I'd like to share a TRUE story about this topic that some of you may find interesting...Many years ago I read Bobs books and thought it would be worth a try to see if he was actually telling the truth or just B.S.ing people in order to sell his books(although I doubted the latter because he was already a very wealthy man),so I ordered his GATEWAY cassette tapes(before CD's were around) and started listening to the tapes regularly..in a fairly short time I started feeling this strange "vibration" resonating throughout my body while listening to the tapes ..it was VERY noticeable and a bit scary so I decided to take a trip down to the Monroe institute to see if anyone there could explain to me what was goin on inside of me...I told NO ONE I was coming down and I didn't know anyone down there (God's honest truth) Well I get down there in a very remote part of Virginia(after gettin lost twice!) and no one seemed to be around EXCEPT one guy who said that he was "waiting" for me to show up! He knew the color car I would be driving...my name, and about what time I would show up..it seems a GATEWAY residential program had just ended and everyone went back to their homes except this guy(I think he said he was Vice president of some big corporation) Well he tells me that Im lucky and I would be having an OBE in a very short time frame because the "vibrations" I felt were a "heads up" that I was about to leave this "physical" realm...sure enough 2 weeks later lying on the floor of my house I started feeling the familiar vibrations...but this time I actually left my body.....MINDBLOWING! I did it! The last thing I remember thinking was"Your like a fish out of water now Mike" THEN I "saw"(not with physical eyes) 3 holographic beings like teachers or old sages in robes that were waiting THERE to greet me I suppose on my 1st OBE...1 was by the front door/1 was hovering by the stairway/and 1 was floating right next to me ...well this "freaked me out" and after 30 sec. or so I shot right back into my body quick! FEAR is the enemy of a prolonged OBE ..being a "witness" or calm "observer" is the key to a good OBE..but now I KNEW(not believe) Im not my body...I am pure consciousness...and I will never truly "die"........ Because I felt a “presence” during some I prayed, having grown up with a religious belief system, which I hope I have shed by now. Perhaps some other institutes , nowadays, duplicate his experiments. Some say that the "souls " live on the Astral plane , which they claim is in the physical vecinity of the Earth.

How long have you been doing it? Ive had an oobe when I was child, had 3 instances this year where my body vibrated and got heavier the more i relaxed while trying to go to sleep without me knowing why or how, and ive been a lucid dreamer my whole life. Because in the past this was bad stuff to everyone you talk to but know everybody id waking up. Since I was a child I have this experience of astral travel! Now I am an adult and it still happens to me! I can even control it. this experience is incredible. ❤️. The key is not to be afraid ❤️!
I have been reading astral books and articles for at least 4 months. I have practiced a lot but I could never leave my body. I. however started noticing hypnogogic imageries. I wanted to make sure if I was not hallucinating. I told myself many times to show me a proof that I wasnt hallucinating and then one day at 6PM, I had a nap of around 9 minutes. I suddenly woke up in a different real. I was not out of body. Infact I had no sense of my physical body, as if I had died. I woke up into a realm which had a bright pink void spread everywhere and there I sensed an evil presence, I even saw that black entity but it was sort of distorted like the thing you see under water.That field also had an electronic noise which I think i have heard before but not sure where. After around 3 seconds, I woke up in my body. I know what dreams are, I have seen lucid dreams too. I know I wasnt dreaming. I was so frightened by the experience that since then I dont wish to try this shit again.
Some countries banned binaural beats because people were having higher states, europhic feelings, the pharmaceutical industry may not like this and its no wonder some doctors prescribe binaural hemi sync music. Bob was way ahead of his time. It's true some of the states you can achieve takes decades of what a person who meditates. In a years I've had about 3 OBE, numerous vibrations, had massive energy flows that no drug could master. Most importantly I do believe that brain wave music has rewired myself into a freedom of no thought. The guy was a genius love listening to him.
First out body experience was first time I got high. Was 13 at the time. I have lots of flying dreams still to this day because the more I think about them the more I have. Mum told me her grandma would tell her that she could leave her body and fly around.
Once I was dreaming and suddenly everything went black and I had false awakening... to someone choking me, a non physical being that said to me I hate you.... I was in this OBE state still. I decided to fight back and i lifted in my room and did a semi-circle near the roof and fought and fought but nothing helped. Them I decided to change the game and I choose to give love to this invisible thing that obviously hated me. I said I love you and opened my hands as for a hug. I gave love despite the awful feeling in my neck. Literally felt the love. Feeling is the actual energy. The sensation of choking then finally disappeared. Seconds later I was in my bed again in the exact same position I was laying when I felt that someone. Then I remembered I fell asleep kinda in a stressed mood. Maybe that was my own projection that was choking me. I wasn't afraid cause I knew... I was educated enough to know what will work. Love... Fascinating, isn't it. Profound..

I was raised by Christians who believe that when we die we either go to heaven or hell and that is it. I knew by having these experiences that there was so much more than that. I dove into meditation, Hinduism, Buddhism, energy healing and did my own research. Dove into the law of attraction and realized that we are all just one energy experiencing itself as a human being. I have never felt so free. All religions are ultimately the same. We are all just walking each other home. Anyone is capable of having these experiences. We are more powerful than we are led to believe by any limiting or dogmatic belief system.

Robert Monroe's 'Journey's Out of the Body' saved me from sleepless nights after having an out of the body experience when I was a teenager where a negative entity tried to take over my body. I have had many blissful experiences since. Great video!
How does one simply speed pass “ negative entity tried to take over my body” with no elaboration knowing people gone ask questions? Why even mention it
I can address this question based on my many years of experiencing sleep paralysis until I discovered Bob Monroe’s book in 2003. My first encounter was in 1995 when I was 16. I experienced an entity hovering above me, laughing. I remember trying to scream for my aunt, who was asleep beside me, to wake me up, but she couldn’t hear me. These entities appeared in various forms but never really harmed me. Over time, I realized they’re just reflections of our own fears and beliefs, heavily influenced by our religion. In many religions, particularly Roman Catholicism, there are frequent mentions of devils, Lucifer’s story, bad spirits, etc. These stories and beliefs are so ingrained that you might manifest them during an out-of-body experience (OBE), bringing the ‘bogeyman’ into existence on the astral plane - by the window, near the closet, at your feet, on the ceiling… I dealt with these ghostly apparitions well into my teens. However, there was a critical phase where I managed to dissolve them in front of me, thanks to a change in my beliefs. The talk of negative entities taking over one’s body is often just a reflection of their own fears, influenced by what they’ve heard, especially in Catholicism. When I was grappling with these so-called evil figures, as soon as I was out of my body, I would force myself to rise through the ceiling, high up until I could see the stars or the sun, and then they would vanish from sight. It’s interesting to note that these experiences only occurred at night for me. In the morning or afternoon, during my OBEs, I would only see my room with beings present. This could be due to the influence of acary movies we watch growing up, scary stories we hear as a kid or maybe simple as an energy being ourself we hang out so much in the lower frequencies reality due to our beliefs which continue to haunt us, especially when we strongly believe in them…you’re glued to them. Need to unstuck yourself, change your belief system or just open your mind to other possibilities…
That's fascinating that he talked about angels being like a facet of our own souls. My little sister has always had a super deep connection to my young son. Last night, after listening to the phase 10 Monroe meditation, I had a lot of vivid dreams and I got the sense that my sister and my son are part of the same soul. The comment about the angels validates that this is a possibility. Incredible!
This is what i'm going through since I was 14, im 30 now..., this is why I need to learn to control it. To whoever is reading this, I have been able to fly, I didn't realize much of it cause I didn't want to believe that this was happening and I felt dumb even talking about it. But one time I left my body, and started spinning uncontrollably in my room, I couldn't control this, so I looked at my body laying down, and extended my arms towards my body as in trying to fly back in, and I did. There's so many stories I can tell. But this is extremely real, I have seen my mom doing her thing while my body is sleeping. Bob Monroe, makes me feel not crazy. May he rest in peace.

I feel like the whole of Humanity would benefit from experiential learning about Self and the Mind/Universe, and our Journey of growth, being through repeated incarnations into different systems of the holographic physicality. I am so thankful that Robert Monroe was able to get this subject\ material out there so some of us that have actually had these experiences have a direction to go. (no pun intended) I never met Mr. Monroe or know what he was like personally but, he seemed like such a nice person. The thing I REALLY appreciate is his practical, almost clinical approach. None of the New Age, Spirit Guru garbage that you find out there. Just a real "here are the tools" method. Figure it out for yourself.
I agree with you. He had a soothing voice but he didn't sound like he was trying to make it soothing in order to manipulate, even though he studied hypnosis. I think about his voice even when I'm not listening to it. It's comforting and has a reassuring quality. Maybe that's because he spent so much time both teaching and using it to guide people through his recordings.
He describes everything so wonderfully! I am open minded and sceptical to all of this. But I know I’ve had experiences where I have accidentally dipped a toe into these areas.
T I have dreams of flying all the time with me falling followed by waking up. I just did my first hemi sync, the first thing I saw was a silhouette of a person similar to what i saw at 10:46sec. After I was synced before he counted 1-3 I saw and felt what seemed to be a black hole with a quasar. After he counted to 3 all i saw and felt was a ball of energy. This was my first try and it was amazing to say the least. What is also weird is that sometimes when I take a shower and the water flow hits my head and I close my eyes, I remember dreams and or think of a person I can't figure out who, or a feeling about a person. I saw Putin and he has or will have cancer.
Well all what he is talking about is true. After 4 weeks of coma in 2021 i can asure you that we (our soul) continue living just our body dies. Thankful of this video i couldn't talk about it , because no one understand what i say, even my own son & husband. 🙏💟🙏
I've meditated, listened to Biannual tones and used several natural psychedelics and I have had 2 extremely profound experiences in my life. One through meditation and one during a N,N-Dimethyltryptamine session both of which I feel were a release from the physical realm and both of which changed my waking mind seamingly permanently and for the better. I recently discovered The Gateway Process and it is absolutely fascinating. I'm still researching and haven't listened to any of the sessions yet but the possibilities seam limitless.

It is quite surprising how so much I have come to understand is echoed in this video, some of it even word for word. I had a very exciting childhood/teenagerhood with spontaneous out of body experiences and other things. Sadly, now I'm immersed in the physical world and I feel nothing. I miss it, this was a nice reminder.
Interesting to watch as these were things that I did since I was young. Never thought about it until a 30 something young friend mentioned and sent me the link knowing I have had many out of body while awake, and many lucid dreams where I could control what was happening and always, when I realized I was dreaming, started flying. I could go anywhere and create future events and outcomes --it is so facinating. in 1990 I read the original book 'Lucid dreaming' and that is how I learned how to do that. You can go anywhere in time. OUt of body was always a sudden event -- and I could see myself 'separating' and everything slowed down and I knew exactly what to say or do in each moment. We are amazing beings -- and that is why the horrible educational system wants to keep us down, or else we would be uncontrollable. The ds wants us that way. Time to remember!!

yes...there is much valuable information in this video for sure , BUT information is NOT knowledge! The only source of knowledge is EXPERIENCE. Funny thing is...you have to be literally "out of your mind" to have an OBE in the 1st place! LOL (please check out Tom Campbells videos for further explanation!)
I had one at 19, I am 72 now. I remember waking up to a high pitched frequency to the point i had to get away from it and it was audible in my head. I was in a bunkbed and i was looking up at the springs of the upper bunk and had the idea to try to pull myself up with my arm. Upon trying i felt a gravity wave pushing through me and it was a heavy pressure accompanied with this frequency. I noticed the fingers of my left arm and hand which another profile of a silverish condition start to rise from it to the elbow, the color remienscient of some tin foil color and shiny like in a moon light setting. I immediately was staring at my body back in the bed. I was scared i had died so trying to figure out if i was dead i tried to connect somehow to my heart beat and i was alble to recognize that it beat a single "bump" but very very low and that really scared me because i knew the body was not dead yet. I saw my body laying there and i saw other people sleeping in the same room. I thought if i died i would be found dead and stiff as there was no one awake to know if was having a problem which if they knew i think they could have brought me back to my normal self. But, they had no idea and i was really not knowing what to do if i was to die. I thougth about my parents how they loved me and how i would miss them as i loved them but was over 500 miles away from them. I thought about who else i loved and who loved me but i got no input to know more. I turned to look around to see what was around me other than what i was seeing at 2:30 AM and what i saw was a black wall of something that seemed to be solid and felt if i went into that i would have no way out but did not know what was inside that darkness. I asked the Lord Jesus to let me reenter my body again for a little while and as soon as i asked i felt the graity but no longer heard the high pitched frequency but saw the silverish profile of my arm at a 45 degree angle to my real arm on the bed slowing drift back into it and i immediately was able to move again and got up out of the bed and had to reason if that really happened to me or not. I concluded it did and now i know something i never knew before and believe me no one i think wants to go into that darkness i saw.
I tried the hemi sync audios and felt sick and out of it after a while so stopped. I've also had three spontaneous out of body experiences and one was beautiful and the other two were frightening.
Where are the people who worked with Robert Monroe in the lab? They are all dead? Those people, who had so many experiences, are the ones who should now be making workshops at the Monroe Institute.
MARIO Tom Campbell is still doing lectures and running experiments to this day. He’s written three books Calle My Big Toe in which he puts forward a theory of everything based on his experiences out of body

I used to do this as a child (unknown at the time) I kind of blocked it somehow due to fear. Recently I have started trying to do this again. Successful for probably about 30 seconds but got to excited 😂 Will keep practising until I can have a jolly time wherever I decide to go 😊
I love bob. He is the real man in this field. One of his techniques include lying in the north south axis and attempting any techniques while doing that. And also try sleeping near a eletrical radiator type outlet as the second body is attracted towards the electrical fields.

I m 3x15. I have had quite a few psychic experiences, including out of body....I was sleeping on my couch after a night of partying (just drinking). I felt very rested and relaxed and warm. I opened my eyes and my nose almost touched the ceiling. I turned my head and looked down at myself, then freaked out terribly and next thing you know, I am back in my body. I had my eyes shut tight and blanket over my head the rest of the night. I had other Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and Claircognizant experiences throughout my life so far....at different times. I don't understand it though. It just happens when I am not thinking about it.
I’ve read his books- first back in Poland, in the 90’s- then in the USA, once I moved there. Went to Monroe Institute for the Gateway experience, in 2000... meant to Go back and retake it or take The next course- never did. His books are fascinating. I'd like to share a TRUE story about this topic that some of you may find interesting...Many years ago I read Bobs books and thought it would be worth a try to see if he was actually telling the truth or just B.S.ing people in order to sell his books(although I doubted the latter because he was already a very wealthy man),so I ordered his GATEWAY cassette tapes(before CD's were around) and started listening to the tapes regularly..in a fairly short time I started feeling this strange "vibration" resonating throughout my body while listening to the tapes ..it was VERY noticeable and a bit scary so I decided to take a trip down to the Monroe institute to see if anyone there could explain to me what was goin on inside of me...I told NO ONE I was coming down and I didn't know anyone down there (God's honest truth) Well I get down there in a very remote part of Virginia(after gettin lost twice!) and no one seemed to be around EXCEPT one guy who said that he was "waiting" for me to show up! He knew the color car I would be driving...my name, and about what time I would show up..it seems a GATEWAY residential program had just ended and everyone went back to their homes except this guy(I think he said he was Vice president of some big corporation) Well he tells me that Im lucky and I would be having an OBE in a very short time frame because the "vibrations" I felt were a "heads up" that I was about to leave this "physical" realm...sure enough 2 weeks later lying on the floor of my house I started feeling the familiar vibrations...but this time I actually left my body.....MINDBLOWING! I did it! The last thing I remember thinking was"Your like a fish out of water now Mike" THEN I "saw"(not with physical eyes) 3 holographic beings like teachers or old sages in robes that were waiting THERE to greet me I suppose on my 1st OBE...1 was by the front door/1 was hovering by the stairway/and 1 was floating right next to me ...well this "freaked me out" and after 30 sec. or so I shot right back into my body quick! FEAR is the enemy of a prolonged OBE ..being a "witness" or calm "observer" is the key to a good OBE..but now I KNEW(not believe) Im not my body...I am pure consciousness...and I will never truly "die"........ religions are for the spiritually ignorant masses...its O.K. to start out with a belief system for some guidance when your young ,but when you get really get SERIOUS about learning the truth of your existence you need to go WITHIN...its the ONLY way to find out the TRUTH! Jesus /Mohammed/ the Buddha/Guru Nanak, Swedenborg,etc. NONE of them followed a religion...they STARTED religions! thats because they all went deep WITHIN themselves and became SELF realized...but its very hard to transfer the consciousness of the founder of the religion to their followers...they are miles apart in their spiritual evolution....The Monroe institute Gateway program is 1 way of exploring your true inner nature as consciousness...but it may be too intense for some people and somewhat scary to explore ...at least some form of meditation would be a start in the right direction / good luck exploring my fellow seekers

if you've ever been to the Haunted Mansion ride in Disney World where all the ghosts were dancing all around in that big ballroom near the end of the ride...they looked very similar to that ....green holographic forms of very wise beings in robes... all floating in my "living room"(Ha ha!) I have been reading astral books and articles for at least 4 months. I have practiced a lot but I could never leave my body. I. however started noticing hypnogogic imageries. I wanted to make sure if I was not hallucinating. I told myself many times to show me a proof that I wasnt hallucinating and then one day at 6PM, I had a nap of around 9 minutes. I suddenly woke up in a different real. I was not out of body. Infact I had no sense of my physical body, as if I had died. I woke up into a realm which had a bright pink void spread everywhere and there I sensed an evil presence, I even saw that black entity but it was sort of distorted like the thing you see under water.That field also had an electronic noise which I think i have heard before but not sure where. After around 3 seconds, I woke up in my body. I know what dreams are, I have seen lucid dreams too. I know I wasnt dreaming. I was so frightened by the experience that since then I dont wish to try this shit again.
Some countries banned binaural beats because people were having higher states, europhic feelings, the pharmaceutical industry may not like this and its no wonder some doctors prescribe binaural hemi sync music.

It's true some of the states you can achieve takes decades of what a person who meditates.
In a years I've had about 3 OBE, numerous vibrations, had massive energy flows that no drug could master.
Most importantly I do believe that brain wave music has rewired myself into a freedom of no thought.

First out body experience was first time I got high. Was 13 at the time. I have lots of flying dreams still to this day because the more I think about them the more I have.
Mum told me her grandma would tell her that she could leave her body and fly around.

Once I was dreaming and suddenly everything went black and I had false awakening... to someone choking me, a non physical being that said to me I hate you.... I was in this OBE state still.
I decided to fight back and i lifted in my room and did a semi-circle near the roof and fought and fought but nothing helped. Them I decided to change the game and I choose to give love to this invisible thing that obviously hated me. I said I love you and opened my hands as for a hug. I gave love despite the awful feeling in my neck. Literally felt the love. Feeling is the actual energy. The sensation of choking then finally disappeared. Seconds later I was in my bed again in the exact same position I was laying when I felt that someone.
Then I remembered I fell asleep kinda in a stressed mood. Maybe that was my own projection that was choking me.
I wasn't afraid cause I knew... I was educated enough to know what will work. Love... Fascinating, isn't it. Profound..

Still scared the hell out of me as a kid because I thought I had died or something. Bro i have so many wonderful stories but probably too much to type in a comment section. Just relax into the paralysis as opposed to fighting it and watch what happens next.
I've had lots of OBE'S in my waking state. I had lots of dreams of falling from a great height in childhood, they were terrifying.

I started putting the pieces together. When I was so easy to have astral projection through meditation, it was nothing I was ever taught in my church system. I was raised by Christians who believe that when we die we either go to heaven or hell and that is it. I knew by having these experiences that there was so much more than that. I dove into meditation, Hinduism, Buddhism, energy healing and did my own research. Dove into the law of attraction and realized that we are all just one energy experiencing itself as a human being. I have never felt so free. All religions are ultimately the same. We are all just walking each other home. Anyone is capable of having these experiences. We are more powerful than we are led to believe by any limiting or dogmatic belief system.

I can address this question based on my many years of experiencing sleep paralysis until I discovered Bob Monroe’s book in 2003. My first encounter was in 1995 when I was 16. I experienced an entity hovering above me, laughing. I remember trying to scream for my aunt, who was asleep beside me, to wake me up, but she couldn’t hear me. These entities appeared in various forms but never really harmed me. Over time, I realized they’re just reflections of our own fears and beliefs, heavily influenced by our religion. In many religions, particularly Roman Catholicism, there are frequent mentions of devils, Lucifer’s story, bad spirits, etc. These stories and beliefs are so ingrained that you might manifest them during an out-of-body experience (OBE), bringing the ‘bogeyman’ into existence on the astral plane - by the window, near the closet, at your feet, on the ceiling…
I dealt with these ghostly apparitions well into my teens. However, there was a critical phase where I managed to dissolve them in front of me, thanks to a change in my beliefs. The talk of negative entities taking over one’s body is often just a reflection of their own fears, influenced by what they’ve heard, especially in Catholicism. When I was grappling with these so-called evil figures, as soon as I was out of my body, I would force myself to rise through the ceiling, high up until I could see the stars or the sun, and then they would vanish from sight. It’s interesting to note that these experiences only occurred at night for me. In the morning or afternoon, during my OBEs, I would only see my room with beings present. This could be due to the influence of acary movies we watch growing up, scary stories we hear as a kid or maybe simple as an energy being ourself we hang out so much in the lower frequencies reality due to our beliefs which continue to haunt us, especially when we strongly believe in them…you’re glued to them. Need to unstuck yourself, change your belief system or just open your mind to other possibilities…

That's fascinating that he talked about angels being like a facet of our own souls. My little sister has always had a super deep connection to my young son. Last night, after listening to the phase 10 Monroe meditation, I had a lot of vivid dreams and I got the sense that my sister and my son are part of the same soul. The comment about the angels validates that this is a possibility. Incredible!
This is also the case with demons - that they are facets of ourselves.

This is what i'm going through since I was 14, im 30 now..., this is why I need to learn to control it. To whoever is reading this, I have been able to fly, I didn't realize much of it cause I didn't want to believe that this was happening and I felt dumb even talking about it. But one time I left my body, and started spinning uncontrollably in my room, I couldn't control this, so I looked at my body laying down, and extended my arms towards my body as in trying to fly back in, and I did. There's so many stories I can tell. But this is extremely real, I have seen my mom doing her thing while my body is sleeping. Bob Monroe, makes me feel not crazy. May he rest in peace.

I agree with you. He had a soothing voice but he didn't sound like he was trying to make it soothing in order to manipulate, even though he studied hypnosis. I think about his voice even when I'm not listening to it. It's comforting and has a reassuring quality. Maybe that's because he spent so much time both teaching and using it to guide people through his recordings.
I agree! There are some tapes in the later gateway series where someone else runs the session and it completely throws me off
He seems a very gentle & kind soul. 😊. He must’ve been to have had 8 cats & 2 dogs before his last book came out!
He describes everything so wonderfully! I am open minded and sceptical to all of this. But I know I’ve had experiences where I have accidentally dipped a toe into these areas.

T I have dreams of flying all the time with me falling followed by waking up. I just did my first hemi sync, the first thing I saw was a silhouette of a person similar to what i saw at 10:46sec. After I was synced before he counted 1-3 I saw and felt what seemed to be a black hole with a quasar. After he counted to 3 all i saw and felt was a ball of energy. This was my first try and it was amazing to say the least. What is also weird is that sometimes when I take a shower and the water flow hits my head and I close my eyes, I remember dreams and or think of a person I can't figure out who, or a feeling about a person. I saw Putin and he has or will have cancer.
Well all what he is talking about is true. After 4 weeks of coma in 2021 i can asure you that we (our soul) continue living just our body dies.
Thankful of this video i couldn't talk about it , because no one understand what i say, even my own son & husband. 🙏💟🙏
I've meditated, listened to Biannual tones and used several natural psychedelics and I have had 2 extremely profound experiences in my life. One through meditation and one during a N,N-Dimethyltryptamine session both of which I feel were a release from the physical realm and both of which changed my waking mind seamingly permanently and for the better. I recently discovered The Gateway Process and it is absolutely fascinating. I'm still researching and haven't listened to any of the sessions yet but the possibilities seam limitless.
And coincidentally my entire body from head to toe began sweating when the initial tone at the beginning of the video started playing.

Fascinating and thought-provoking! There's so much to learn and absorb in this video. Monroe is so knowlegeable and eloquent in his presentation. The universe we live in is so complex. So many questions come up, such as who or what is behind all this? What happens to those people who commit suicide?I'm at a loss of words to describe how I feel after watching this video. The AWESOME reality of our existence is FAR more mind-bending than any science fiction movie or book can begin to express. We are immortal beings who have extended our conscious awareness throughout the entire breath of the MULTI-DIMENSIONAL Universe that we live in. We are all courageous explorers who have chosen to LEARN and EVOLVE through the use of temporary vehicles of consciousness. It is quite surprising how so much I have come to understand is echoed in this video, some of it even word for word. I had a very exciting childhood/teenagerhood with spontaneous out of body experiences and other things. Sadly, now I'm immersed in the physical world and I feel nothing. I miss it, this was a nice reminder.
Interesting to watch as these were things that I did since I was young. Never thought about it until a 30 something young friend mentioned and sent me the link knowing I have had many out of body while awake, and many lucid dreams where I could control what was happening and always, when I realized I was dreaming, started flying. I could go anywhere and create future events and outcomes --it is so facinating. in 1990 I read the original book 'Lucid dreaming' and that is how I learned how to do that. You can go anywhere in time. OUt of body was always a sudden event -- and I could see myself 'separating' and everything slowed down and I knew exactly what to say or do in each moment. We are amazing beings -- and that is why the horrible educational system wants to keep us down, or else we would be uncontrollable. The ds wants us that way. Time to remember!!

yes...there is much valuable information in this video for sure , BUT information is NOT knowledge! The only source of knowledge is EXPERIENCE. You need experience to gain WISDOM...if you haven't EXPERIENCED something for yourself...it's not your TRUTH....its someone else's truth ....so as Jimi Hendrix once said... "ARE YOU EXPERIENCED?" KNOWING about something, is not THINKING that you understand something....You KNOW IT from your own personal experience.... LIGHT and LOVE.
When I walk around, especially upon waking, and enjoy the subtle light and fresh air walking, I am in a Theta State wear many creative and intuitive insights spark my essence. :)
This is so marvelous and this, if applyed by everyone, would induce instant Peace on Earth!

I had one at 19, I am 72 now. I remember waking up to a high pitched frequency to the point i had to get away from it and it was audible in my head. I was in a bunkbed and i was looking up at the springs of the upper bunk and had the idea to try to pull myself up with my arm. Upon trying i felt a gravity wave pushing through me and it was a heavy pressure accompanied with this frequency. I noticed the fingers of my left arm and hand which another profile of a silverish condition start to rise from it to the elbow, the color remienscient of some tin foil color and shiny like in a moon light setting. I immediately was staring at my body back in the bed. I was scared i had died so trying to figure out if i was dead i tried to connect somehow to my heart beat and i was alble to recognize that it beat a single "bump" but very very low and that really scared me because i knew the body was not dead yet. I saw my body laying there and i saw other people sleeping in the same room. I thought if i died i would be found dead and stiff as there was no one awake to know if was having a problem which if they knew i think they could have brought me back to my normal self. But, they had no idea and i was really not knowing what to do if i was to die. I thougth about my parents how they loved me and how i would miss them as i loved them but was over 500 miles away from them. I thought about who else i loved and who loved me but i got no input to know more. I turned to look around to see what was around me other than what i was seeing at 2:30 AM and what i saw was a black wall of something that seemed to be solid and felt if i went into that i would have no way out but did not know what was inside that darkness. I asked the Lord Jesus to let me reenter my body again for a little while and as soon as i asked i felt the graity but no longer heard the high pitched frequency but saw the silverish profile of my arm at a 45 degree angle to my real arm on the bed slowing drift back into it and i immediately was able to move again and got up out of the bed and had to reason if that really happened to me or not. I concluded it did and now i know something i never knew before and believe me no one i think wants to go into that darkness i saw.

I tried the hemi sync audios and felt sick and out of it after a while so stopped. I've also had three spontaneous out of body experiences and one was beautiful and the other two were frightening.

Where are the people who worked with Robert Monroe in the lab? They are all dead?
Those people, who had so many experiences, are the ones who should now be making workshops at the Monroe Institute.
MARIO Tom Campbell is still doing lectures and running experiments to this day. He’s written three books Calle My Big Toe in which he puts forward a theory of everything based on his experiences out of body

Of those early studies, some tapes were published where the participants channeled to entities that communicated and gave answers. My question refers to those people, quoted by Robert Monroe in "Far Journeys". You can listen to them in "The EXPLORER SERIES".

Why didn't I find him before? I used to have out of the body experience in my childhood and I was not aware of any of it.
I had them in childhood, too, and then learned how 15 years ago w/binaural beats.(All free online, fwiw.)
I love bob. He is the real man in this field. One of his techniques include lying in the north south axis and attempting any techniques while doing that. And also try sleeping near a eletrical radiator type outlet as the second body is attracted towards the electrical fields.
That’s interesting...maybe the N/S has to do with magnetism of the Earth. In Feng shui, it’s mentioned that’s the best way to sleep!

I m 3x15. I have had quite a few psychic experiences, including out of body....I was sleeping on my couch after a night of partying (just drinking). I felt very rested and relaxed and warm. I opened my eyes and my nose almost touched the ceiling. I turned my head and looked down at myself, then freaked out terribly and next thing you know, I am back in my body. I had my eyes shut tight and blanket over my head the rest of the night. I had other Clairvoyant, Clairaudient and Claircognizant experiences throughout my life so far....at different times. I don't understand it though. It just happens when I am not thinking about it.
