I kinda rediscovered the Beastie Boys for me during the last 1-2 years and this song is just so outstandingly great that I must have listened to it countless times. It really gets the blood pumping! I was 13 when Intergalactic came out and both my brother and I watched the video whenever it came on TV, so I always assumed that this was their greatest video but Sabotage just blows everything away. I agree with you JayveeTV that the crew, aka trio of Beastuem and are is talened to play their own instruments. But all the flow and scratchings on the turntable is needed to be handed to the one and only Mix Master Mike! He is a legend when it comes to turntable mixes!
The whole album is good, but this is my favorite track. Have you reacted to any Beck yet? His first song Loser was a big hit around the same time and he also blended Hip Hop and Indie Rock.
Big Beck fan and I love how he changes his sound often. This may seem odd in a way, but I could see Post Malone being influenced by him. They both used elements of rap and rock but Post seems more poppy maybe.
