1) I recommend you to too delete the ribs section and do again 2) select the dimensions carefully, it must be dimensional error as skin. 3) check the Tree, what commands you have applied. 4) if still won't resolve the problem mail me at vishalpatil910087@gmail.com 5) download the wing file from Grabcad site as to cross check with your present file. How can we put holes in the Ribs?
Watch video again once you will get an idea.
1) make a circle on the rib.
2) make cavity then use pattern.
What is the dimension of the cavity (where front spar and leading edge meet) at the very start of video ?
