So Tony's cost to own the lambo over 3 years is around £33k a year (finance costs, annual service,insurance,tyres ,fuel and road tax) Plus £4k for the PPF and what ever his deposit was (80k?). Assuming it makes it balloon payment then it has cost £6.88p per mile for each of the 15"000 miles allowed plus whatever percentage of the deposit he losses if the car "only" fetches it balloon. So it could be an easy £10 per mile.
I think he said he's limited to 5k miles a year. I just cant see why you'd want to put 250k into a car you can't really use. The reality is that truly wealthy people that can afford lambo's rarely drive them?

Cars depreciate more with higher miles, for a finance company to give a guaranteed future value or balloon payment as referred to in the video on a PCP contract, you state up front how many miles you're going to do per year. If you do over the agreed mileage there a cost per additional mile. The car isn't yours unless you pay the balloon payment at the end of the term. The alternative is HP which is a loan that's fully paid off over the term with no mileage restrictions and the car is yours at the end of the term.
