am today felt good starting on jan 9,2024 update on saturdays hope to see everyones updates for motivation Update: i woke up at 4am everyday except on Friday bc i didn't have to i tried studying but i think i failed my math quiz i just procrastinated too much😭😭
1. When homework is received start as soon as possible and schedule out projects 2. Do 15 pages in Korean textbook 3. 30 min of Abs(15min) and Golf drills (15min) My three week plan :)
@@yourtubehannah I would absolutely love that! I'm Algerian but I have a C1 in English. I recently took the IELTS and scored 7.5 so I can help out if your goal is to take it too.
My chosen habits for the 3-week challenge! 1. Review homework and notes for my math and biology classes periodically (20 mins.) 2. learn how to crochet at least 5 clothing items, I actually would wear 3. Posture exercises In the past, I always wanted to set myself goals for the next year, but I got so overwhelmed by all the habits and skills I wanted to develop that I just gave up without even starting! Thanks to the three categories, I actually was able to choose 3 from the many goals I passively set for myself to actively focus on. Let's see how this will go A-Team!
Update Week 1: So, long story short, I succeeded in 2 of my goals (posture exercises and homework review! Honestly the ones that I didn't I would actually do but I was really motivated by this video!) and didn't quite get the other one done. I think my problem this week was that I forgot about my goals some days since I started the challenge in winter break and had other activities fully distract me from wanting to crochet. Posture exercises were pretty simple to keep track of because I did them directly after getting out of bed and before going to bed. My goal of reviewing my notes was kind of hindered by the fact that I didn't have enough notes to review because it was in the middle of winter break but I did write down what I remembered about the topics we had just before fall break and compare it with my notes and that was just enough to fill out 2 sessions and I filled another 2 by kind of learning the topics that we were going to talk about after winter break. (And we did!!! School started again today so I was able to participate really well in math class and biology class!!) For crocheting, I started to make some fun granny squares that I plan to sew together to form a simple crop top, I have been having fun with it and I genuinely just forgot I was doing this challenge for a full 3 days because I started reading Bram Stokers Dracula and doing research on it so crocheting just got pushed into the background of it all. Anyway, I think this was a really good start to the new year. The fact that I went into it with some clear goals really helped me with using my time wisely and not spiralling because another year has gone by. Next Monday I will post another update!
Thanks to your video! My list looks like this: 1. Get 8 hours of sleep. 2. Learn to code. 3. Posture exercises. I think that the fact that you are making this so dinamic and you are doing all of this to connect our grand A-team! It's really going to help us actually stick to our habits. So helpful, like always, Amy. And thank you for this video. I love, how you are so realistic about implanting these habits, and you enphasize that we start small, many people tend to go overboard, and it just fails like that, but when you start like this, there's a higher chance of it actually working! Like they say, what comes around easy, goes away easy, or something like that. Take care! 😅😊
@@HumanHuman. Wow! You know, I always say this, but thank you so much for this thoughtful comment! I'll probably go with C++. And thank you for the book recommendations!! I'll make you sure to give it a go. Thank you so much, stay blessed and peace be upon you human. Hope the next year is even better than this one. And you are welcome. Likewise. Take care! 😊
@@wamyy5 and I love how awesome your advice is! We absolute got this, we are going to nail it! Amy, with our drive and hard (which includes, smart) work. 😁🔥

wow! when I saw your list my first thought was "thats a lot!", I'm so happy you completely smashed it! What a great start to the year. Good luck to tomorrow and be kind to yourself
Study - 20 minutes revision (for each class I had that day) Cooking - every holiday I learn and practise that dish Exercise - stretching cuz I want those vertical splits that ppl do (I can already do them normally on the floor so that's my new goal!!) Thanks for uploading videos for us ❤️❤️
Hi Amy! I've been your subscriber since you hade less than 1K subscribers, and I remember that I started following your videos because I loved the quality. I'm so grateful that your honest, practical suggestions and advice has continued to get better and I'm really excited to finally act on 3 things I've always wanted to do but never actually acted on!
Wow thanks so much for being here since the very very beginning! Crazy how much our community has grown. I'm so excited to see how you progress! Feel free to let me know if you have any feedback :)
HEY AMY!! I’m Mini and I found about your videos this year and I’m so grateful I did! You motivate me to keep going and tips on how to improve in my academics and life have helped me so much!!! I hope you have a happy new year 🎈!!!!
1) Do as much work as possible at school 2) Continue learning Python (I took a Python class at camp over the summer but due to "complications" with the teacher, we didn't learn as much as we could've) 3) Plank for 1.5 minutes (Soccer mostly helps with legs, I need something for the rest of my body lol) Thank you for another great video Amy!!! Happy early New Year and wish you the best in your resolutions as well :D Same to anyone else reading this!!!
Your videos have helped a lot Amy. I'm a junior in high school and 2024 will be the year I apply to colleges, so I need to work especially hard. I'm going for the top score on the ACT, practicing my instrument and sport, making my teachers like me for LORs, and applying to a selective research internship. 2024 will be my year!
Thanks for the vid! I’ll try my best to complete this challenge! My three habits will be: - Don’t scroll on social media for more than 5-15 minutes at a time - *Effectively* continue to practice art - Walk on a walking pad for at least 30 minutes a day I’ll try to update this comment as I do the challenge. Also good luck to anyone else who is taking on the challenge! Update week 1: I’ve been doing very good for the most part! My productivity and skill goals I succeeded at for the week. My exercise goal I halfway completed but I will try to complete all of them in the next week!
Wow this video was so motivating and really reminded me how much I wanted to go on a journey of self-improvement before I became so distracted and busy, and thanks so much Amy for your really practical + approachable suggestions here are your tips I’ll implement for this 3 week challenge (and I hope to continue these throughout the whole year!) 1. Review material from my 1-2 hardest classes for 20 min a day 2. 1.5 min plank everyday (split into 3 30-second planks) 3. Learn a new language with consistency by studying 15 min daily 4. Posture exercises
1 Productivity: Don't use my phone the first hour of the day Why? -> this will help me starting the day with less overwhelming thoughts, slower morning and a chance to start working early on my book ( writing my book makes my Brain happier) 2: Skill : learning Korean! Just for fun because learning language is fun and makes my brain work in a good way 3- exercise: workout for at least 5 minutes a day that could be warm up, walking while watching a video or listening to audiobooks. Bouns habit: film as much as possible of my days to document my journey with this challenge. Starting 20/1/2024 I will come back here after 3 weeks to tell the results 😂❤
0:38 got me reminded of this: take care of the small things and the big things will fall into place. - Emily Dickinson I came across the quote in my English and was requoted by Tishani Doshi
1. establish routines rather than resolutions (replace bad habits with good habits) 2. shift your identity and provide reasons as to why you're doing what you're doing 3. the best way to learn is comprehensible action/interaction (you can intellectually 'understand' how to play the ukulele but until you actually pick one up and start strumming you won't really improve. this is why most of school is a waste of time because theoretical knowledge without practical application of that knowledge is ineffectual (body and mind must act as one). the reason you're learning a language is to communicate, so the best way to learn a language is to communicate with someone who is bilingual and can help you acquire the new skill incrementally via actual practice of the skill. the reason you're learning an instrument is to play music, so you must combine the intellectual knowledge of what to play with the act of practicing the desired skill. etc. etc. so on and so forth)
I would just like to say that i heard this quote somewhere and it really fits you! "You cannot grow in your comfort zone, and you are not in your comfort zone if you grow."
You have literally changed my life because my grades wete trash and i had no motivation and no sleep to study but when i found your account i found the motivation to try be something ❤
Hi, Wamy! These are my goals: 1. Reviewing what they taught in last class in subjects of BGS and RST 2. Learning Spanish 3. Plank for 2 mins everyday I am really excited to start this year strong and I am new subscriber but I love your videosss❤❤
Thanks Amy for the wonderful work you put into🦋 gonna attempt the challenge and try to keep updating. My three habits will me - review notes for questions that I got wrong and to do skincare at least 10 mins - draw or pen sketching - move or walking at least 30 to 1 hour
Hi Amy! my 2023 was neither bad nor good. All the tasks I have been wanting to do were either partially completed or I quit on them because they seemed too hard. I hope with this 2024 guide I will once again bring myself up to the mark and make 2024 a good year Thank you and wish you a Happy New Year😇
Productivity & Study habit: •Turning phone to airplane mode before brushing teeth Skill habit: •Practicing my piano •Becoming more fluent in Spanish Exercise habit: •squat or walk around instead of sitting down or standing up I will be starting on 1/8💪🏼 • •
Hii Amyyyy! How are youuu? This is such an amazing video! Honestly, i would always try to fill a whole list of the things i would do and never get them done because it always felt like a lot of work! And now ive come to realise how important it is to have a small list of things and actually do them because thats whats going to make a difference. And also, the worksheet looks super good and easy to use! My goals for 2024 are: -Consistently review notes -consistently learn German -learn python A happy 2024 to everyone and good luck on achieving your goals! We got this, A-Team!! Also, Congratulations on getting verified Amyyy!
Soon it’ll be my summer holidays, but I want to stick to my resolution (which I definitely didn’t follow during January) so I can make my goals, habits. My favourite TH-camr is definitely you, wAmy!

Hey Amy! I'm Lean and my first uni finals are in a couple of weeks! I am coming to the conclusion that I could have ADHD. It is really scary, because I feel like no matter what I do, I will fail my finals. Thanks to you, I feel less afraid and more confident. Thank you!! Proud to be part of the A-Team haha
Hey Amy,I have been watching your videos for the past year and it's has helped me cheer up and get me into the mood to study!I always kept crying about everything(mainly studies)but your videos really motivate me❤I hope you have an amazing year!
Doing the three week challenge - I'll be updating this every day & also every 3 weeks with new habits :) Week of 1/2/23-1/16/23: Productivity Habit: Finish ALL my work by 8 pm Skill Habit: Read 45 minutes of a book I'm reading Exercise Habits: Plank for a minute & do my stretching routine in morning & evening WEEK 1 --- Reflection: Honestly, I didn't do so bad. I was able to meet my exercising goal (I'm really happy about that, I got to two minutes!) , but I had a lot of things coming up that affected my routine. I'm confident I'll be able to do better next week though.
Hello Dear. No, thank you! For sparing time and writing to us. To be honest, I appreciated the whole video, but if I had to choose... Maybe, the 'Productivity or study habit' part? Like, where Amy explained it bit by bit. Because, I'm always trying to be productive everyday... Of course, I'll let you know! Anyway, Happy New Year in advance! 😸
Hi Wamy....thank you awesome video its truly inspiring 🧡🧡 -Productive/Study tip: Not to check youtube or any other social media while studying (Main focus not to get distracted) -Skill: Since I am 12th grade student have crucial exams till May 2024 I took meditating for 5-6 min daily as my skill to improve concentration -Exercise: 15 leg raises and 25 cross lunges daily in the morning Will update my progress P.S: I will probably upgrade my skill to learn hip-hop and heels dance from June Let's go A-Team!!!!
Hi Amy and the team, I love your videos and I will definitely try the three weeks challenge at the start of 2024! You are an amazing and inspirational person and thank you so much for everything you have done!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I'm doing this with y'all 1.study then phone 2.improve my French 3.workout my abs This is the first time i see this channel but honestly it's the only one i enjoyed and really motivate me ❤
i love you so much. i swear this is just perfect and feels very do-able and reachable unlike my past 'resolutions' ahem • study/productivity : at least 3 hours a day daily • hobby : 1. Read more (not 'more' exactly as i read 74 last year ehehe but like just keep this habit alive). 2. Learn the languages i've desperately wanted to (max 2 ; prolly mandarin & korean). 3. Learn to cook. (I wanna help mumma in kitchen and make her proud TT) • exercise : pilates. inshallah this year will be the best one so far
My goals will be to sleep 8h at 10pm, to learn spanish because i want to have good grades ( I learn spanish in school) and maybe coding (not so sure but for weeks it was on my mind) and doing ballet. Those are my goals and i wish everyone to accomplish them💕 Edit: i want to finish the administration problems 😭 please god help me!!!
🧡These will be my high impact habits:- 1)Reviewing past homework and notes periodically each day 2)Reading a chp of novel before going to bed 3)Dance Party Workout ;) Thanks for this vid Amy!❤✨ n Happy New Year to all!!~🥳🎉
Hmmm... I _quite _*_like_* this! I think I'mma go with 1. Adjusting my phone's night-time mode (yeah, I _already_ have one, but _even _*_now_* it's nearly three AM and I'm ignoring it to finish up some things 🙄) from 12:30-8:30 to 11:45-7:45. 2. I would ever so often generate music and art in my head. It's not like I don't plan on using such skills in the future so I'll attempt to hone it in my lesserly busy time. 3. I picked up Shadow-boxing late last year, and I really see myself branching out and using it later and for more portions of my workouts. Kind of part of a larger improvement scheme. Like a Batman deal, but _obviously scaled _*_way_* down because of that thing you and _many, _*_many_* others have told me about scaling it down... My main New Year's Resolution is to get all A's, and considering my failures of this last year, we've got *a **_lot_* of progress ahead, but... I think I'm finally ready to work with others to set things _right._
@@wamyy5 -No U.- Right back @ ya! Actually, since you're here... Would you suggest creating content while going to school (part-time for now), or is it ill-advised? I don't plan on starting _soon_ soon, by maybe a few months off. Just figured I should ask someone who's gone and done it. 😅
Hey Amy! How are you? New subscriber here! I already commented on one of your other videos but I really appreciate these videos that you are making. I want to start up a lot of things this year like starting my own youtube channel and entering competitions but it is hard for me to be consistent and not procrastinate. Im hoping that by applying these tips you have mentioned in your video I can finally reach my "full potential" and do things that I have wanted to do for ages.
Hey Amy you probably wont see this but I just wanted to let you know you helped achieve a really amazing day at school from answer Questions to not getting mad at the slightest thing I really hope you and your family are doing well and You are really pretty I hope I get the end of year award and im still working towards abit of a rocky start if I do say so myself wish me luck
1. Do at least 20 questions for any subjects each day 2. 1.5 min plank per day and get at least 8500 steps per day 3. Write a checklist of at least one new knowledge I learned each day 4. Start journaling/ write a short story each day before bed Hope this helps with my diploma for secondary education and gets me into a better me 😌🤓
These will be my high impact habits: 1.Study before my phone 2.Learn to code (by the way thank you Amy I was super interested in coding but didn't know where to start thank you so much gor the link )and also improve my English cause I'm not a native English speaker I need to improve 3.Do 30 leg raises +1,5 minutes plank per day I'm not really used to commenting but I just wanted to thank you for the help you gave me in 2023 and those despite the difficulties you went through you are the best Amy my role model ❤
Update after 1 week :I have now succeeded in achieving all my goals, sometimes no, but thanks to you I was able to continue, you made me realize that it was okay to fail one day, the most important thing is to persevere you motivate me a lot. I'm proud to be in the A-team family 🎉😌
Update: I know is pretty late but I kept trying to achieve all my goals and I'm doing well Working before picking up my phone has become a habit now you were right. I couldn't dedicate myself completely to coding because of my exams so I will persevere in this direction and I'm doing very well with the plank and the leg raises too I didn't miss one day this week.Thank you for you support ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I never really have accountability partners that much, I usually keep to myself and try everything by myself, however I think it's time to try something new, so here are my 3 new Habits 1. Productivity/Study=Something Creative (but I'm too scared to say it, let's leave it at that) 2. Skills=English Studies 3. Excerise= Yoga & Stretching Hopefully this all work outs for everyone
Omg it's been 9 days I forgot to come back good news though, even though things have been going extremely slowly, I've been extremely consistent hopefully it all workouts in the end
Tysm ♡ My Challenge : ☻ Avoid Distractions (by the technique that you told ) and focus on my Studies to make my parents proud 😇 ☻ Workout Daily to get desired body 🌟 Eat healthy and drink more water 🌻 ☻ Do what makes me happyyy🌹
couple of hours to the new year, and i have just found your channel! the goals i am setting are: 1. wake up at 6.30 am every single day (my friend and i are also doing an accountability challenge on this where if either of us wakes up late, we give the other a certain amount of money) 2. learn to cook a new dish every 2 months 3. do a 7 min workout at least 3 times a week (except for period weeks because ik i won't be able to 😭) see you all next week!
week 1 update: goal 1: i woke up on time/early every single day except today, but my friend and i are excusing each other since we had gone out yesterday and were absolutely wiped out. goal 2: i haven't actually learnt anything yet, and i also realised that this was more of a long term goal, so i changed it to eating healthy (minimum junk food). again, i achieved it on all days except for the last two. goal 3: achieved completely!
a little late week 2 update: goal 1: i woke up on time every day except for sunday. i was just lazy this time tbh :/ goal 2: i've eaten healthy every day last week, except for a pizza on saturday which was part of a club celebration so it's fine imo. goal 3: i went on a walk like once or twice that's it.

Hi Amy! I have recently discovered your TH-cam channel and your videos are honestly unlike others and actually give effective advice. I was wondering, what was your schedule and grades like in high school? Or if anyone else sees my comment and knows a video which explains my query 😅❤️❤️
A tip to learn a language is immers yourself in the language, like grammar, youtube, movies, series, games, books, etc, cause grammar it's good but Spanish in real life is quite different (I'm native) however constancy is the most important part
Very insightful video! Thanks! My habits every day for the next 3 weeks will be : -Study: Revising or studying math and physics regardless if there is a lesson of these subjects the next day. -Skill: Machine Learning and Databases with python. -Exercise: Doing Calisthenics 30 minutes each day. These habits are not new to me,but i will be forcing myself to do them every single day. Will try to share my progress every week.
My three week challenge :)) 1. Study then phone 2. Solve one math equation every day 3. Learn a new makeup/skincare tip and take note of it 4. 1.5 minutes plank/squat
Thank you very much for this video ( i'm very late sorry ) you describe clearly how to organise goals. I'd like to add something : if you are religious (no matter what your religion is) you can add a religion aera because i think that it can help you mentaly. Nvm thank you so much wish you all the best for this year !!
the tips i'll do: 1. turn off phone 1h before brushing teeth 2. start learning piano again 3. 1.5 min plank each day (+2 posture exercise if possible) hopefully i'll actually follow them in 2024 thank you for the video amy! 💕
Study: Review all lectures done previously everyday Learn a language and dance choregraphies Exercise for 5 days a week consistently Hope I'll stick to the plan and will be staring from 2nd week of new year!!
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like amy is like that one cousin your parents always compare you with?? She is the type of cousin who when she was your age she invented quantum physics, discovered the cure to cancer, and chose harvard as her safety school while for the rest of us, our dream school should be a trade school or a local community college. She is like that one cousin who makes you feel like you will never accomplish anything and you will always be living in her shadow.
I found this video as well as your channel so late. Anyways, I'm going to start doing this challenge from today onwards. STUDY - read 2 subjects alternatively each day. SKILLS- learn how to flip pen. EXERCISE- abs

2: Take 13 minutes every day to learn coding
3: Plank for 1.5 minutes a day
A-Team!🙌
You got this!
Why exactly 13 minutes? Just curious 😄
@@LeahRowan 13 minutes a day stacks up to 90 a week. 13 minutes sounds less daunting then 15 minutes, but it's more than 10. It makes it easier for me to accomplish!!🌟
@@Iamthe1who wow
@@Iamthe1who That’s really smart! I hope that works out for you
The tips I am gonna be doing are:-
1) do homework as I get it
2) try a cartoony art style
3) the 1.5 mins plank per day
Now that I have written them down, there's no going back
(Pls like this comment on 31dec, 2024😅)
Btw, nice video ❤

Ohhh cartoon art style sounds so cool! Let me know your progress!
So happy I found this community. It gets a bit lonely when the rest of your circle thinks this is too corny or is not for "regular" people. Thank you, Amy and A-Team! ❤
Yes for sure! Glad you're here ❤
Hi Amy, you are truly a MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION to me, trust me,Amy, if you ever feel like giving up just because you feel like you aren't getting enough views, or millions of subscribers and likes after putting so much hardwork and efficiency into it, your videos are going to the right people, and is truly changing people's lives.

1. When homework is received start as soon as possible and schedule out projects
2. Do 15 pages in Korean textbook
3. 30 min of Abs(15min) and Golf drills (15min)
My three week plan :)
1. Tracking my spendings
2. Getting consistent at learning German.
3. Strengthening my core with different Plank exercices for 5 min max per day.
you wanna be study partners? I am German and I am learning English:)
@@yourtubehannah I would absolutely love that! I'm Algerian but I have a C1 in English. I recently took the IELTS and scored 7.5 so I can help out if your goal is to take it too.
@@yourtubehannah I would love that. :) How can I contact you?
My chosen habits for the 3-week challenge!
1. Review homework and notes for my math and biology classes periodically (20 mins.)
2. learn how to crochet at least 5 clothing items, I actually would wear
3. Posture exercises
In the past, I always wanted to set myself goals for the next year, but I got so overwhelmed by all the habits and skills I wanted to develop that I just gave up without even starting! Thanks to the three categories, I actually was able to choose 3 from the many goals I passively set for myself to actively focus on.
Let's see how this will go A-Team!
Yay!! Let’s goooo
Update Week 1:
So, long story short, I succeeded in 2 of my goals (posture exercises and homework review!
School started again today so I was able to participate really well in math class and biology class!!)
For crocheting, I started to make some fun granny squares that I plan to sew together to form a simple crop top, I have been having fun with it and I genuinely just forgot I was doing this challenge for a full 3 days because I started reading Bram Stokers Dracula and doing research on it so crocheting just got pushed into the background of it all.
Anyway, I think this was a really good start to the new year. The fact that I went into it with some clear goals really helped me with using my time wisely and not spiralling because another year has gone by.
Next Monday I will post another update!
Yay that sounds fantastic - great reflection. I like how you analyzed why you felt hindered at some points. Keep going 🔥 @@sphiae
Thanks to your video! My list looks like this:
Likewise. Take care! 😊

Thank YOU! Happy New Year and you got this!
Yay thanks for sharing that I've helped you! Wishing you the best - you got this!! 2024 will be amazing!
1. Drink 4 glass of water everyday and adopt skin care
2. Avoid junk food and exercise 30mins per day
3. Learn french and study 3 hrs per day
Thanks for the vid! I’ll try my best to complete this challenge! My three habits will be:
- Don’t scroll on social media for more than 5-15 minutes at a time
- *Effectively* continue to practice art
- Walk on a walking pad for at least 30 minutes a day
I’ll try to update this comment as I do the challenge. Also good luck to anyone else who is taking on the challenge!
Update week 1:
I’ve been doing very good for the most part! My productivity and skill goals I succeeded at for the week. My exercise goal I halfway completed but I will try to complete all of them in the next week!
You can do it!! Just make sure to use the tracker :)
Hey, how's the challenge going?
Wow this video was so motivating and really reminded me how much I wanted to go on a journey of self-improvement before I became so distracted and busy, and thanks so much Amy for your really practical + approachable suggestions here are your tips I’ll implement for this 3 week challenge (and I hope to continue these throughout the whole year!)
1. Review material from my 1-2 hardest classes for 20 min a day
2. 1.5 min plank everyday (split into 3 30-second planks)
3. Learn a new language with consistency by studying 15 min daily
4. Posture exercises
YES you can do it!!
1 Productivity: Don't use my phone the first hour of the day
Why? -> this will help me starting the day with less overwhelming thoughts, slower morning and a chance to start working early on my book ( writing my book makes my Brain happier)
2: Skill : learning Korean! Just for fun because learning language is fun and makes my brain work in a good way
3- exercise: workout for at least 5 minutes a day that could be warm up, walking while watching a video or listening to audiobooks.
Bouns habit: film as much as possible of my days to document my journey with this challenge.
Starting 20/1/2024
I will come back here after 3 weeks to tell the results 😂❤
How's it going ?
0:38 got me reminded of this: take care of the small things
and the big things will fall into place.
- Emily Dickinson
I came across the quote in my English and was requoted by Tishani Doshi
1. establish routines rather than resolutions (replace bad habits with good habits)
2. shift your identity and provide reasons as to why you're doing what you're doing
3. the best way to learn is comprehensible action/interaction (you can intellectually 'understand' how to play the ukulele but until you actually pick one up and start strumming you won't really improve. this is why most of school is a waste of time because theoretical knowledge without practical application of that knowledge is ineffectual (body and mind must act as one). the reason you're learning a language is to communicate, so the best way to learn a language is to communicate with someone who is bilingual and can help you acquire the new skill incrementally via actual practice of the skill. the reason you're learning an instrument is to play music, so you must combine the intellectual knowledge of what to play with the act of practicing the desired skill. etc. etc. so on and so forth)
Aside from your informative description, I can tell that your makeup skills have improved a lot😍
Oohhhh thank you! 😍 I did practice a lot more in 2023!
I would just like to say that i heard this quote somewhere and it really fits you! "You cannot grow in your comfort zone, and you are not in your comfort zone if you grow."
I love this quote! Thanks for sharing!

Hmmm...
I _quite _*_like_* this!
I think I'mma go with
You can do it!! Cheering you on!

couple of hours to the new year, and i have just found your channel!
the goals i am setting are:
1. wake up at 6.30 am every single day (my friend and i are also doing an accountability challenge on this where if either of us wakes up late, we give the other a certain amount of money)
2. learn to cook a new dish every 2 months
3. do a 7 min workout at least 3 times a week (except for period weeks because ik i won't be able to 😭)
see you all next week!
You got it!!
week 1 update:
goal 1: i woke up on time/early every single day except today, but my friend and i are excusing each other since we had gone out yesterday and were absolutely wiped out.
goal 2: i haven't actually learnt anything yet, and i also realised that this was more of a long term goal, so i changed it to eating healthy (minimum junk food). again, i achieved it on all days except for the last two.
goal 3: achieved completely!
YAY great update! I think it's totally fine to miss a day for your friends doing something fun. Good job adapting!@@immxnty
a little late week 2 update:
goal 1: i woke up on time every day except for sunday. i was just lazy this time tbh :/
goal 2: i've eaten healthy every day last week, except for a pizza on saturday which was part of a club celebration so it's fine imo.
goal 3: i went on a walk like once or twice that's it.
Great job! It seems that you're already off to a great 2024 because of small but mighty improvements. Keep it up!@@immxnty
