thank you brother and keep it up. ive been doing residential and commercial hvac for close to 7 years. I also do refrigeration such as reach ins, walk ins, ice machines, some glycol beer coolers etc but i get way more hvac calls than i do the Refer side which sucks because the refer side is what i love. I love seeing these bigger compressors but REALLY FUCKING LOVE the supermarket shit. awesome!!!!
Not doubting the t/s skills. I havent worked on many bitzer compressors. I went to a Carlyle school, again only for Carlyle, ifnu have yo replace the oil pump it's most likely a ring, piston, or valve issue. I'm not doubting you
Do you have to get the oil pump drive perfectly aligned with the slot on the crankshaft?

I used to put a light coat of the old blue acr leak seal on both sides of the gasket and torque it down. never leaks
I’m not a huge fan of leak seal. I understand it has its place. But we just like using NYLOG
@@rookierefrigeration4357 I'd imagine the rebuilders like to use shellac on those semi-hermetics. Works well but it's a pain to remove...
What to do if the oil in the engine always runs out, and what to fix if the engine always stops due to oil pressure control.
Do you have to change the oil pump?
If the oil always runs out, what is the cause? Do you have to replace the piston rings?
@@Preinakal-2123 find out why. Usually it means you have floodback. Look at your metering device
The oil in the engine always runs out, engine 2 and 3 are normal, because there are 3 engines, medium
