  • Quiet Time has been a staple in our home for over 6 years now. As I start this quiet time journey once more with my littlest who just turned two, I am reminded of how challenging starting a daily quiet time for little ones who no longer nap really is!
In this video, I share with you my 5 best quiet time tips to help you and your toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids get into the routine of having a daily rest for independent play in the middle of your day.
I also share with you my two best Quiet Time freebies:
    1. Quiet Bin Labels - to make keeping your quiet time boxes fresh and exciting as easy as can be!
    2. Quiet Time Play Mats - to help your little ones dive into imaginary play and get crazy creative, all while playing independently and resting.

Exactly the video I needed! On day 4 of quiet time in my home (5 and 3 y.o) and although it’s going better than I expected I was starting to wonder how I would keep their interest so I will be downloading your printables! Also, I love the tip to spend special one on one time with them before going into it. I think this will be really helpful for them to feel good about actually giving me the space I need during that time rather than trying to still get my attention constantly.
