I found the Bates through The Duggars. I always thought they were a lot more “normal” than the Duggars. That might be rude to say but when I found out that so many of the Bates kiddos had their own TH-cam channels I was so excited to catch up with the family. I think I found Carlin and Evan and the Stew crew first. And I found the rest pretty easily. I’m amazed at the differences between the two families. I think it’s so wonderful how Lawson and Nathaniel have remained so close and now their wives, Ester and Tiffany have become close.
I swear Lawson has been the most precious father throughout this pregnancy. I never would have guessed it. I have never seen a birth story through the father's perspective, as this has been. Such a sweet eye opener. And Tiffany is already the best of mothers. You will be excellent parents. ❤ Enjoy every moment, it will not come again.

I think its cute Lawson is helping but with the next one she'll just bounce up and get going bc she'll have 2 to take care of. My first c section was rough, my second I was up carrying a 2 yr old within a few hours. I told my Dr I needed 5o get out of bed and walk. I also demanded a cheeseburger afterwards even though you're suppose to be on a liquid diet for 24 hrs. I threw it up but honestly it was the best burger I'd ever eaten 😂😂 the day I has my gallbladder removed i came home and cleaned my entire house ans scrubbed my floors by hand. I never can sit still or take it easy.
Lawson is hilarious! 🤣 I loved the whole thing with the carseat and lifting Tiffany up the steps. "Go as slow as you need, we'll get there eventually" 🥰 So sweet! I can tell Lawson is going to be a Fun Dad!

Gil and Kelly have truly left a stellar Example for their children. You can feel the love between all of the children, and the love that each and every grand baby is greeted with. But these Bates men, treat their women like a wonderful treasure. And that is a learned behavior, well done❤❤
lol probably my oldest heard my dad play and keyword guitar and the accordion while in my belly and after he was born if he could not sleep my dad started to play accordion and sing and voila my son was hard asleep 😂😂
My children are both grandparents and I STILL remember pretty much everything about my time in the hospital before and after I gave birth to each of them! 😍

I had a c-section and was able to walk and go up and down steps the next day. Tiff if you’re having problems please talk to your doctor, everyone is different but don’t be afraid to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
Food is for the care of the patient. The medical society doesn’t think food is medicine. And it is so import for a healthy healing body. They fall super short in this department in all hospitals across the country! God bless all, glad you’re all headed home to be in your own space and comfy home.

There are some ladies who have side effects from the epidural. My sister was one of them; it was several weeks before she began feeling normal. Tiffany and Lawson, you two are doing great! Take as much time as you need to recover; but don't wait too long if you need to see your doctor if your feel worse. Prayers for your recovery. ❤

Oh sweet Tiff!!! You must have torn during delivery! Staying for 3 days and moving so slow!!!! I’ve been there!!!! It’s tough!!! Nothing beats being a first time parent and brining your baby home. Almost 16 years later and i will never forget walking out of the hospital with my newborn.

I also struggled that bad with my first because I got a 3rd degree tear as well as destroying my pelvic floor from pushing too long and way before I should have. I just had my second and also got a 3rd degree tear but am able to walk around much more normally than the first time because I only pushed when I needed to and slowly

I had 4 c-sections. I know Tiffany didnt have one, but just my two cents! One thing I learned was to not sit around too much. Go for short walks around 5he house, down the driveway, a little further each day. You don't want to get stiff! Will is just precious!

Agree! I gave birth naturally and I was up and walking straight away! I’m in the uk. They do not give you a wheelchair! I had second degree tears and was very sore but was constantly moving. No hate but they are treating her like she has a C section.

My newborn advise. Keep lights low for night feedings change diaper before feeding,,, snuggle but don't. talk to him so he gets used to the quietness of night stays sleepy and goess back to sleep. During the day feedings, talk and keep awake for a bit then put down while still awake. He learns to soothe himself to sleep. He knows the days from nights much easier. ❤❤
Thanks for loving your wife like you should. We need as many of these examples as possible, I'm convinced it would cut down on all of the postpartum complications.

The babies hear in the womb so he knows you all's voice and used to the chaos of family gatherings etc. So do not be quite. He'll adjust quickly. Congratulations family of 3❤
I agree with everyone else, that said Tiffany needs to move more. She didn't have a C section so it seems unusal to have trouble walking. I hope everything is ok with Mama. Don't hesitate to go back and get checked out if you are having problems. Those sitz baths that they give you to take home from the hospital are wonderful for helping to heal down there.
This had all the feels... and humor. I think baby William is a good mix of his mom and his dad. Their little looks change so much in the first year, and then they seem to change a little by 2 and about every two years after that. It's interesting to look at my kids when they were little and now when they are young adults. They change so much, it's amazing.

I had two children and the second one was much easier but the ice packs (down there) were a gamechanger to help prevent swelling. Got along much better.

Our hospital has a gourmet menu. You call in your order & specify what time you want it served. It always comes hot. You can order fromMexican, Italian, American, Asian cuisine. They even serve tenderloin steaks. They say if you don’t see what you want on the menu, ask & they’ll do everything to get what you want. They know what diet you are on & they know what your current count is such as sodium, calories, etc.
Never whisper. Make Will part of the household. He's got to get use to noise. Especially with your family being so noisy😂❤. And I mean it good. They're a bunch of people that live life to the fullest. ❤
Exactly ,, loud, never turn the tv off or any other noise, they will adjust,, my cousin had her baby, kept everything quiet, she wasn’t sleeping, I went to spend some time with them, brought a noise machine, put her right out,
I think you need to move more.Things will be painful but no c section so you just move and bend slow.Body heals faster that way.But love the attention that Lawson gives❤️

Newborns are constantly changing their features. Until he gets a little older, he will be looking like both or neither of you. 😅 He is adorable! Hands down Tiffany’s pretty hair!

The babies hear in the womb so he knows you all's voice and used to the chaos of family gatherings etc. So do not be quite. He'll adjust quickly. Congratulations family of 3❤
I agree with everyone else, that said Tiffany needs to move more. She didn't have a C section so it seems unusal to have trouble walking. I hope everything is ok with Mama. Don't hesitate to go back and get checked out if you are having problems. Those sitz baths that they give you to take home from the hospital are wonderful for helping to heal down there.

This had all the feels... and humor. I think baby William is a good mix of his mom and his dad. Their little looks change so much in the first year, and then they seem to change a little by 2 and about every two years after that. It's interesting to look at my kids when they were little and now when they are young adults. They change so much, it's amazing.

I had two children and the second one was much easier but the ice packs (down there) were a gamechanger to help prevent swelling. Got
along much better.

Hospital food is made for patients in large portions with a variety of dietary needs, it’s not going to be full of flavor. Baby is adorable!
Our hospital has a gourmet menu. You call in your order & specify what time you want it served. It always comes hot. You can order fromMexican, Italian, American, Asian cuisine. They even serve tenderloin steaks. They say if you don’t see what you want on the menu, ask & they’ll do everything to get what you want. They know what diet you are on & they know what your current count is such as sodium, calories, etc.

Exactly ,, loud, never turn the tv off or any other noise, they will adjust,, my cousin had her baby, kept everything quiet, she wasn’t sleeping, I went to spend some time with them, brought a noise machine, put her right out,

I think you need to move more.Things will be painful but no c section so you just move and bend slow.Body heals faster that way.But love the attention that Lawson gives❤️
