    I did this today as i can't do Monday morning. I found thos very challenging due to my balance being so squiffy 🙄..... I did enjoy the rest though 😊 A core workout now cos why not 😅

    We have been doing bar classes since March and love it. We have not been able to find the new classes for August and September. Please advise. Thank you!

    Enjoyed this one, but unfortunately, my knees don't care for lunges - I'm working on it. They don't mind squats, though. Can you do a full body bar without lunges? ❤
