This is truly a breathe of fresh air. This is what a NASCAR race should be. Back to its roots. I guarantee NASCAR fans will return. Iowa didn't need to build massive stand for the cup race.
I was at this race. This was such a good race to watch. 2 wide and 3 wide at times pretty consistently. Guys could actually pass. Just need to finish the repair in the corners and that will hopefully allow them to wall ride as well. Iowa did an excellent job at hosting and I hope nascar goes back for years to come
More short tracks, more road course passing zones (however you achieve that)......and I think it'd be a good schedule. I think 6 road courses is not too much to ask for in 36 races. Just up the short tracks.

Why am I crying? Seeing the kid in the background getting the flag made me emotional. When he was looking for someone to give it to, I could see her jumping up & down & I was like oooo that kid! And he did give it to her! I love it! ❤🏁
So proud… 18 years I’ve prayed that we’d get a shot to put on a show. I got to meet up with Blaney in victory lane with my dad and there’s just nothing better Thank you everyone that made this past weekend possible.

They have to do something about the names of these races. Iowa corn 350 really!!! Could have been the hawkeye 350 or the red hurricane 350 and thats literally off the top of my head.
i have a question - how fast do the teams test the tires/rims for balance? thought i saw a huge block on the inside of a rim . looked like a massive balance weight. do teams get to balance tires? or do the tires come from NASCAR suppliers already balanced???
If my memory does not deceive me i think i remember once (when goodyear gave more sets of tyres out) that they were in a huge tent and had alot of machines for tyre balancing. So i believe goodyear does it for the teams.
Unless you show the SMT proving otherwise, Suarez got loose coming out of the corner and got up into Larson. Like Burton said it was just a hard racing deal.
@@Celestial_Being666E85 also makes more power to the wheels than 87. Personally, I’d rather have 100% ethanol free because the efficiency is so much better but that shit is $6 a gallon now. I don’t think people understand why gas prices are somewhat low and that is due to subsidized corn.
My ex-boyfriend got me into it. I wanted 2 go so bad but the tickets were sold out 4 this race. Besides I got a letter 4 JEFF GORDON and get his autograph then his picture. I hope he will be there next time maybe a surprise guest who raced before. Let it happen.PLEASE NASCAR FANS LET IT HAPPEN!
Suarez is a 2x #1 cup series winner 1x xfinity champion 2x #1 xfinity winner & numerous top 5 & 10 finishes in cup & xfinity combined plus one of his cup wins was on oval track so ur wrong . Do you think before running ur mouth ?
Larson forced a 3 wide in a gap that he barely managed to squeeze forcing Suarez off the racing line he was going to follow so it makes sense he got loose

Whomever is the Title sponsor of the race gets to pick the name, whereas the distance (either in laps or mileage) is part of the schedule.
