The TRUE Timeline of the beef started in 2013 When Drake went to a radio station in L.A and did freestyles dissing KDot in his city, Drake was hosting the ESPYs and it's was an ESPN event at the station so they had recording rights and not long after Drake left the studio his team threatened to pull out of hosting the awards show if that recording got out, unfortunately for Drake the DJ/Host at the station was good friends with Top, Schoolboy and KDot and when Drake left he called them and told them what had just happened, Not long after Drake started all the sneak dissing but KDot already knew what was up and he waited until he was ready to unload, Drake got exactly what he asked for and he caused. Top Socials he was posting months before the battle tagging Kendrick I see dead people, oh it's like that huh, KDot had the tracks all done in one session and added what he needed each Drake response that's why they were so quick. Kendrick didn't start the beef, Drake did, at least according to one of Kendrick's guys from Chicago who was interviewed on Urban Legend Will Evans' channel, who claimed Drake was the first one to start shit talking Kendrick like he was some lil homie to him during some interview that didn't get published (or rather Drake didn't want it to get pushed out) and Kendrick learned about that, that's why he's been going after Drake ever since, cuz as it turns out Drake was a bitch behind his back.
Will Evans' channel is one of the few that really popped off during the beef but he published like a fuck tonne of videos related to the beef, doubt I'll find it now but it was one of those videos that lasted 1hr+, it was published after Not Like Us Dropped - that's if anyone wants to look it up and listen for themselves.
Assuming of course the person Will Evans was interviewing really was one of Kendrick's homies, and they claim they are and were with him in the studio as drake's responses were dropping.
