Summer, this is amazing!! The lighting information is especially helpful. I’ve struggled to understand the difference between light levels in my own space. Seeing the huge window I thought you would say it’s a “high light” exposure. The breakdown of light intensity, colour/temperature and direction makes it so much clearer (I have to move some plants 🥴). Thank you!! And thank you Damon for sharing your beautiful home. I got three medium-small size plants in my bedroom and my mental well being over all has improved significantly. I also noticed less dust particle in my room and the humidity level is perfect. The plans also act as sound cancelling and the dull green leaves decreases my anxiety episodes.
Listen to you teach others is so inspiring. You can really hear the passion in your voice when you are talking about all these beautiful green friends 🍃

This would be such a good series of you going into people's houses and giving them a houseplant home makeover. I watch this quite frequently and it's so much fun seeing the different ways you get around certain hurdles and your reasonings for certain plants.

I have watched this video so many times. I love the transformation process so much! I’ve learned a lot and I feel like I’ve gotten lucky with the plants in my apartment or they climatized themselves really well. I would love to know if you plan on having a discord- it would be a good way for the community members to connect and share information and help one another, you could also pull ideas from a tab that you create called (whatever you name it) either suggestions, ideas, etc. the members can carry on with one another and even share pictures in a designated thread. When you get time you could also pick questions at random if you so choose. It’s a great way to organize from everything I’ve been told. Thank you so much for the videos, I enjoy this series and hope you’re able to continue with it. Much love and happy days.
I just finished watching this (August 2020) and I want to know if the plants survived especially the ones in the bathroom, if the ZZ plant is now taller (with only a grow light helping it), and if he got more plants. :) I love this channel because the production of the videos is impeccable. I really enjoyed this episode as it brought together various aspects of houseplant care I have learnt since watching your channel e.g lighting, watering, type of soil etc Also how to assess the light conditions in your home and being realistic about your care committments. *"Thaumatophyllum"* means "Miracle Leaf." There are about 20 former Philodendrons that grow on a sturdy trunk that were moved to this revived genus a few months ago. Damon knows philosophy and would probably work that out.

I am impressed with how engaged David was with learning about his plants. This was not just a "come fix up my apartment" request. He seemed to truly be interested in interacting with the plants he wanted in his living space, which is one reason I think we should have plants in our living space. Like you, Summer, I can see soooo many more plants in that space! This was a fantastic video, all the way around.
I truly appreciate learning about plants that do well in northeast facing windows! It’s about all the light I get. Also, it was awesome to learn about the grow light you installed! I had been considering one for my desk at work that was a cheap Amazon purchase- 3 bendy light wands with that tanning bed blue hue. The one you installed is so much more appealing and workable, and I could time it at my desk to be on at night when I’m gone. Also just seeing this man’s home was a treat-- what a gorgeous space! I got three medium-small size plants in my bedroom and my mental well being over all has improved significantly. I also noticed less dust particle in my room and the humidity level is perfect. The plans also act as sound cancelling and the dull green leaves decreases my anxiety episodes.
Listen to you teach others is so inspiring. You can really hear the passion in your voice when you are talking about all these beautiful green friends 🍃

This would be such a good series of you going into people's houses and giving them a houseplant home makeover. I watch this quite frequently and it's so much fun seeing the different ways you get around certain hurdles and your reasonings for certain plants.
I loved every bit of it, I’m an architect, and I was astonished with the way you manage the green space and analyse the lights indoors for each plant. I also liked your language and description for each detail, very professional! Would very much love to see another green home makeover. 👏🌸🌼🌺

I have watched this video so many times. I love the transformation process so much! I’ve learned a lot and I feel like I’ve gotten lucky with the plants in my apartment or they climatized themselves really well.
I would love to know if you plan on having a discord- it would be a good way for the community members to connect and share information and help one another, you could also pull ideas from a tab that you create called (whatever you name it) either suggestions, ideas, etc.
the members can carry on with one another and even share pictures in a designated thread. When you get time you could also pick questions at random if you so choose. It’s a great way to organize from everything I’ve been told.

I just finished watching this (August 2020) and I want to know if the plants survived especially the ones in the bathroom, if the ZZ plant is now taller (with only a grow light helping it), and if he got more plants. :) I love this channel because the production of the videos is impeccable. I really enjoyed this episode as it brought together various aspects of houseplant care I have learnt since watching your channel e.g lighting, watering, type of soil etc Also how to assess the light conditions in your home and being realistic about your care committments. Please do more episodes like this as it brings everything in a 'nutshell'. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom. I will be watching this episode again 😆🌻

I am impressed with how engaged David was with learning about his plants. This was not just a "come fix up my apartment" request. He seemed to truly be interested in interacting with the plants he wanted in his living space, which is one reason I think we should have plants in our living space. Like you, Summer, I can see soooo many more plants in that space! This was a fantastic video, all the way around.
I truly appreciate learning about plants that do well in northeast facing windows! It’s about all the light I get. Also, it was awesome to learn about the grow light you installed! I had been considering one for my desk at work that was a cheap Amazon purchase- 3 bendy light wands with that tanning bed blue hue. The one you installed is so much more appealing and workable, and I could time it at my desk to be on at night when I’m gone. Also just seeing this man’s home was a treat-- what a gorgeous space! I'm new to plants. I've been experimenting with 5 in the last 3 months. I just stumbled on your channel and I have to say, I've never been so.. enthralled learning about plants. I watched this video straight through. Loving plants is a bit new to me.... just within the last 6 months have I been interested. I'm definitely going to keep watching your channel. And as another commenter said, yeah, where is your Netflix show? Maybe that's not what you want but ... really... as a person who is generally not patient through videos like this... you have my attention.
