    This is crazy! I looked at my watch and said, “It’s 4:49.” Immediately after, you said the price was $449.

    Great video! Thank you. FWIW Running non synthetic conventional oil is better for initial break in because it allows the rings to scuff up the cylinder walls more effectively thus allowing the piston rings to "seat" better which is an important part of the break in process. Definitely switch to synthetic thereafter. Happy power washing!

    • @GearsGadgets
      @GearsGadgets  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the input. I probably switched to synthetic too soon but such is life.

    • @mellowjammer
      @mellowjammer 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had always heard the same thing: Break-in should be done with real Dino oil (non-synthetic), and then you can switch out to synthetic after that.

    Nice review man. Was going between this one and a Ryobi at Home Depot and after watching your review I'm going to go with this unit. The frame looks much more solid and this one has a little more PSI/bigger motor.

    DUDE, another solid video! Well done. You've inspired me with time lapse and drone footage in the same video! In all honesty, yours is what my new channel aspires to be. (And your pressure washer sounds a lot like my sons's CRF 150!) Keep 'em coming. And I hope maybe some of your viewers will give my channel a try, too. Mine's heavy on the motoVLOG, lighter on reviews.

    3200 psi is crazy high lol Get yourself a foam cannon for it now and you'll be hooked up for washing cars! I always break my new engines in with dino oil then switch to synthetic later. Different strokes... Also, one huge benefit of Arizona is you can have rocks for a yard, but here you are with grass like a crazy person 😂

    • @GearsGadgets
      @GearsGadgets  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      lol yeah it got me good. Now as for rocks, you are right however I get SO sick of brown gravel and sand, it is nice to have a little green lol.

    I have the same unit.. the gun stores on the side that you have it on but you're supposed to detach the wand and it stores on the other.. separately then it won't be so clunky and drag and hit your wheels and want to fall off. No worries I did the exact same thing until I went back and looked in the instructions LOL 😂 Great video!! Love the maid in the USA theme!!👊🏻✌🏻🤟🏻

    You made me laugh on that one. One of the things I was going to mention was make sure and not shoot yourself they will slice you. Also the pulsating rotational tips work very well for removing stubborn stains. Kind of a must have! I love pressure washers and you did a good job getting one with the Honda Engine.

    Nice review. I purchased the same unit last month and I am already on my third hose. The first hose split within the first 2 minutes of use. The second hose was an hour into using the unit. If you purchase this unit (or any others) be consonant of the hose and exhaust. The first hose was a defect, the second hose was the issue. I was not watching the hose as I was cleaning the RV from our recent trip. As I was washing the RV, the hose lifted and kissed the exhaust. Melting the exterior of the hose, causing it to immediately rupture.
    I really can not give this a review one direction not the other until I get more time on the unit. Hopefully it works well.

      Interesting. I’ve used mine a bunch of times and haven’t had issues with the hose yet. How sketchy is it when the hose blows?

    In the American vernacular, if the phase "go ahead" was completely removed from this video, and others, the commentary would have entirely the same meaning and sense.

    • @GearsGadgets
      @GearsGadgets  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      pboperations thanks. It comes out in non-scripted videos with steps and ends up being amplified in editing as longer segments of rambling are cut out which leaves you with quick cuts of step 1, 2, 3, 4 however you don’t number steps in a video like this because you don’t know what will be cut in the final edit and don’t want to end up with step 1, 4, 2, 8. I understand the annoyance.

    Homeboy got a tetanus shot for a small skin burn hahahahahahahaha hahahahahahaha. We step on rusty nails that break thru the skin and keep working. No one in the history of life ever got 'tetanus'. Maybe someone who swam in a vat of liquid metal and swallowed some.

      Thanks Dr. Ramsey. Are you the same guy who doesn’t get a polio vaccine because nobody has died from it since the 60’s? The kind of logic that completely misses the point that nobody has died BECAUSE the people in the 60’s got the vaccine? I LOVE people on the internet. So adorable.

    this thing is a piece of garbage I got one of these it died on me the first time I tried to use it took it back to the store exchanged it. Use it again for a couple of months the engine blew up took it back to one of the dealers they rebuild the engine then the cutoff switch stopped working it almost electrocuted me because I had to remove the covering for the spark plug to turn it off. Have that repaired the engine started shaking so badly it broke the frame connection. Eventually I sold it for $50 and was glad to be rid of it

      I bough mines at Lowe’s i Tried to turn it on after an hour of trying it finally turn on, 20 min in the water pressure wasn’t working even though the engine was on, I return it only to be struggling 2 days with the new pressure washer trying to turn it on. If it’s new at least it should turn on on the first days but not even that I return both and bough a new brand on Home Depot will try it out tomorrow.
