In this clip there is not one mention of Zane Smith who came in second. I absolutely hate these overtime starts but they put a young talent in position for a win and the announcers miss that? Maybe that is one reason nascar is a snooze fest on TV.
That's two lousy races in a row - The 22 won fair and square since winning teams must be prepared for eventualities; if you run out of gas, that's on you. But, it just feels more right when the winner is determined by the best driving, not the mistakes of others.
