Best Godzilla roar
That moment when the Japanese guy snarls "MAKE MY DAY!" after being told "Go ahead," always gets a chuckle out of me for referencing Dirty Harry! This has always been one of my favorite Heisei movies even with the wonky time travel plot.
What's truly impressive most of all is the power of Akira Ifukube.

King Ghidorah needed help as to not get pummeled by Godzilla in round 1 & round 2! The Futurians had to protect him with the force field in round 1, and in round 2, Mecha-Ghidora was still no match for Godzilla!

For those saying Heisei can't run or do combat well yes he can. Only reason why it seems like that was because the suit made the actual actors inside of them slow(its was very heavy to maneuvere in). However, this is countered by official manga, statements, and games that depict his runs, movements, and combat much better since CGI/VFX wasn't grand back then.

結局この後ゴジラは日本の街を破壊しまくるから、今度は主人公側の未来人達がキングギドラをメカにしてゴジラを倒しに行くんだよな。
ホントＶＳシリーズはゴジラの立ち位置が一貫して人類の敵ってところが良い。
正義のヒーロー的な立ち位置だった昭和ゴジラよりも一貫して人類の敵というポジションに徹したこっちのゴジラの方が俺も好きやな👍
ゴジラは昭和では初期の映画を除けば人類の味方として扱われていたが、平成以降の作品はほぼ敵として描かれてます。
このシリーズのゴジラかっこいいなあ

@Tyrantresister it’s not just the kaiju’s that I have to trim down or cut down, some parts of the human characters of this sequence are also trimmed down or cut down like when miki saegusa spotted Godzilla after Godzilla rose from the ocean, the main characters are placing the explosives in the U.F.O, when the people of future explained that they will return back to the future and when they explained that their job is done.

This version of the King is under powered and has a lame OG story. These films treat all past monsters like they don't exist either, yet at the same time reference Godzilla's long existence. Makes no sense.

EVERY Toho Godzilla film is #1. Especially during the Shōwa and Heisei eras. Been into Gojira since I was a wee lad back in the day when the movies were on TV(you know, when you can watch TV for free and used "rabbit ears" to hone in on the reception) Sat. & Sun. afternoons. Those were the days.

Forgot how bad this movie was, this film was one of the worst in the franchise in my opinion. I think it’s down there with Godzilla’s revenge.

Lore-wise, King Ghidorah sucks in this, but its far from being the worst (cuz anime trilogy exists)
@@schizou yea I haven’t seen the anime trilogy lol so yea, it is DEFINITELY not the worst Godzilla movie, and not even a bad one, but certainly my least favorite perhaps I have bad taste lol. I like GVMegalon lol.
@@schizoui do think that the anime trilogy is decent but the first film(Godzilla planet of the monsters), I do find it to be mediocre but the rest of the sequels are decent.
