    The night before setting up your morning, that’s where I need work. I need to say no to what is not my goal. Helping friends and family, working out, reconnecting with my son -is my goal.

    I wake up at 5am daily and I have my time with God and prayer, inspirational content, and work out. Having a morning routine is crucial! 💯

    "start your day the night before" YES!
    so many people on youtube who say that they plan their day on the morning-of. which sounds like setting oneself up for failure. nice way to realise once it's too late that "wait i was supposed to fly to dallas today" or to be reminded via inquiring phone call that you missed your 8am dentist appointment.
    myself, i'm completely airhead-stupid in mornings, so i HAVE to look into my planner to even remember what i'm supposed to be doing.

    Always love your content Ryan, I love your book as well. Your channel and podcast made me realize how much I was lacking and how much I was damaging myself, as well as my family with my actions. I'm embarrassed to say it, but I recently took up DoorDash to supplement my income to be able to pay off debt faster and get myself to a point where I feel more free.

    What time does Ryan get up in the morning? I was trying to put exercise in the morning and he said 730 is the morning meeting. So where does the exercise come in and is it rolling or working out ?
    Also one thing about book ending stuff is I use landmarks to give me like alerts to switch to different things like when I leave the gate at work works over I’m on to my family.

    I love the podcast and talks we have. Althou I have to say last video you seemed alil to self centered for me. More than you normally are. I hate to say it no matter what you think without (us) you wouldn't have this podcast be effective. So you are doing us a service but we are supplying likes,views and knowledge on our behalf. So its a two way street. Not just you doing us something.

    Yeah, this seems to be a very optimistic thing if you have a set schedule for work. Working on call 24/7 with a minimum 10hr rest in between leaving work and taking my next call this is just not an option in life.

    • @Numantino312
      @Numantino312 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      RM's schedule is not set. not like M-F 8-5 anyways. that IS an advantage of running one's own business.
      until you get set up with your own business or a better scheduled job, try to take advantage of whatever feature (good or bad) that 24/7 on call brings. or simply power thru it all til you can get yourself out of there. cos yeah, that shit will run your life otherwise.

      @@Numantino312 yeah, just like our CEOs and the strike blocking judge who seem to think our lives do not deserve downtime as we were able to do before they implemented their new shitty attendance policy.
