We'll have to wait until he retires for people to acknowledge what ONE OF A KIND of a driver we have here. I have absolutely never have heard more slander about a driver than I have about him.
Love this compilation! I think newer fans dont know how much of a beast Lewis has been when it comes to overtaking and wheel to wheel combat, especially during his time at McLaren when he was out to prove himself. They understandably assume that moniker belongs to Verstappen, and older fans may have forgotten this about Lewis too. Its good to see this compilation being a reminder of the quality racer Lewis is. Special mention to other overtakes off the top of my head: Kubica and Alonso - Australia 2007 Vs Massa and Kimi - Malaysia 2007 Various ones coming through the field in a wet Monza 2008 Vs Vettel - China 2011 Vs Alonso - Silverstone 2011 2nd overtake vs Schumi - China 2010 Vs Petrov - China 2010 Vs Ricciardo & Vergne - Spain 2012 Vs Vettel for the win - Austin 2012 Vs Webber for the lead - Hungary 2013 Vs Vergne - Hungary 2014 Vs Vettel - Sochi 2018 Vs Verstappen for the win - Brazil 2021 Vs Norris (Sprint race) - Brazil 2021
@@tubularcandy812 bro, the same goes for Senna, Verstappen or Schumacher. All aggressive drivers had dirty moments, Verstappen doesn't have them today but look at 2015-21. When your car returns to the field, accidents will return.
It's always been Hamilton who impresses everyone the most that's why he's the most famous driver that's ever been also the best driver ever seen in an F1 car by far since 2007
Bruh his overtake at Silverstone wasn’t that amazing. Two drivers left the track and he just drove through. It was only memorable for Crofty’s commentary. Literally two corners later, he lost the position. Laughable
honestly i think the amazing part was his quick thinking and judgement of cutting back and taking a late apex to get an early exit and power on through, because although it may look unremarkable this all happens in a high stress environment and he was only given maybe a second to process what to do next, sometimes overtakes arent about who can hit the brakes the latest but also the decision making, just my opinion tho.
@@bendybam9630 yes I’m fully aware of that, but again, both drivers in front of him left the track, literally leaving a massive window open for him to drive into. It wasn’t a difficult overtake for any of the other drivers on the grid to achieve. And once again, he lost the place 2 corners later
@@travisfubu9053 tf you mean cope? I don’t need to cope. I’ve been watching this sport since before you were a speck in your father’s nutsack. I know what good overtaking and real racing is

I can almost make a top 100 for max so js say the word
@@tubularcandy812 Verstappen before winning all of the time wants a word. When he's not winning in the fastest car, he's dirty af.
The overtakes in China 2010 are incredible
One of the most exciting drivers to ever grace the sport, Hats off.
1:10 the original Through Goes Hamilton lol
in the same clip you can hear the equally renowned "But here comes Sebastain Vettel". Sometimes the world just does its thing. Crazy foreshadowing

Bahrain 2019. Does 2021 MV on LH ring a bell?
Schumacher❤, Hamilton 👊
Schumacher>Senna > Bottas>Prost>Mansell>Sebastian>Lauda>Vettel
👑🏆👍
He never was a bright driver in terms of intense battles, just overtaking in straight lines thanksgiving a higher engine performance
Awful take 😂
