I just stayed at the Outrigger Reef Resort in October...INCREDIBLE top to Bottom! You walked past an AMAZING Japanese Restaurant Ginza Bairin which has Fabulous Food!!! Also, the Frozen Mai Tai's At the Roof Top Bar at Tommy Bahama's are Da Bomb!!!!!
Love your videos. We visited Hawaii in Oct, and can’t wait to come back. With every video I feel like I’m being called back. Thanks for all your work on your videos. Malalo! 🤙
Oh! And I'll be posting more Waikiki Now videos. Part 2 will be Kalakaua Ave. Part 3 will be Kuhio Ave. And I'll slowly work around other streets. I've been getting lots of feedback from subscribers who like the narrated walks and want to see more of what is around their hotel (or Air Bnb) before they arrive.
my favorite place in the world. I miss Waikiki a lot. Castro's a nice place to have a breakfast at, their Cafe Leche is delicious but Papaya bowl contained very little papaya...
Waikiki can be very busy - but there's lots in such a small area. Next month (February), I'll be posting two more sections of Waikiki (Part 2: Kalakaua Ave, Part 3: Kuhio Ave).
I’ve visited every major island in Hawaii at least 4 times and have had a great time exploring each one. My favorite activity was the Nualolo-Awaawapuhi loop trail that takes you to the top of the Kauai Cathedrals…that view is one of the most amazing on Earth. My favorite drive was the drive from Kona to Hilo through Waimea town, and back via Saddle Rd by Mauna Kea…it’s an easy drive that is not busy, and it goes through various climates, elevations and regions. My scariest moment is driving along the single lane dirt road in north Maui as you hug the cliff while going up and down hoping that there is no oncoming traffic…literally a heart stopper at times. Having said all that, my most peaceful times in Hawaii are, ironically, waking up at 5am and walking back and forth along Kālākaua Ave with coffee in hand as the sun is beginning to rise and very few people are around on the streets…the crisp air and the calm ocean with the empty streets makes me feel like I have all of Hawaii all to myself in that hour or so…
I'd agree with the early morning walks. It's just so nice with a nice cup of tea and just strolling. One of my favorite things to do (but slightly later in the morning than 5am haha)
Thank you for all of your informative videos! Do you have any that cover the coconut or the Malia hotels? We were interested in those two for our next trip out there. 😊
I haven't done those two properties yet. Some people want to go skydiving or visit Paris, but you know what’s on my bucket list? Taking a photo in front of EVERY ABC Store in Waikiki.
Not a bad idea! :) There's tons!
That may take a little while 😂
You're so informative, and you look great doing it. Love your videos.
Your videos just make me miss Hawaii

Mahalo!
We have a yard house here in Georgia. Excellent restaurant
One of my favorites!
Been watching your vidis about Waikiki. Going soon . Is it even worth renting a car?
Depends. I'd say rent for at least 1 day to explore the North Shore and other areas of the island
LEWERS REALLY HAVE CHANGED BUT LOVE IT.
Definitely different than 10 years ago
What the least visited month/ season on Hawaii/Oahu specifically
It's always busy year round. February/October are a bit rainier
"This Starbucks opens around 4:30 ... " I will just take your word for that.
It's soooo early but helpful for the early risers 🌺
I heard they are rebuilding the Coco Palms Resort in Kauai
As of this past Oct, when I went by there, it was still in ruins. I heard the locals are fighting having it rebuilt.
@@brentcooper4345 we did two different tours in the place.
I haven't been to that resort!
Which restaurant is your favorite in this video?
So many to choose from!
