I know by now you've already given away the pressure washer but I do want to thank you for your honest review. I bought a wholesun ws 3000 And I have not been happy with it. Is this pressure washer better than the whole Sun? I am looking around for the best electric pressure washer I can find. And if I can't find a very good one of those I'm looking for a gas-powered one that would be an easy start. Any suggestions from you it really be appreciated because I find that your review was extremely honest. Thank you.
My Stanley 2150 just bit it this morning, the motor let the smoke out, so I'm in search of a new PW and came across your review. I like the honest opinions you provide in the video, keep that up and don't fall into the trap. Keep it honest and people will return. Lowe's is having a $100 off sale until July 7, so I may just be picking one up. Thanks!
Nicely done. This is a terrific machine. Costco had an amazing deal which included larger tires, a quick-disconnect kit, surface washer and a foam cannon. Snapped it up shortly after seeing your review and am very happy with the product. But you're right - one more GPM would really be nice.
I purchased this May of 2024 and it hasn't disappointed for electric. You can spend much more money for a Kranzel electric that needs a 20 amp line at $1,400. 14 amps can only give so much PSI and or GPM. Not enough of either for a heavily dense mold build (years) up using a 16 inch metal surface cleaner on wheels. I think cleaning annually with it will do fine. Meanwhile the turbo nozzle is my favorite, but that took almost 2 hours on my 1,100 SF driveway doing a great job though. Cleaned 2 walk ways, deck, shed . 3 car garage and washing cars. I purchased a short gun, quick connects, foam cannon and lances. Really happy, for how long I don't know. Don't let it run more than a few minutes without spraying.
Thank you very much very informative as a sixty-year-old woman trying to help my daughter who's a single mom and she cares for me make a purchase for a power washer can be very confusing. However, based on your video I can get one off of Facebook not open still all wrapped up for $240 I think we'll do that. Thank you! Do you know if she needs a store BOS to have the manufacturers warranty.
I'm glad you liked it, Dawna! I don't think she needs a store BOS, but may want to check with Greenworks first. I think they have decent customer service and this has a crazy good warranty.
Been looking at reviews for different pressure washers for the past few days and Im still a little nerves on which one to get definitely need something to tackle a little bit of everything driveway , car , outside house walls , vinyl fences and honestly this one is definitely on top of my list would definitely love to get one … your review has made a bit more comfortable in picking this one thank you
Thanks for this great review 👍 I had two old electric pressure washers and they both decided to go out on me. I've been eyeing this Greenworks 3000 psi and the new Ryobi 3000 psi. Would love this one!!
It would be interesting to have you add decibel readings to your reviews. We'll add this one to our list to look at for sure. Thanks for all the detail in the review.

This is a very good demonstration of a good electric pressure washer that i am impressed with the power and accessories .I really like it for myself but i haven't enough money to buy one .I am going to wait until i have the opportunity to get it.
Bought one and let the smoke out within an hour annoyingly.... It seemed to work well until then, pump didn't get too warm, good output, smooth, pretty quiet nice wand and hose. Will try one more unit but any other issues I may try cordless since it'll have different motor controller/electronics.
Great review! This is at the top of my list for picking up a new washer. I wonder how much performance difference there is between the 3000 and the Greenworks 2700.
I tried to use a jetter to clean clogged mainline with my current 1700 PSI washer and did not work. A plumber with a 4000PSI gas washer and professional jetter did the job, but it cost over $400 per visit. I am struggling between this and the Westinghouse 3400 gas washer and decide to go with this one. The gas version will be very hard to maintain and keep for pressure washer used very infrequently.
I have been saving up for a pressure washer. Next year should have enough saved up. I heard the Greenworks is a good product. I also saw the gas Simpson pressure washer is good. Not sure what to do. I’m surprised it didn’t get to 3000 psi..
I think they rate it at the hose connection point and not at the nozzle tip, which is silly to me. Greenworks is great for electric but Simpson will beat it any day of the week if you get one with a higher GPM and PSI.
Great video. I bought one of these this morning, to replace my harbor freight Bauer 2000 psi that broke on me. Out of the box, I was really impressed with this one. I had to power wash a car chassis, then I washed my truck. By the time I was done, I boxed it back up. I honestly felt my Bauer had more pressure. The hose is way too short, 25'? But the big thing for me is that it didn't have a pressure switch. I would blast some washing the truck, and put the wand down to scrub. Expecting it to shut off after max pressure, it just kept on going, and then would trip the built in GFI circuit. Then I would have to reset everything each time I wanted to use the wand again. Do you experience the same thing, or did I have a faulty unit. Also, oddly enough, the unit one size down comes with a 50 foot hose. You would think the top of the line unit would also have the longer hose. Let me know about that power on/off - gfi question please. If it was just a bad one, I would be up for trying again.
Hey Willy! Thank you very much for your comment. I apologize for the delay I've been researching this. I honestly never dealt with that... I'd hate to tell you to go out and rebuy it and experience the same issue. I'll reach out to the Greenworks customer service folks and see that they say. Because I'm curious too!
@Victor Vek As I said, I boxed it up and sent it back. I ended up with the higher pressure Baeur unit from Harbor Freight. Way cheaper, definitely feels more powerful, and longer hose. I will be replacing the hose and gun, with better ones though. Thx
@@TheLawnReview I’m trying to do lawn mowing, window and car cleaning, along with power washing and other landscaping type stuff around my area with a friend. I’ve been trying to get a new washer for a while now but I can only get used and the last one I tried I got scammed and it broke😭

I noticed that the motor on the greenworks washer runs (makes some noise) even when then spray handle is not being pulled. Is this normal ? At 5.25 into the video you said your 3K PSI is 1.1 GPM. I was at Lowes today and on the box of their 3K it's 2.1 GPS. What GPM is stated on the box you purchased? At 9.40 you said it would take forever to clean a driveway, Would the GW 2300K PSI 2.3 GPM do a better job at cleaning a driveway? BTW I'm researching to buy a new Pressure Washer, at this time I'm using a 15+ year old Task Force 2K to clean my double driveway. I hope you have the time to reply.
Hey! Thanks for the question! So they advertise 2.1 GPS when you don’t have a nozzle tip on. Basically false advertising. When you put a nozzle tip on it increases the pressure but drops the gallons per minute. If it’s a double driveway I think you’d be there forever cleaning with it. If I’m you, I’d buy the 3k and test it out. I’m 99% sure they have a 30 day return policy. In my 100% honest opinion- electric is great for spot cleaning but not great for big driveways.
Nice video. I'f you haven't given it away, may I request it to try for a testing or cleaning a vehicle, possibly for mobile detailing. If you offer to me, I'll try it using a car cleaning test. Thank you.
Hello. I was foing to purchase this, but then started reading some bad reviews. We have a pretty large driveway and a 15 inch surface cleaner. I just sold our big gas harbor freight and i think i might of made a mistake. I read that you can't run it more than an hour, dont ise an extension cord, and multiple people saying it just just off and wouldn't start again and sometimes turning it off and on it will work again. Do you think i should just get another gas one if I have a large driveway? Thank you.
@@TheLawnReview I'm not sure of the square feet. But 2 car garage, side rv parking, the walk way to the front door and the sidewalk in front of the house. I know that doesn't help much lol. But it's usually atleast a 2 day project with a 3200psi 5.8hp Harbor Freight pressure washer...
Is the psi adjustable? I've read that anything higher than 1600 is too much for washing a car. Is one of the other nozzle tips better for this purpose?
You can buy aftermarket nozzles with a different orifice size to drop the PSI and gain GPM. A 4.0 orifice size drops these guys around 1000-1200 PSI and around 1.6-1.8GPM.
Thinking aobut buying this at Costco with the driveway cleaner thing for 349. Is it a decent value or should I get a gas one I won't be able to start 2 years from now?
It’s going to provide a uptick in power but truthfully the GPM is probably your biggest issue there. You need a good balance of PSI & GPM. It’s definitely one of the best electric pressure washers on the market. How big is your driveway?
Narrowed it down to either the 2301 or 3000. Lowes has a sale going on. 2301 is $249 and 3000 is $349 I’m a homeowner who will use it for patio, siding, car etc. thanks!
Hey! I doubt it and I wouldn't recommend it. You should spray it with the soap nozzle tip and let it sit for a few minutes then switch to a high pressure nozzle tip.
@@TheLawnReview Ok good to know! No I don’t but I want one and Im trying to decide if I wanna get the 2300psi version over this one since it shuts off when you stop spraying. I would be using it for just around my house and I wash my truck a lot
Could not reach the second story of my 2350 ft home. I purchased the PW for the purpose of powerwashing my house not a deck or driveway. I do not want to climb a ladder to use the PW. It did not get the job done to my satisfaction. I still have to hire someone to clean my house properly.
Hi Kriss, that is EXACTLY why I created this channel. So much borderline false advertising in this industry your head will spin. So, they say 2.0 GOM under extremely optimal conditions with no nozzle tip on. Which no one would ever do haha.
@@Workrelatedstufff My research show this is the most powerful washer for 110V. The max amp for any outdoor device can only go up to 15Amp for safety reason and brushless motor in this machine is more efficient than induction motor.
@@TheLawnReview yeah seems like false advertising to me. I may be returning and getting something more substantial. Is there a better electrical machine you would recommend from Lowes?
@@ValentinoRossFan46 For an electric 3000PSI machine, you're not going to do much better without jumping to Greenwork's 60V or 80V machines, which advertise 2GPM @ 3000PSI (specs sections on both the box and official online listings make it clear that the corded units are 1.1GPM at 3000PSI) per PWMA certification. That 2GPM is also achievable with the soap/rinse nozzle, and you're looking at 1.6-1.8GPM with 4.0 orifices (though that drops your PSI to around 1000-1200 or so).

@@TheLawnReview good luck ever getting them to back up that warranty
They won’t? Please explain
Narrowed it down to either the 2301 or 3000. Lowes has a sale going on.
2301 is $249 and 3000 is $349
I’m a homeowner who will use it for patio, siding, car etc. thanks!
@@adamg.1845 2301 is fine as long as you don't want it for your driveway.
you bet I want that, subscribed fs
Thanks, Parker. Got you down!
Does the soap work on jet nozzle?
Hey! I doubt it and I wouldn't recommend it. You should spray it with the soap nozzle tip and let it sit for a few minutes then switch to a high pressure nozzle tip.
How do you put the tips in I just bought it and omg I’m having such a hard time
I think you pull back the head pressure washer head and you can snap them on easily.
omg 😅 duhhh I kept trying to fit it without doing that how simple was that thank you! Finally I was able to put it on
Awesome! Thanks for watching and commenting@@namine99
You should test ryobi's electric 3000 psi pressure washer
That's our next pressure washer we want to record!
Good review
Glad you think so!
How about for gutter cleaning?
Which part of the gutter? Should be great either way.
@@TheLawnReview I’m thinking of using one of those extension attachments for gutters to clean the troughs up top.
I likethis power pressure washer, sure I would love to win.
Thanks Frank
How do you use soap dispenser
You just add the soap nozzle tip and add an all purpose cleaner like Zepp to the reservoir!
@@TheLawnReview Thanks for the answer I did it and it worked great
Please how do you I get this lawn 😢
It is really nice!
did u give it away yet?
Yes!
Does the motor constantly running and not shutting off when you let go of the trigger get annoying?
Didn't bother me! Do you have one?
@@TheLawnReview Ok good to know! No I don’t but I want one and Im trying to decide if I wanna get the 2300psi version over this one since it shuts off when you stop spraying. I would be using it for just around my house and I wash my truck a lot
Nice! Yeah honestly you’re up to full pressure within a second or so anyways!
@@TheLawnReview Ok so would you recommend the 3000psi over the 2300 or 2700?
@@trystaneash9047 I definitely would - what are you using it for?
Been looking at this one for around the house for a while. Would love to see a comparison vs the new Active 2.0. Would love a chance to get one.
Thanks Gray! You know based on first impressions I think you'd probably prefer the GW. But I'll do some more digging for you.
Could not reach the second story of my 2350 ft home. I purchased the PW for the purpose of powerwashing my house not a deck or driveway. I do not want to climb a ladder to use the PW. It did not get the job done to my satisfaction. I still have to hire someone to clean my house properly.
Wow I'm sorry to hear that...
For 2nd story you will need telescope extension wand. My old 1700 PSI washer could drive that to wash 2nd floor and clean gutter without any problem
Get an x jet attachment.
A REAL PRO Pressure Washer as it has the BEST PSI AND BEST GPM MIXTURE
It is a truly great pressure washer although its GPM could be higher
I want that
Oh heck yeah
I want this, I need this.
Got you down, Steve!
Curious why it Says 2.0 gpm but you’re saying 1.1 maybe I missed it.
Hi Kriss, that is EXACTLY why I created this channel. So much borderline false advertising in this industry your head will spin. So, they say 2.0 GOM under extremely optimal conditions with no nozzle tip on. Which no one would ever do haha.
Let’s win this thing!
Got you down!
I want that pressure washer, please
Bro I’m so sorry this video is from last year ☹️. Where do you live? Wonder if you could have another one of mine.
I’ve been looking for a good electric pressure washer I’m empress
Glad you liked it - this is a great option!
Definitely want this❤
Got you down Ron!
Where’s the fuse box
Hmm not sure
I want one!!
They are great pressure washers!
I'm in Jamaica I'd love to have this washer. I'll pay for shipping I got it.
lmao! what kind of grass do you have down there?
@@TheLawnReview my dad brought them from Florida I'm not sure of the name but I'm going to email you a video and pictures of it
I want this.
Got it!
1.1 gpm? Says 2.5 online only reason I was considering it so I could get a surface cleaner with it
That is the amount leaving the machine, not the nozzle
@@TheLawnReview oh so u can use a surface cleaner with it for like a driveway or sidewalks?
@@TheLawnReview don’t want a gas one at the moment so just trying to get the best electric pressure washer possible at this time any recommendations?
@@Workrelatedstufff My research show this is the most powerful washer for 110V. The max amp for any outdoor device can only go up to 15Amp for safety reason and brushless motor in this machine is more efficient than induction motor.
I want it to test against my lower psi electric washer with higher gpm!
Oooh - which one?
@@TheLawnReview active ve52 doesn't do well with around the house duties. Great for car washing though!
@@jparker1435 Yeah might need some more PSI!
@@TheLawnReview yeah great gpm but psi is around 1100 usable pressure. It still beats my old HGTV 1700 psi washer lol
@@jparker1435 lol - love that.
I bought it thinking it was 2 gpm because that's what was on the box. I feel jipped
Isn’t that crazy?
@@TheLawnReview yeah seems like false advertising to me. I may be returning and getting something more substantial. Is there a better electrical machine you would recommend from Lowes?
@ValentinoRossFan46 not really. This is still best in class power from electric. Maybe get gas
Nice
Thanks, Andy!
My power washer doesn't turn on anymore I don't know why it doesn't switch on next video please talk about when your power washer doesn't want to start it just clicks and that's all it does my power washer is not that old
Hey Joe, did you reset the outlet on it?
I want that❤❤❤
It is a great one!
There is no review of it actually working. There is shots of the psi machine but nothing showing a real view of what comes out the nozzle.
There’s plenty of action shots in the first minute
Ahh ok thank you@@TheLawnReview
@MyColouringBook it’s a good one!
I want that. How do you join the email list.
Hey Dariet - we already gave this one away - but its a great deal if you can grab it on Amazon: amzn.to/3K6YbOD
Or from costco
I want it :)
On the list!
I want that 😂
It is pretty dang slick and has an awesome warranty. What are you using now?
@@TheLawnReview
I’m using a Sun Joe SPX3000 XT1. It does great for everything I need but I want an upgrade and have been looking into greenworks for a min and looking at lots of reviews
