  • This is another check-in on my fitness journey. Last week I showed you some progress with my weight loss and losing fat around my waist. Let's see how this week turns out. I also talk about my fitness goals and how I view weight loss plateaus. I think this video will help you if you want to lose weight. Especially if you have experienced some plateauing on your journey.
    I also show you my food log and how much I ate each day last week. Nutrition is key and I will show you how just one day can affect the outcome you get on the scale. Also how you should respond to it.
