- Building a bikewash station at home has been on the cards for some time now and in the previous episode I finally started creating the dream wash station making cleaning and maintaining your mountain bike even more basic and satisfying!
In this episode the. station is being branded up, having floodlights fitted and being kitted. out for ultimate cleaning and organisation! This station includes everything you need from bushes, muc off cleaning products, drainage and a secure system to secure your bike ensuring your mtb maintenance schedule is kept on top of!
MUC OFF has kitted the station out with all of the top products ranging from the nanotech cleaner to the bike friendly pressure washer!

For me the ultimate wash station would be indoor. I live in Norway, and ride in the winter, so washing my bike outdoors in the winter is out of the question as it would freeze. 😀 So I wash my bike in the shower.
So have a bike room would be good, just roll bike in and wash it like in some shops.

You need to drill a couple holes in the bottom of the shelf to stop it filling up with water when it's raining
Need an air compressor to dry it off after.. gets all the moisture out!

what happens when it rains? the cleaning stuff gets soaked and the shelf becomes a swimming pool

A lot of work to clean off your bike,, your sponsor wouldn't like my system,, I use wax lube, no oil, or grease gets on the bike, no chance of contamination, or washing out of bearings/cables with detergent, just water needed to clean the bike. sooo much easier. KISS principle spplies...
