Having Stiller play twins who try to seem younger than they are, would be in sync with that. 2) I'd guess the age of the McNamaras at around 35-39 in "Twin Dragon Encounter" (1986)...but they made two more movies, with the last one shown to a small audience in 2003 (but probably shot in the late 90s). That means they may have been around or at least close to 50 in their last production, "Right to Fight". Ben Stiller is 55 next month. With makeup he'll at least be able to convincingly portray them in their late 40s. It should match if the movie would focus on their last two productions. So, it should work either way. I'd like to see that.

If anyone reads this then please just entertain me for a moment. I have a Donald Pleasance story and I don't get to mention it very often. A few years later he came into a garden center here in the UK (Lincolnshire) and my mum served him and what did he order a bunch of? Geraniums!!! Thank you for your time.
Fittingly, as an early role of his was in The Great Escape, Donald Pleasance was an RAF crewman who was shot down in 1944 and spent six months as a POW in Stalag Luft I. There is an entire cohort of actors who got their start in camp theatrical productions although Pleasance had gotten a bit of a start pre-war.

I re-watch this video probably bi-monthly at this point, even when I'm not interested in watching any other RLM stuff. Something about these particular movies, and the way that they talk about them, just keeps pulling me back to watching this video, and loving it just as much every single time.
I'm from Ontario, Canada and I loved Phobe back in 1995. It played on Cable 10 for a couple of years and was primarily local to the Niagara Region. Nothing EVER played on cable 10 so when I flipped through the channels back then and found this random movie with a fat dude branding a mullet fighting a guy with a clay mask on, I pissed myself laughing. This was such a gem back in the day but ended up disappearing from my life forever after it stopped airing on that channel...or so I thought. A few years back, they remastered it on DVD and even brought it back to our local cinema for one night. I went to that showing and even the Q&A session afterward. Great times. This is really only a gem for the people that lived during that time period and in that region, I don't expect others to appreciate it quite the same way lol. I have the original release of the movie, if you guys want it. I honestly find it better than the remastered version. Oh and by the way, the main actor (the guy with the garbage bag glasses on - Mr. Dapp) is dead. RIP mullet man. If you can get passed all the running and drawn out sequences, there are some hilarious bits. Like when they spontaneously break out into a dance, in a bar, for no reason, 2 seconds after dodging the Phobe and escaping death. The band in the bar are wearing bad wigs and clearly aren't playing the music. The part where he casually says, "This is a BF6000 Pulse Pistol, Rob". As if he were advertising it on the Price is Right as a common everyday product. The part where he reveals his urine colored eyeballs. The part where he magically appears in the woman's bedroom the MOMENT she presses the Honda Civic keyfob button. The fact the alien is wearing a lasertag helmet from 1985. The part where he rides on this steel mill machinery out of the building when it would be faster to just f'n walk. The entire ENDING, especially the pop bottle rocket ship. Come on, this movie is pure filthy gold.
The real horror in this video is Jay's beer bottle being that close to his left arm as he gestures with both hands. I'm honestly stunned he didn't tip it over.
Mike, you missed a Star Trek reference.
@@Kijinn Good points. Can't tell the McNamaras' age because of poor video quality.
I know it’s the opening joke, but I can’t tell you how happy I am to see Jack back!
I KNOW i can’t even make a joke about it i’m just sincerely happy to see him on the show again
Jack does some great video game content for The Escapist. His mock debates and streams with Yahtzee are quite fun.

Yeah it's good to see Nosferatu back in the fray .
This show is like a time machine of good nights with friends watching hilariously bad movies and I love it! I come back to old episodes from time to time and they never disappoint!
If anyone reads this then please just entertain me for a moment. I have a Donald Pleasance story and I don't get to mention it very often. In Escape from Witch Mountain Donald Pleasance played a character called Mr Geranium who was one of the bad guy's.

What a great show. Danger 5 is in the same vein
Rich's ability to retain and summarise all the non-sensical stuff that happens in terrible movies with ridiculous and complex plots is uncanny.
It’s the lack of booze. It gives him a clairvoyance that the others can only strive to attain
Consistently yells about how terrible the movie is (Ryan's Babe), then votes for it as the best.

Jay, please start saying “this reminds me of an episode of Seinfeld...” whenever you can
As long as Jay takes as long to explain the reference as a typical Mike Star Trek reference!
Honestly Seinfeld is the first thing I think of when i hear ricksha.
I've been saying this in real life to my real friends for years, Jay can get his own gag
Mike saying "Look at that Grampa!" is probably the most excited I've heard him all year.
He is perpetually delighted by the elderly, and it is equal parts confusing and endearing.
Mike is laughing at Rich's jokes, supporting his theories... Any year but 2020 that'd be unthinkable
Mike looks so genuinely happy to be around his friends.

When the Rem Lezar bit came on I was screaming. That's one of my favorites that you've ever covered.
At long last, the magical feeling of excitement that the creators of Rem Lezar intended.

Mike, you missed a Star Trek reference. The priest in Infested is definitely Dr. Apgar from TNG episode "A Matter of Perspective" who tries to murder Riker using his experimental energy ray which ends up backfiring and destroying the space lab which triggers a murder investigation in which Riker is also accused of attempted rape.
That's Mark Margolis, most known as Hector Salamanca from the Breaking Bad universe.
