      And that animal is made of cholesterol, and us humans like many other animals, feed our babies with shots of cholesterol (breast milk). Now, if cholesterol is bad why did nature create this food for babies? Then it's all meat. Never felt better in my life since went to Carnivore.

      100gm indian gooseberries( amla) contains around 450 mg of vit c )
      1 medium sized guava( fibre, low glycemic index and around 140mg of vit c )
      daily recommended dose is 90 to 100gm of vit c

I now weight train too and it's helping me massively . I've now started to only eat clean and dropped all the crap from my diet as well, 4 eggs first thing and a few more throughout the day, buying 60 in a box from costco 💪🏻😁

      @@DaveSeville-sf1ku yes, it matters a lot, and they deliberately try to fool us, so many terms that mean nothing.
      i think that organic and free range might mean the same, they have to be able to get outside and eat grubs and worms from the ground, that is the key, they form the omega 3's and other good nutrients from the ground insects, if they are fed soy and grain they have nothing and are more likely unhealthy. cage free is worthless, it means they get out of the cage but they are still in the barn, still crushed by thousands of other chickens. forget chickens and chicken eggs, buy duck, and duck eggs, not from the supermarkets with the corpearions, but from the small farms. go to lazada and buy duck eggs , they have 3 to 5 times more nutrition , bigger, taste the same, look almost the same, delicious, all super healthy, this is the best I have found, very good, and the only seller with zero broken eggs. www.lazada.co.th/products/i4616127825-s18929439508.html?urlFlag=true&mp=1&tradePath=omItm&tradeOrderId=918679779196513&tradeOrderLineId=918679779296513&spm=spm%3Da2o42.order_details.item_title.1

    • @hobopizzaguy7400
      @hobopizzaguy7400 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Im not against this hypothesis.. but maybe you simply didn't get enough sleep during school time.. or the small serving of cereal wasn't enough calorie-wise to fuel your body for the day so chasing the cereal down with an apple or increasing the serving size by mixing some nuts or oats in could've done the trick. I never had problems after eating cereal. But I never ate it 7 times a week, usually rotated it every couple days with healthier breakfasts.

      @@somethingelse9535 that is truly not that hard, but some people are trying to make it harder than it is. Unless you're diabetic or have other chronic ilnesses, there is absolutely no problem with eating cereal ocassionally like 2-3 times a week or eating an apple and banana a day. Thats an eating disorder in the making. I understand you being against cereal, fair enough I agree, but demonizing fruits is the dumbest thing and I will fight anyone on that matter. I've argued with enough Keto people who treat fruits exactly like chocolate. To each their own I guess.

    How's it going Eddie - I got in to training in '79, aged 15. About 2 years in, I decided to bulk up. I was on 36 eggs a day, a whole chicken, beef sandwiches, 8 bananas, several clementines, protein drinks, you name it, I was grabbing it! I made plenty of gains, got up to a 54 inch chest, at 6 ft tall. My waist was 38 inches though, so not so good. One day, down Bristol, sitting on the John Lewis building's window sill, was Johnny Fuller! I sat and chatted with him for a while, I couldn't believe it was him, from the magazines. Sadly, he seemed to have fallen on hard times, I wonder what happened to him. Anyway, I used to whack those eggs down too. Often, I had them raw. Years later, I read that biotin, in eggs, needs a bit of cooking to make it utiliseable. I've just subscribed 🙂

    Lots of new data explaining that if healthy, fit then cholesterol is essential and higher cholesterol levels are an indicator of correct physical health/diet.
    Addition:
    “Cholesteral is Bad” That is out of date dogma. Your body needs cholesterol in all its forms. Its essential to life. Cholesterol is your bodies lipid (fat) transport system and no matter what we have been told over the last 60 years fats are the correct and essential energy source for our bodies.
    Fats can’t travel in your blood as they are aquafobic (water and fat don’t mix). The only way for fats to be distributed to the cells of your body is inside cholesteral. They are like little vans filled with fat that deliver said fat through the blood.
