Back in the early 90s, they did a hilarious skit together on SNL when she hosted (which they showed a short clip of), where he played a hyperactive kid who is chained to a jungle gym. You should try to find the full sketch online somewhere...

My point was: the audience was NOT impressed with him coming out of the "Eyes Wide Shut" costume, let alone his joking around and being there. In other words: fail. ( So, should he have been invited?
