Very delicious tasty dish , my problem is that getting the right cut of meat that comes out soft and not tough , is not always easy our butchers don’t pay enough attention to making the right cut. But nice dish to try , thanks for sharing , Happy Sunday everyone .
If you want to make sure your beef gets really tender add about a teaspoon of baking soda to your marinade and let it sit for at least an hour. You won't be disappointed.

Hello, love your recipes!! Would you be able to make Hong Kong style wontons and dumpling noodle soup like the ones found in Toronto. The wontons have shrimps where as the dumplings contain shrimp with pork mince, bamboo shoot and black woodear fungus. Thank you!
