I came across a 1970’s Bear Kodiak Magnum for $50 on EBay about 15 years ago. It didn’t have the medallion and that’s really all. I’ve used it pretty much every year since.
Right on I am leaving for the mountains of New Mexico with a 90 buck Amazon Longbow. Love it so much I bought 3 of them. I have a 21st Century Longbow but, she is staying in Texas.
Haven’t tried the feather nose technique for years because it induced a bunch of shoulder pull and more importantly it changes my sight picture which I was “watching it to keep it”

Bro where did you aim at this distance?
I was aiming a tad low because this bow hits a little high for me. Am inch or so above the belly line I think.
