When you are filming your work, can you explain more often about each animal -- their background, how you got them, their personality, habitat because we haven't all followed long enough to know all their stories. It's ok if you're repeating yourself again and again and again 🙂, the education you provide is awesome!! Thanks for taking such great care of the animals!!!

I want to commend you for showing all the work and the cleaning and the messy jobs involved in caring for all these animals. I’m a former vet tech who has taken in 17 exotic animals that were in need of a better and a permanent home and while lots of people want to come visit and play with the animals, nobody ever volunteers to come make the food or clean the cages or even work on enrichment. It’s hard work and you guys are doing a fantastic job.

My first "non-dog or non-cat" pet was Peking Duck. I was 8 and he was Mr. Peepers. Back then people didn't know about "imprinting ". We just thought he really loved me. Looking back, I was HIS! I was the 1st 'being' he saw and felt "connected" to me. Looking back, he was so fun! Where I went, he went... he had to cross the Rainbow Bridge much too soon... but i have great memories! I hope your duck gets better!❤
I work at a pet store and it doesn't matter what animal it is, could be a guppy or a feeder golfish, a snake, a guinea pig. They all deserve to be loved and cared for. This duck is no different. 😥

Sounds like Petunia is yelling "No!" as you sat on him. I got 3 fly traps for my patio/carport. They were bothering us when I had the grill or the smoker was going. They were a hanging bottles you add water and their packet to. It caught hundreds in a few days but the smell was awful. It smelled like a decomposing body. I doubled bagged them to put them in the trash. The smell still got out. It was vomit inducing. I had to wash my county trash can multiple times finally soaking it full of bleach and water for 2 days to make it smell almost tolerable. I am going to use fly paper going forward. My first winter/spring in southwest Florida. We didn't have any bugs from December until the first week in April. Hopefully they don't get worse before we go back to Mass for the summer in a few weeks.
I will pledge at least $50 for the duck fund raiser. Hopefully the infection can be treated. The emus are so cute. I love how they follow you on your rounds and play with Clover.❤

People sending rude comments about what you do concerning the health of your animals have zero empathy. Everything is just something to be used to them. Fingers crossed it's something treatable. I've been in that boat, you do the best you can but life still sucker punches ya from time to time.

These vlogs are the best part of my day. I really enjoy watching the animals and the progress with the sanctuary. Its really incredible how much gabby and chris do for these animals when other people just say you should just euthanize it or cook it its just so f*cked. No doubt the two most selfless people on youtube. Very underrated.

Off the start, I wanna say I love the videos and hope that whatever the vet does can help Bubbles.
Last night, after watching one of your videos, I found an old clip from 7 years ago of you talking about how you lost the tip of your finger. I was shocked when seeing the clip. In the last year of watching each channel y'all have, I didn't notice the injury.
Chris, you might wanna start wearing chaps to feed the goats and pigs, especially to protect your family jewels from KitKat and the bites and attacks from Petunia!

It’s a lot of hard work and dedication and time proper facility proper housing!!
These creatures don’t belong in our homes. They belong in the wild they keep that balance very important part of the ecosystem in which they’re part of we’re doing a lot of damage, taking them from their habitats and trying to domesticate them and a lot of discomfort and pain to the creature cause that’s not where they’re from. They’re not happy.
As always a lovely animal vlog. That Sweet Duck, I hope you are able to find some answers for his swollen legs/infection. Happy you give him a lovely life along with all the very blessed animals in your care. Excited to see the results of the emu's gender. I love watching the turtles eat. Jumanji and the group of red-foots + the bonus other turtle were just loving those greens today. It is just so fun to see them just adore their food.

I am tethered to a phone at my nightshift job for 10 hrs/shift so I love to watch all the animals and hear about them. What an awesome dream you guys have made come true for yourselves. There will always be haters. You do what you need to do for your animals❤ It's not anyone's business, period. Prayers that things get better for your duck 🩵🙏I use to have a cockatiel named cheech. He was so sweet. He loved head rubs, tried to eat the food i was eating. When my mom would do her workouts, especially jogging, he would move his head up and down walking back and forth on his little perch. Once his cage was open, he would always fly to me if i called his name.
Vet bills are crazy! We've spent about $8k so far this year on our 2 senior dogs, a corgi and a beagle. They both have health issues, so their care is expensive. But, they're part of the family, so we do whatever is necessary. I can't imagine dealing with the kinds of bills you have!
That bills are insanely expensive, especially at exotic vets

I hope your duck will be ok. 😔It's frustrating when people don't understand the value of a pet because it's unconventional. I have bearded dragons as well as cats and dogs and if the dragons get unwell people say why don't you just euthanize and buy another? That's not the way to look at pet ownership yes it would be cheaper but life has more value than that. My beardies are members of the family so to speak. Not just disposable

This is from Australia. They’re called emu emu, not emu. They are called emus there are a large flightless bird and if you’re not careful, they’ll poke your eye out I’ll kick you in the face or even kick you in other places so they called Ian and we don’t keep them as pets in Australia because they are dangerous are dangerous.

About the people who think you should just cook your duck. They do realize that every animal has been eaten by humans before, right? Dogs and cats are served as meat in other countries, so when their pet cat or dog is sick or injured, ya know? Just sell it to china to be eaten.
Petunia's growls after tackling you are straight out of a horror movie. My god I would not want to hear that at night.
The pig attack is likely to become an unviable problem. And that behaviour from the animals can't be tolerated sins I'm guessing it want to challenge you for alpha. That or got jealous or some other reason. Same way and rules on how a wolf pack and it's alpha whould respond.
