@@magicofdesignsoftware4079 Hello , i have contacted you on your email , regarding a sketch that i was asked to design together with its appropriate jig. I was wondering if you could guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance :)
Yes, Surely can use different material for different parts in the Wing. 1) Select the add material option and click on the spar or rib (choice) and just confirm the material. 2) Assembly is bit complicated and used for multi purpose-complex shape parts. 3) You can learn this adding material to the body from the video of Piston Analysis check it out : th-cam.com/video/BF34NTD6yQg/w-d-xo.html Happy Learning! Thanks for valuable feedback! Any query please feel free to ask..!
@@raihanfarhanramadhan7804 YES, surely you can enter different material in single part design. As sketches and pads are different and multiple the material applied can be different.
i gave the rib width as 3mm and tried to use split command. it's showing an error like a skin does not cut right across one of the volume. split cannot be computed. it's working well from 20mm.
I have watched your first airfoil surface video.İt helped me . thank you.
Your welcome

@@magicofdesignsoftware4079 So, in one part, can you enter different materials, sir? it doesn't have to be assembly right? Thanks sir

Hi! How do you determine the spar sizing, the thickness
?
It's just basic estimate based of stress failure theories
@@magicofdesignsoftware4079 thanks mate.. can I have your email ?

Hi bro you are making channel section of spar by using shell.
Is there any Same option to make I-section of spar?
No idea bro what you are exactly talking!
Write a detailed mail to me with pictures might I help you ! 😊
Happy Learning!
You can make I section using same shell option.
Shell it on both side by retaining max thickness

Hello Harshavardhan,
please send me a email for it with screenshot for reference, so I can review it. Thanks!
@@magicofdesignsoftware4079I got it, thank you. Have you done any analysis for this design?
Not yet soon I'm going to release a CFD analysis report for it. Thanks!
@@magicofdesignsoftware4079 Can you tell me the weight of the overall wing structure?
Nope, can't tell! I haven't given material to it.. Maybe in upcoming video I can address this and let you know! Okay! ☺ thanks for your query.
can you sent cad file of it
At Channel Banner you will find Grab Cad Site link, click on logo of Grab Cad.. You can find all my designs at Grab Cad, thanks
