I like a lot of on line fabric shops but Dalston Mill is always worth a look

I like Frumble Fabrics. They are small and I think they started in their spare room! If I'm looking for kid's (grandkids in my case) fabrics, the have a good range.

Love Sew Me Sunshine -super customer service. Got some super fabrics from Simple life. My other faves are Fleur et Ours and Sewsewsew. Well done on your subscribers!

Hi Sam, my favourite in person shop is The Cheap Shop in Tiptree, Essex. Believe me a trip there is never cheap, there's always so much to want. My favourite online shop is Lamazzi fabrics.

OhSewCrafty are based near me in Kidderminster. First for Fabrics have been quick and great quality. I use Pound Fabrics and have got some thin jerseys (need to feel the quality) but also some bargains too. I do not feel confident with my sewing so feel buying expensive fabric is out of my league …..one day though 🤞😀

I have recently returned to sewing after quite a long hiatus. I am discovering that there are many more seamstresses in the UK, compared to the US, and that is where the best fabric shopes can be found. I have recently purchased fabric from Guthrie & Ganie (a new favorite) and look forward to trying the shopes you list in this video.

I love Sew me Sunshine because of the way they show the fabrics online and their sugestions for patterns. Also a fan of Beyond the Pink Door for the same reasons.

Always love your videos. My favourite sewing shop is called allbrights of diss. Based on my local town diss, Norfolk. They have an insta page and a website. But they are all so helpful in the shop and run workshops xx

Thanks for the inspiration to find new online shops. My favourite is definitely pound fabrics. I've had some real bargains from them. I made a coat for £9 out of some boiled wool in their sale and have compliments every time I wear it. Xx

Favourite shop is so hard, on balance probably Hey Sew Sister but shouts out to Lamazi Fabrics and Sister Mintaka. I also buy beautiful fabric from kruemelchenundkuechen ,( crumbs and cake). They have the softest jerseys and french terriers. Beautiful motifs for babies and children. I made the sweetest babygro for my new granddaughter with the sea otter fabric but I also sew myself clothes which these fabrics

I live in Switzerland and I do shop from Hey Sew Sister ( fellow Scot ) and also from Sew Me Sunshine.

Thank you so much for this!! I’m off to explore your other videos. I have a hard time fitting my size. I’m 44, 37, 42 and petite framed. So I’m having a time finding a pattern that I can work out to fit, without being either hugely bulky, or full of darts.

Hi Sam, we have very few fabric options where I live, JoAnn Fabrics is the store I can go into to see and touch fabrics. My favorite independent fabric store just closed. My new independent that I just discovered is the Aurora Sewing Center but they are more of a quilting store. I Thanks so much.
