- ಕಲಾಸಿಪಾಳ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 38 ವರ್ಷದ ಹಳೆಯ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹಳೆಯ ನೆನಪುಗಳು ಹಾಗೆ ಇದೆ... ಕೆರೆಯಿದ್ದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ತರಕಾರಿ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ....ಆಗ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಈಗ ಒಂದು ದಿನಪೂರ್ತಿ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಸರ್ ಎಂದು ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್ ಪೈ ಬೇಸರದಿಂದ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.... ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಆಯಾ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ಗಳು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಭಾಗವಾದ ಕೆಆರ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ತನ್ನ ಗತವೈಭವವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ...ಆದರೂ ಕಲಿತ ಕಸುಬು ಬಿಡಲಾಗದು ನಡೆಸಲೇಬೇಕು...ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ....
This hotel has been running from past 38years... Kalasipalya market was so crowded place in the past but now there is no population in that place... Now in Bangalore everywhere there is a market, by this these type of main markets are losing thier potential and entity...

The old rates are not right. How can Masala dosa be Rs 2/- and Khali dosa 20 paise? Ten times costlier?
Coffee at 40 paise is double the cost of khali dosa? Impossible. Something wrong.
Today Masala Dosa about Rs 50, Khali Dosa about Rs 40 and Coffee Rs 10.
Its his hotel..The price is fixed by him...It's not from any textbook so relax
