Hi guys! I saw a couple of comments from people misinterpreting the entire point of these tips as being negative or a way to isolate yourself from everyone which is of course not healthy - this is clearly not the point of the video but there will be people who misunderstand or don't get it and that's ok. I've been there done that where I had SO much on my plate I ended up almost having a mental breakdown - so I know firsthand how it can impact you having TOO MUCH ON YOUR PLATE. 🔑 The point is that in today's world you have to PROTECT your mental health & if you feel pulled in a thousand directions and you don't have a moment's peace, then it's definitely reasonable to reduce your number of obligations and ask for help. Of course it doesn't mean to not make plans with ANYONE, or to ignore ALL people. ☁ SOME OF US REMEMBER WHEN WE DIDN'T HAVE CELL PHONES AND SNAPCHAT AND FACEBOOK & TEXT MESSAGES and let me tell you the PEACE that brought, not being constantly hit with notifications 24/7. I am be no means saying you should "isolate yourself" in an unhealthy manner. Most of the tips in this video were not related to ignoring people lol although I'm a big advocate of ignoring most people anyhow 😉. The tips in order were: 1. take something off your plate - make a list of the things you're enrolled in or committed to and ask, can I take something off? 2. cancel unnecessary plans 3. don't answer everyone's messages - stop being a people pleaser and feeling like you have to get back to everyone who's after your attention 4. turn off notifications - (again, not to "isolate" yourself but to reduce noise and distraction. I mentioned sales apps, weather etc - not just people 5. outsource a job (hire someone to help if you can, or split parental duties) 6. delegate tasks (in the home, get the kids to help with housework etc) 7. clean your house 8. declutter 9. let yourself have a day where you do nothing (take a rest day, don't always feel like you need to be superwoman or man) 10. take the pressure off of yourself to be perfect all the time Not sure how this was read as pessimistic and a way to isolate yourself from the planet but again I believe most of you understand 💗😂 Have a wonderful week!
I love ignoring people ... INCLUDING TH-cam and other social media ... I grew up when phones were attached to a wall .... I am so relaxed! I used to be in a so called sector .... I have left them behind while I focus on ME! 👌
Could you do a video about your daily, weekly and monthly tasks to keep the house clean? What things do tidy and clean people do to be that way? Great video as usual. Yes, I have rage cleaned 😂😂
I think it was very understanding and perfect advice. When you get kra kra you need to pull back and ease your mind and laser focus ( I stole from u) on yourself. Putting your feet in the sand, grass or warm concrete helps too. Looking at blue skys and sunshine!
No, she’s just giving tips for people who are overwhelmed with life. She’s talking about how to navigate things, where to start. Some people are stressed and overwhelmed but didn’t know where to start to make things life easier.

I totally agree with the point being create space to care for yourself.
This video is true!! You have to ACTIVELY protect your peace. Otherwise, people will take it.

This was refreshing and helpful. Thank you.
I channel my stress into workouts. Nothing like going straight to the gym after a frustrating day at work

Try not to commit to things you don't want to attend. No person is an island though a healthy balance is needed.

Tips for introverts. Some people recharge by being social.
