The top you are wearing is adorable. With the earrings it has a kind of 60's vibe.
Great vlog as always great fabric from Fabric Godmother ❤❤
love the Arthur Pants great shape and easy fit
Love your top. very subdued for you x
New Look 6271 is my ' go to ' trouser pattern, so easy to put together I've made so many of these trousers for myself and friends.
Great vlog, pleased to know you don’t always avoid the big 4 patterns there are definitely some good ones out there !!!
Love the Chanterelle pants - have made the shorts and barrel-leg versions and the wide leg ones are on my to-do list! Look forward to hearing how they work for you 😊
Love your Billie top Sam, it looks good on Jess too 🤣😍🩷💛 Liking the trouser pattern choices and look forward to seeing how you get on with them 🤩🥰
Love the way the billy t-shirt turned out.
Great vlog can't wait to see how the new patterns turn out.
Love listening to you ❤thank you
Ooh really interested in seeing the Arthur and Arenite pants!! I’ve bought the Bob pattern and looking forward to getting them made up, love a good pant pattern! Never seen the chanterelle either, they look interesting!! You have some trouser sewing to be getting on with! 😂
Oooh I feel some sew liberated purchases coming on! I've never used them before but was looking for a trousers pattern and was going to get the ninni pattern from named but think I will get the chanterelle pattern instead, also love the sylvan jacket!
While watching this vlog I am finishing my third pair of the Chanterelle pants and I've made both a woven and knit Avenite. They fit me really well, I just need to take off the length as I'm short too! My last pair of Chanterelle are a blue plaid from a Sew Haley Jane box. Will be trying more Sew Liberated patterns. So far the only pants of been brave enough to make. Really enjoy your vlogs
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoy the patterns I'm excited to try them .
In the words of the song, "I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it! I'm about to lose control and I think I like it!" Actually, I just signed up for one of the virtual socials and I'm a bit nervous but quite looking forward to it. Don't worry. I'll be perfectly calm and controlled by the 20th July. I just hope I don't forget to tune in after waiting so long but Saturday is the only day I can do... 😂😂😂
I hope you don’t mind me asking…I would like to make some t shirts with various necklines, but don’t know where to get started…..do you have a top 5 or top 10 recommendations?
Hi. I think Tilly and the Buttons are a great place for tshirt patterns and her book stretch is helpful if you are looking for tips. The agnes top is great. But I also think the closet core free t-shirt pattern is excellent as it has their usual fabulous instructions. Christine @geministitches as seen the galaxy t-shirt and loved it. I will give a few more a try and share a round up. To be honest though my go to is the Tammy Handmade Naya.
