    I'm doing exactly as your instrucrtion but the coincidence part doesn't seem to be working because it keeps showing error sign that the point and the projection line cannot be coincidence. in this case can it be fixed ?

      Scaling depends upon how much overall size you want to use in different softwares. For example I scaled it for Ansys software to make it reliable and easy to mesh it and generate data out of it.

    why you first scale the airfoil respected to vertical plane and then horizontal plane?

      Hello @dehagunay3390, Scaling is a choice how you want the profile to be made at certain plane. You can do it reverse as well, leads to profile creation at down plane.     i gave the rib width as 3mm and tried to use split command. it's showing an error like a skin does not cut right across one of the volume. split cannot be computed. it's working well from 20mm.

    hello, I know I'm a bit late but at 4:00 while making the arc and the circle tangential, the point of tangency remains to be of open profile. I've encountered this issue several times before. due to this I cant pad the sketch out. can u explain what's the issue here? and how can I rectify it? thanks

      Apply the constraints carefully repeat the process. Make you are selecting correct profile. The reason it is not getting pad because there is an opening in the profile. So make sure you are checking that first. If still getting issue with that. Please mail me. Happy Learning ☺

    Thanks for this instructive tutorial. Just some questions, you might find it too stupid. But I would like to know why you used scaling function for this example? And the ratio fo scaling how did you choose it? Does it your choice or you relied on some standards? Thank you

      No question is stupid dear. The art of questioning came from Socratic time. So I use scaling the fit the dimensions as per my requirements. I used Ansys software to simulate the flow over it.. So that's why keeping the scaling in mm, otherwise dimension of actual model is in meters. So it's self selectable thing, so you can do accordingly.
