This tablet is great once you get it flashed and setup. It is wonderful for travel as it doubles as a tablet/media player and a emulation monster. Although there is some jank with it (have to jump start it and do a small mod), the GameSir G8 feels great with this tablet.
@@corpingtons when buying global rom like i do because its cheap, didn't expect there missing pc mode and performance mode when gaming until reading from XDA and like update using software from xda. good thing the version were old version and they said it consider as fake global if we see the version when purchasing. at least i though it was hard to do it because like what the heck is this software until manage some instruction saying they change the name lol. at least not after update from i think it was 14 or 15? into version 16, and yeah finally there pc mode and performance after update it. didn't know the connect wire also follow from what on the screen, i though can connect anywhere🤣
I want this so much...that I want this be as a phone upgrade but this does not have SIM support. I hope Lenovo update the tablet with cellular for not much more money.
I just ordered the Y700 2025 version. Hopefully it won't take a month to get here but I'm anxiously awaiting. I also ordered the Memo S3 'Athletic Stretch" controller (around $35 with coupons). We'll see how it goes.
This is why I wish I would have kept this tablet. It really is the definition of a hidden gem that few people know about. I became impatient because there wasn't a good controller at the time for it. Now, the Kishi Ultra looks like the perfect fit for it. Sigh.
I bought it a few weeks ago, not for gaming. It’s awesome.definitely premium. The screen is the highlight-very sharp, vibrant, and 144Hz. The screen quality easily puts the likes of the Samsung S9 FE and the standard iPad 10 to shame.

Had the 1st one with a SD870: does it still suffer from not having google service? Meaning that no live notification for email or else. Also the OS prevented real multi app, only 1 app was in memory.

Honestly right now, for the sale prices of the newest iPad Mini - it's just a better overall device than this especially if you are already tethered to the Apple Ecosystem. Now if Apple releases an M2/M3 iPad Mini; that seriously could change the game.

If you want bigger screen go for 6 pro. But if you want gaming on the go with the same spec go for y700. Camera wise it's a clear win for 6 pro.
