Suika Game is just 2048 with gravity and circle physics. Ironically, 2048 was _also_ adapted from a game called Threes which hadn't gone viral in quite the same way.
Yeah 2048 is a clone of 1024 which is a clone of Threes, which is why 2048 is free and open source Funnily enough some company already made an 2048 Tetris hybrid in 2017
What a crazy back story about the funny fruit game, I had no idea! Thanks for another great lesson~ If ya want a good version, Suika Combination is available online and on mobile, made by a good friend of mine. You can headpat the Touhou characters~
It's one thing to copy the entire mechanic and another to use it and yet still give it a unique identity. Let's look at genres, there's platformers, right? All of them have platforms you can jump on, yet they don't all have the exact same character, animation, platform, or even the world. You can have the same idea and still execute it differently.
@@MusicComet i’m not personally defending this game itself. This is a complete copy. I’m making a example for Games like pal world for partner monsters or animals even though there’s hundreds of games with that aspect and people getting mad about it
@@aaww1010 Was kind of thinking of Palworld too. Actually torn on that one because it's original in some areas and then just straight up an amalgamation of other things in others. Like Verdash is just a grass Cinderace, but they can make original things like Cattiva and Gobfin, I have no idea why they couldn't just do that for everything since they clearly know how to.
Hey, Video Game Story Time. Can you guys do a video on the upcoming PlayStation 5 game, Stellar Blade, developed by South Korean based company Shift Up. Also, explain how gamers were obsessed over the main female protagonist Eve and how it destroys the woke agenda.

Don't forget the Doctor Who game Thirteen, which needs an update.@@IDKisReal2401
I love the disgusted sigh at Twitter's name change at 2:10
'You can't copyright game mechanics.'
Well no, but you can patent them.
which is mentioned in the
video
Even when it looks evil, it’s still kinda cute.
"Suica Game cloned a 419 scam" is not the story I expected
Makes Palworld look like The Judicial System’s favorite child
Thanks for covering this! Wow!
Finally! I waited ages for this!!
I was introduced to this game a few days ago, and I like playing it

A lot of games nowadays are cop cat games because no idea is original. Any idea you come up with for a video game has and will have been done before
