I love my David! I ordered it through you. The 70 is the perfect size for me. As well as the features you mentioned, I love the angle of the shuttle race. It tilts up from the reed so it glides so smoothly and doesn’t fall off. Also, it is such a quiet loom. Worth every penny! Thanks to Elizabeth too. Her customer service is amazing. 💕
Hi there! I’ve just signed up to your online weaving school and am loving it! I have been loaned a 40cm Louët Jane so I can see if it suits. I’m enjoying it and was looking to buy the 70cm Jane. Since seeing this video I’m thinking that the David 3 is not all that much bigger than the Jane in a stand! I was thinking of the 70, but do you think the 90cm has any significant advantages? Unfortunately I live in the UK so can’t buy it from you!!!
Hi. I love your demo on David III loom. Could you provide a demo on the Louet Delta Floor Loom, please. I can't decide over David III or Delta Floor Loom to purchase. Thank you!
Hi Sydney, this is a David 90, and the full width of the loom is 44". We have more info on the David III right here janestaffordtextiles.com/product/louet-david-floor-loom/
Nice video. But it also made me realise how happy I am with my David 2 and although there are some lovely improvements I will stick to my own great loom. I will be able to buy more yarn for the money I saved. - The person who wrote the subtitles clearly isn’t a weaver; he mentions a rattle and the lambs. 😂
Thanks Gabi for the heads up on the subtitles! We've just changed them to the proper spelling. We're glad you have a David 2 and we have a few of them in the studio as well and you'll see them on our School of Weaving videos that they are still used here when we film along with the Spring 1 and Spring 2 looms. The David 2 is no longer in production so anyone wanting a new Louet David loom will be receiving the 3 now. Your David 2 will weave for years to come! Thanks again for alerting us on the spelling. Much appreciated :)
Wonderful demo. Thankyou. I'm sold!

It is my dream, next year probably. Beautiful loom. I have Jane loom presently and I fell in love with louet. Thank you Jane.🙂
Mine was ordered last August and should arrive in the coming weeks! I own a Jane too and I just adore it! Thank you for this video Jane!
Mine is ordered! I can't wait!!! 🤗🤗🤗
I love my David loom as well. But because I like an overslung beater I’m lucky to have a David 1. Great loom no matter what beater style you like.

It's a great idea! In the meantime, you can always contact us at info@janestaffordtextiles.com and one of our staff would be happy to assist you!
Hello Jane, the Louet David and David 3 have different width in your video. Is this right? The David 3 looks much bigger.
Question : Can you give me the height of the beater between floor and under the bar (sitting height I guess!)
Hi Anne-Marie, from the floor to under the bottom of the breast beam, it measures 29.5".
What's the width of the David III in the video?
