- What is true monotheism? Here, Anthony combines quotations of scholars with a variety of Scriptures. He particularly focuses on 1st John in which John writes about "Jesus coming in the Flesh." Scriptures considered include Matthew 8.38, Acts 8.12, John 6.63, John 8.32, Mark 1.14-15, Luke 1.32.-33, Mark 12.29, 1 John 4.1-3, 1 John 2.21, Matthew 16.15-18, 1 John 4.15. This presentation was excerpted from a longer session which was at a recent Theological Conference near Atlanta.

That was my question too we all Unitarian know he is not God, but we believe that he is the messiah but after a lot of study I’m now seeing clearly that he is not these things at all , so if u had the same journey can u share us pls Anthony

John reveals that Jesus is God, not a God among other Gods, but the only supreme God there is, or ever will be in, John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. John is not saying that Jesus in his flesh created the world But if need be, he could have called into existence anything He wanted. In other words, in His Spiritual body He created the worlds. Jesus spake the word and His Spirit created the worlds, exactly like Jesus did in all of His works. He said Tabatha arise from the dead and His Spirit made it happen. Notice in Genesis Jesus said, “Let there be dry land,” and there was dry land, and He saw the dry land and the dry land was good. Jesus said in, Matthew 26:53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? 54 But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? In other words, Jesus as the body and image of the invisible God were exactly in synchronization with one another to point that Jesus said, “I and my Father are one.” we read this in, Heb 1:8 “But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.” I am made in the image of God who is Jesus Christ who was God and man. There is no such thing as a Trinity God.
Anthony believes that it is okay to pray to Jesus. However, only God is the proper recipient of prayer.

I reject the Trinity as polytheism, but that doesn't mean Jesus was not God. We're told that he WAS God in John 1. He was the word made flesh and the word was God. Not a separate person, not a separate God, a separate manifestation of the same God.
I suggest you read that verse again.
And that you read the whole chapter again and again and again.
Then read it in an interlinear (Greek and English together).
Then listen to the Trinity Delusion TH-cam channel and his videos on John chapter 1.

God indwelt Jesus while Jesus was on earth, as Jesus himself says (John 14:10-11).
That statement alone would make no sense if Jesus is God.
And the word "BORN" (and "conceived" which is used in Luke 1) wouldn't mean "born".
Is that what you're suggesting?
I would maybe consider that God became a man (although God can neither be tempted nor die, as Scripture makes clear) if he just appeared one day.
But he didn't. He was conceived and BORN!
(Furthermore, the word translated as "flesh" is "sarx/sarki" meaning "carnal nature".
It's absurd to suggest God can have a carnal nature.
The antichrist spirit denies JESUS was in the carnal nature: 1st John 4:2-3, 2nd John verse 7) and denies the Father-son relationship: 1st John 2:22-23.
Calling Jesus "God" is antichrist.

There is only one person in the godhead. But he manifests himself in many ways. One of those ways was a man. But Colossians says that in him dwells all of the fullness of the godhead bodily. He wasn't just a man but he wasn't just "God the son" either. He is everything in one package. I don't know if you consider that oneness or not.

21st century reformation, anyone who knows and believes the Bible and the Biblical Hebrew and Greek, will know that the Bible teaches the trinity.
Every Christian Churches taught the trinity, there was no Oneness teachings in the Christian churches until the 13th century when people began to teach the erroneous doctrines and were kicked out of the Christian churches because of your cultic doctrines.
