So if you haven’t tried this, hesitate no more. I tried it for the first time tonight, and I can honestly say, I’d made exactly how Nick shows in the video, this recipe is the best there is. I’ve tried FDL’s version, Will Tennyson’s, Remington James’, and even Doc’s. Hands down, the BEST anabolic Ice cream/milkshake out there. And that’s without the cookie dough. The cookie dough just solidifies this recipe at what I think will be the GOAT of all anabolic creams. I salute you, Creamander. Keep changing the game.
Okay, just finished eating it, took some time to think. Review time! Going to put this at the top for those who don’t want to read the whole review: *SHOULD YOU MAKE THIS RECIPE/ IS IT WORTH IT?* Without any shadow of a doubt, YES! If you are a cookie dough lover and especially if you made Nick’s cookie dough from the other day and loved it, imagine that sweet, delicious flavor spread throughout 5 cups of cream 🤤 How I mixed the cookie dough into the cream was in 5 parts of additions. I would add some dough, stab it down and slightly mix with the spatula, and repeat that. Every. Single. Bite. I mean every bite was filled with flavor by doing this method. The shaved chocolate was also dispersed throughout the entire batch! Think shaving chocolate is too much effort? 2 minutes. It took me 2 minutes to shave the Hershey Kisses. No time at all. You could use mini chocolatechocolate chips instead, you’re just going to be losing out on flavor. Nick tests these things, he spent months... MONTHS testing this. If you enjoy a great cookie dough, make it. It’ll change your life for 500 calories!! The xanthan gum/ guar gum combo really does help make it that much creamier. I know this, I started using this combo after watching Mina’s video and haven’t gone back since. The difference using both makes is incredible. That being said, you can get by just using 1 of them, it just won’t be as creamy. 👍 5 cups of ice cream not enough for you? Just like Nick said, pre-blending the ice leads to lower volume in cream. Again, I’ve tested this personally several times. Every single time it was less volume than I’d have put the ice at the end like usual. So if you want more volume, add the ice at the end. You’re going to get ice chunks, but more volume. Absolutely amazing recipe Nick! It beats the test Cream I made the other day with the dough. That shaved chocolate really kicks it up a ton!! DAMN excited for whatever is coming down the pipe next, bro! Keep up the killer work! :)
Great review Xanny. He's not lying. I have spent months testing this specific recipe in particular and usually test each recipe i put up 20 times minimum. This one was more in the 40-60 range. After a while you stop counting. Overall, I think you should have as much flavor of the kind of ice cream you bought or made as possible. Bites of everything in as many of the bites as possible. So does shaving take a little bit of time and a dirty dish? Yes but you literally have chocolate in every single bite then. I was disappointed in the pre-blend, lower volume results, but we are damn close to a real ice cream consistency at this point. Id rather have closer to ice cream then more volume. If i do need more volume I know what to do. I have a couple things up my sleeve. Just trying to figure out which route to go. So many ideas, so little time. Talk to you soon Xanny. Your posts are always greatly appreciated.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals always glad to give my opinion and test the recipes! I was worried at first because I’m not sure if you ever saw the one I posted on the cookie dough video the other day. But boy, that was a lengthy post lol 😂
I had made your cookie dough the other day and I had some leftover so I just made this and wow, just wow. Best tasting anabolic recipe I’ve ever made. No fluffy tasteless mess, leaves every other anabolic ice cream in the dust, absolute banger. Love this channel and every recipe has been great.
Nick, Nick, Nick... okay. This was SO GOOD TOO. You are absolutely killing it. No ice chunks, that sweet, cookie dough flavour, creamy, thick. There is absolutely no way are you like “this is guar gum, ice & protein powder & we call it anabolic”. No. This is PERFECTION. You were absolutely correct. I love this recipe so much & for those cals 🤯 thank you, so so much. This is now going to be a difficult choice I face each day - which one do I pick?! 😂 King of Cream 🙏
Just made this yesterday and I officially have a new favorite anabolic ice cream! Killed It! I didn't have any Hershey kisses so I put 11g of Lilly's chocolate chips (40 cal) in with the ice on the first blend and it worked perfectly. Gave it plenty of time to shred to size/distribution you had w/ the shavings.
Yoooo Steven! I am glad you tried it! A lot of people have tried the dough, but not the cream. Its a dark horse for the best cream. I tried doing the chips in the blender when testing the mint chip, but it never turned out well. I am glad it worked for you!
Your birthday cake ice cream recipe is my personal favorite but definitely going to try this one out already have my cookie dough ready.Keep up the good work.
Yo. At this point its like having 6 kids. I thought I had a favorite, but now its impossible to choose. Regardless the birthday cake is definitely one for the record books. I do think youll love this one as well though.
The amount of work you must have out into this must have been off the charts. Think the shake alone without the cookie dough would be delicious. Definitely making this at some point.
Best ice cream by far. Made a couple different flavors yesterday and this was the best. Birthday cake was a close second. Also for you or anyone interested your vanilla ice cream plus remingtons PB fudge blended in is also really good. Worth trying the combo if you looking for a full variety of ice cream lineups
Yo love that you tried a few of them!! Cake batter a close second but so is mint oreo depending what im feeling that day. It cud b because its new but the strawberry donut is my all time fav... at least for the time being
This cream stands out from the others! This one resembles closer to real soft serve for sure! Definately worth the lesser volume. Can't wait till you come up with some more flavors! 10/10.
So Today I took some parts from this cream and used it on your Mint Oreo one ....... It was sooooo good. I put in the whipped cream and used half guar and half xanthan gum.. that's all I changed. You have to try it, it's a game changer. Adds more calories but tastes so good.
My son and I made the base recipe tonight since I haven't had time to make the cookie dough yet. I was very pleased with the smoothness and lack of ice chunks. I did have Maple Oreos, and those worked really well with ice cream. Looking forward to making the cookie dough in the next week or two!
I did get to try the cookie dough with the ice cream and it was very good! Today I tried the base recipe with Brownie Brittle Carmel Apple, which was also delicious. I did get the giant bag of Purecane sweetener delivered today since they had a Cyber Monday deal for 50% off. Tasted great; interested to see how it tastes with other recipes.
Between this, your cookie dough recipe and Iron Musket's Tonight Dough, this has been an awesome week for cookie dough lovers like me. I'll be trying these recipes once my brown sugar Swerve comes in the mail. I actually started experimenting with my own ice cream recipes from scratch, and I think I have something going on with a sea salt caramel ice cream. I blended salted caramel flavored protein with guar gum, sweetener and salt with ice and almond milk, and topped it off with Smucker's caramel sauce and kosher salt (which dissolved immediately, so I need to get actual sea salt). It actually didn't come out too bad. I'll have to experiment with adding other ingredients like Jell-O caramel or butterscotch pudding mix. Anyway, keep it up with these awesome recipes!
I was definitely interested in doing a purely caramel related cream. I have a holiday cream to do then I will proboably take a viewer vote again. I cant wait for you to make all of them when the Swerve comes in. Please come back and let me know what you think! It really helps people know what to expect going into this recipe. Thanks man!
So delicious! I haven’t made the cookie dough yet, but this ice cream was the creamiest of all the ones I’ve tried! Thank you for explaining how long to mix! (I assumed you were mixing on high). You’re awesome.
10:50 That is 100% the case Nick. When I was experimenting with minimizing ice chunks by pre blending, I constantly noticed a reduction in volume at the end! Interesting to see you had the same results :)
All you have to do to avoid ice chunks is to blend frozen almond milk with ice on its own before any ingredients to create a snowy airy consistency. Then you add in all dry and wet ingredients. Texture is way more like ice cream
Honest review: Taste, consistency, etc of the ice cream itself is fantastic. I had like one tooth-sized Ife chunk in my entire 5 cups, compared to the dozens of half-icecubes I somehow normally get. Definitely the closest to real soft serve ice cream that I’ve seen from any protein ice cream recipe. My only complaint is the cookie dough- ice made batches is the past and love your recipe. When I put in it this ice cream and lightly mixed it, it seemed to completely melt away into the ice cream, to the point where I couldn’t taste it anymore. The vanilla flavor of the ice cream is so strong that the cookie dough was completely gone for me. So I guess my only critique is that the cookie dough should be a bit thicker/Doughey consistency (if you are going to put it in the ice cream- on its own, the consistency is fine). That being said it’s definitely my favorite protein ice cream/shake as of yet
Slapping all of this together was a bit of work but well worth it. You hit this one out of the park Nick! Tastes exactly like a Chocolate Chip Cookie dough ice cream! Luckily I was able to rebound off the Casein Protein screw up with a little fair life milk and it still tastes great 👍 only shake I haven't tried now is the Birthday Cake.... oh and lemon, screw lemon 🤮 lol you're the man bro 👊 Your Shake recipes alone are worth more than Gregs cookbook...shhhh don't tell him I said that 😉
I tried 5 or 6 times. It worked, but was way too much work to be honest. Ice gets stuck to the sides, didnt break down evenly, etc. Puttin wet ingredients in first prevented all of that and I never looked back.
Love it love it love it! Had it two days in a row! All I wonder is how to get the cookie dough in every bite I feel like sometimes towards the end I get all of it compared to the beginning. Overall great job just keep it going !
@@Exercise4CheatMeals Love the new one just went to the store just to get all the ingredients and had it! It was a hit! Any. way to combine the cookie dough and the animal cracker?!?!
Haven't tried it but love how you decide go about and make the recipes slightly higher calories but take the flavors to the next level. Just do 10-20 minutes extra of cardio.
I try to get as close to the real thing without sacrificing the most important ingredients. I love real milk so the 25 calories to make it a authentic milkshake is a no brainer for me. Then the eggs in the dough is the same concept. Most people use some form of nut butter anyway which has more calories than the two eggs.
Just swinging on back by, eating this recipe as I'm re-watching. This thing is killer. Holy crap it's so good. Rem has Anabolic meals on lock at the moment, but damn if you don't have the desserts on point. Once I finish up my last bit of cookie dough with another ice cream tomorrow, I'm gonna go ahead and try that Mint Oreo next.
I made this after making/eating the cookie dough recipe. Just gotta say, I wish it had a LOT more volume. Other than that, pretty decent recipe. I loved the texture. Thanks for the recipe.
Yeah my newer creams have 5 cups instead of summer but 0 ice chunks now. I am sure you could make the creams like I used to and still get the volume, but the smoother texture people seem to really enjoy. Thank you for trying this out as well as the cookie dough!
So if you need a comparison the best cookie dough ice cream from Ben & Jerry's is 1110 calories 17g protein for 2 cups. This is 4 1/2 cups at 518 calories with 54.4g protein. So more than twice the volume less than half the calories over 3x the protein. Killed it 👍

@@Exercise4CheatMeals Nick, Nicholas, Exercise4CheatMeals, you my friend are the anabolic king. This is by far the best protein ice cream I’ve ever made (and I’ve made all of yours, Greg’s, and the Iron Musket’s)(Rem’s don’t count because that’s just glorified fluff). I was eating it in literal disbelief of how good it was. Your techniques for improving the texture work absolute WONDERS it was perfect soft serve consistency! I am excited to see what is to come from this channel because you never fail to impress! I foresee great growth on this channel in the near future if you keep coming out with recipes like this!
Your cookie dough recipe from before? You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention. And my subscribe. I'll be trying this one tonight, making it all. I love cookie dough ice cream and I know Halo Top has their version of it, but it is sorely lacking. I think I have all the ingredients right now. Also, I don't know if you want to experiment with this, but I just recently found in my grocery store Swerve having boxes of premixed Vanilla Cake, Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Chip Cookies. I bought it in an effort to use it for Remington's recipes, I think it might be a better option. Haven't tried it yet to see how it comes out.
Now you also have me highly interested Josh. I haven't seen those Swerve boxes. I will need to check my stores. Yeah Halo Top has always been lacking imo, but people said their flavors are much better now. I think I am going to do a Smash or Pass on some of them because of all these claims. Please come back and let me know what you think of the cookie dough and ice cream after you make it tonight. It really helps people know what to expect. Good or bad!
Love your other anabolic milkshake recipes as well. I do have a question however that I think others would share. What are your thoughts on what recipe modifications would be necessary for the overall consistency to be much thicker (like a soft serve ice cream or custard?) would you suggest more jello, less milk or what??
Have you tried folding in the whipped cream after blending the other ingredients so you don't lose any of the fluff from it and so you get little pockets of cream?
What change to the recipe should I do if I want it thicker than last time? I prefer ice cream texture over shake texture. Gotta pass the over the head test.
I gotta admit that after last recipe I couldn't wait to use it in ice cream, but I tried to blend the cookie dough to give everyrhing the same taste. I pretty liked it but I'm gonna give a try at your method soon. Keep on pushing out recipes like this!! Also what do you think of casein protein for ice cream? Since I swapped for it from whey I'm loving it. It come out so thick you don't even need thickeners or greek yogurt for creaminess.
You will absolutely love it once u figure out your preferred method to mix ix. I like going in 3 to four layers and just lightly folding in layer in so the dough pieces pretty much stay in tact with a liiiiitle bit of spread
Man, amazing. Id LOVE to try this recipe, but everytime I make the cookie dough I eat it immediately =/ Its too damn good, cant resist. Cookie dough ice cream has always been my favorite flavor (mint second, and combined its damn near perfect)..maybe on my 20th batch I will be able to hold off long enough to make the ice cream too 😅
Hahahahaha you can eat the whole batch in one sitting!? I can get through like 3/5 max and I'm sweets outted. When you make the dough make the cream right after then theres no way it wont work. Then after you eat the cream you wont be hungry anymore and will have dough for the next 5!!!

I need to move to America to make these recipes lmao. Looks delicious, hope some day we'll get the products you guys use to make this. France is a third world country. Not driving 30 miles for some fat free yogurt. When I read France I read butter and baguette. It's not the country of taste it's the country of calories. Same thing though right

@@sovaponoc9970 Dang there's an Aldi close to me I didn't even know, I'm gonna check if they have stuff I need. Already checked lidl, in France they don't have anything that's crazy. Thanks !
The whipped cream should work! If using a W/C blend and you want the same thickness as in the video, either add a slight amount, maybe 10-15ml, more milk. You could also try taking .5g off from ONE, not both, of either xanthan or guar gum. Unless you have a dead accurate scale, it's probably easier to add the milk for an extra 2cal! Hope that helps :)
I don't think FF WC is as thick, but I think it is better than nothing. The whey/casein blend might do it (the thickness/smoothness you're desiring without whipped topping) for you without the whipped cream. I can' give you a positive answer because that's multiple variables now, but itll take you two or three tries and you perfect it, guaranteed.
Mina needs to make a video just on how to pronounce his name.😂 Every video I’ve seen, no one seems to know how to pronounce his last name🙈 Ok.... back to the video🤤
would you adjust your prior recipes to match the ratios similar to this one? or would you make say, your birthday cake protein ice cream the same exact way?
Hmm that’s actually a really interesting question! I know he puts a ton of time into recipes and has said eventually he’d consider a “v2” of some recipes. That Birthday Cake cream slaps so hard though.. would you even dare tinker with it?? 🤔
@@xanny6 yeah, i was wondering if i could basically tweak the birthday cake repice to have less ice slivers, but also I love volume so I don't think I can sacrifice volume for less ice slivers hahah
Nick, did you try to put the cookie dough in the freezer for a bit just to harden and then take out and cut up into pieces? Maybe a little hardness in the cookie dough can make the texture a bit more accurate.
The dough made as is doesn't lend well to freezing. I tried and while it solidified, it quickly started thawing. If the batter was a little less liquid I'm sure it would work perfectly though!
@@xanny6 Ahaa, i see. The slight hardness of the cookie in cookie dough ice cream is what made it great for me. Maybe theres a way to make it work out.
@@xanny6 yes, completely depends on how together you’re dough is. The batch I made was thiccc thiccc, like the consistency of a store bought. Just a matter of putting more dry ingredients in.
Yeah shuffles is right. Just more dry ingredients. Which also is more calories. If I was trying to go for that route, I probably would've subbed an egg yolk for more flour. And I did try more flour/protein but didnt think texture/hardness was as flavorful than the thick ooey gooey.
What can poor Europeans substitute for whipped topping ? 🤣I saw you said Greek yogurt I was thinking of something like cream cheese?banger recipe as always, Creamender.
Hmm off the top of my head a couple suggestions. 1) The cream cheese could work, if you wanted virtually the same calories you'd want about 37g to hit 40cal. 2) Bumping the Greek Yogurt up to 170g will give you the 40cal. 3) A batch of pudding prepared how the box says (typically 7g powder, 120ml milk of choice) will give you about 32-37cal depending on flavor of pudding and type of milk used. You'd just have to wait a few hours for the pudding to set. Hope that helps man! :)
@@_zd6095 Vanilla would give you the best neutral flavor. Not saying cheesecake would ruin the flavor, it'd probably slap just as hard. But vanilla would definitely be the best way to go for a consistent flavor, you'd also save 5cal using vanilla vs cheesecake :)
@@xanny6 much appreciated man. I’ll try it today with all in Greek yogurt and then with cream cheese and jello in the next days to see which is best. I’ll let you know. Thanks again man.
@@_zd6095 Definitely would be interested in the results 👍. Another option I thought of would be 30ml of Fat Free Evaporated milk combined with the almond milk in the recipe. Or you could do 60ml for about 45 cal. Really makes it creamy, but I wasn’t sure if you guys had that in Europe.
I went back through his Ice Cream videos and did some looking. In his Lemon Oreo Recipe video based on how his hand is positioned on the blender when he turns it on, he pushes HIGH. So I'm going to assume he blends on HIGH for each recipe :) Hope that helps!
@@Exercise4CheatMeals ok thanks! Also just got around to trying the smores ice cream and it was 🔥. Looking forward to that pizza pot pie. Keep grinding 💪
It was such a random idea too when I was making the mint Oreo recipe and ended up being something I carried on into other recipes because it worked so well. Going to check the review video out in a minute Kenny!!
Jello is there to thicken and add flavor. If not using Jello, probably bump the total grams of the xanthan/guar gums up to 3.5 or 4g (so either 1.75-2g each or 4g total). Obviously it's going to be lacking in flavor without the Jello, so you'd want more sweetener or something to give you that sweetness that you'd be missing.
Yeah can you get any vanilla pudding mix at all? The ones with sugar are only 5 or 10 more calories per serving and were only using one serving. The sweetness and flavor it adds it pretty big. You definitely would have to make it up with more sweetener.
No cool whip at your stores either?? I would just add more greek yogurt then. I am not sure about anything thats comparable to be honest. I always used 40 more grams of greek yogurt in all my older videos to help get that smoothness. Also, Xanny is right you will need to add more guar/xan gum as well
@@Exercise4CheatMeals Wow, thank you for the response. I'm super excited to try this recipe. Your shakes seem to have the best consistency out of all the anabolic "ice creams" out there. I love this recipe so much & for those cals 🤯 thank you, so so much. This is now going to be a difficult choice I face each day - which one do I pick?! 😂
King of Cream 🙏
WOW, I just made this and the whip cream is the game changer, this is my favorite already, keep up the great work............ DUECESSSSSSSS
Thanks Xavier. Ok bye.
The 🐐 does it again! Swear to God your recipes are magical! Appreciate you as always!
And another recipe to make this weekend, we litttt💪🏻
The amount of work you must have out into this must have been off the charts. Think the shake alone without the cookie dough would be delicious. Definitely making this at some point.
It was alot, but the love being shown has been worth it.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals made just the shake portion of it last night and it was excellent as usual.
It is serious a pro tip to grate the chocolate it goes so far for such a small amount..yes!!!
I am glad you agree! Bigger chunks are great and all, but you dont get it in nearly the whole thing and most of them fall to the bottom!
It cud b because its new but the strawberry donut is my all time fav... at least for the time being
Definitely gonna try these Recipes in the summer!!

Completely fire and I used coconut flour even and I can’t believe it’s not butter, still good af
Finally made the cookie dough. Amazing
This cream stands out from the others! This one resembles closer to real soft serve for sure! Definately worth the lesser volume. Can't wait till you come up with some more flavors! 10/10.
Derick!! Yooo. Glad you approve. Always trying to find ways to improve the cream!
So Today I took some parts from this cream and used it on your Mint Oreo one ....... It was sooooo good.
I put in the whipped cream and used half guar and half xanthan gum.. that's all I changed. You have to try it, it's a game changer.
Adds more calories but tastes so good.
The closest to a real ice cream consistency than any other recipe I have tried thus far. Keep rockin and a rollin cap’t.
There we go!! I definitely agree. Lets get it!!
Ok great man can’t wait to try it bro seriously love your Channel
Thank you Austin. I am here for you.... and a little bit me. Lol. Im excited for you to enjoy.
My son and I made the base recipe tonight since I haven't had time to make the cookie dough yet. I was very pleased with the smoothness and lack of ice chunks. I did have Maple Oreos, and those worked really well with ice cream. Looking forward to making the cookie dough in the next week or two!
Wow that sounds amazing. Chocolate chip Maple Oreo. Always puts a smile on my face when the kids like it too!!
Sounds like an interesting one!
Thank you for trying it out Nicki!
10:50 That is 100% the case Nick. When I was experimenting with minimizing ice chunks by pre blending, I constantly noticed a reduction in volume at the end! Interesting to see you had the same results :)
Glad to see it wasnt just me and that I am not completely crazy.
All you have to do to avoid ice chunks is to blend frozen almond milk with ice on its own before any ingredients to create a snowy airy consistency. Then you add in all dry and wet ingredients. Texture is way more like ice cream
Sweet! Can't wait to pair this with the anabolic cookie dough 😋
Did you try the dough yet!?!? You haven't said anything on IG.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals lmao you take that back, I totally made it yesterday and tagged you in my IG story 😜

Honest review:
Taste, consistency, etc of the ice cream itself is fantastic.
Heyo Nick! Here I am :) Early to bed, early to rise. Makes a man creamy, dreamy, and leaves him satisfied! Let's get into this dough, bro!
LMAO I am definitely getting creamy and dreamy tonight Xannster.
Slapping all of this together was a bit of work but well worth it. You hit this one out of the park Nick! Tastes exactly like a Chocolate Chip Cookie dough ice cream! Luckily I was able to rebound off the Casein Protein screw up with a little fair life milk and it still tastes great 👍 only shake I haven't tried now is the Birthday Cake.... oh and lemon, screw lemon 🤮 lol you're the man bro 👊 Your Shake recipes alone are worth more than Gregs cookbook...shhhh don't tell him I said that 😉
Oooohh we eatin GOOD tonight 😤 thanks for another great recipe!
No problem Aqua!
to get rid of ice chunks, blend ice first then add other ingredients. Works every time for me
I tried 5 or 6 times.
Two days in a row and you know its real! Absolutely amazing!
I saw the title and it put a smile on my face😁

Hi thank you for the info onv swerve...i will change my sugar replacement !
Definitely good for a sugar replacement. The ither are still great, but for the caloric content and less distress on the bowels, I had to go with it.

Killed it 👍

@@Exercise4CheatMeals 😆 hell yeah that recipe was fire af 🔥 definitely in my arsenal so I stay on my diet
Check the new blizzard video brother
Good shit!!!
Let's get it into it Clinton.
Have you tried folding in the whipped cream after blending the other ingredients so you don't lose any of the fluff from it and so you get little pockets of cream?
I have not, but that's a very good idea. It just takes forever to actually fold it in. Check back in if you end up making it like that!
What change to the recipe should I do if I want it thicker than last time? I prefer ice cream texture over shake texture. Gotta pass the over the head test.
Mas guar gum/xanthan gum for sure.
Bro I can’t wait to try this
I hope its as good in your opinion as a banana cream pie
Just made the ice cream without the cookie dough and it's amazing have just been lazy to make the cookie dough.
Hey if the chocolate chip cream is good on its own, just wait til you big balls of dough in there

Its too damn good, cant resist.

Hey nick, I’ve had ur cookie dough literally everyday with my protein ice cream and I also warm up a quest bar in the microwave and chop it up and throw it in there for a double wombo combo 🥴. I gotta say man the cookie dough has done so much good man, thank u! I tried ur ice cream today and I think that I may have just not mixed in the ingredients in between blend intervals so i kinda tasted a weird taste from it or something. Can u think of any other possible errors or have similar experiences sometimes? Anyways, will be attempting it tomorrow again
I did scrape the sides, but maybe not good enough is what I think*
Well im so glad you love the cookie dough. As for the ice cream, the only thing i can thinknis if it isnt sweet enough. If it isnt theres usually some residual tartness from the greek yogurt although w my precise ingredients i always make sure i dont even have a 1% hint. Following. Plz update
@@Exercise4CheatMeals hey nick! Great news: 2nd and third attempt was a great success! I assume that I didn’t scrape the sides as well initially. I have two go-to recipes that I like more but both are around 100-125 more calories, and on most days during tough college weeks I have to reduce the amount of exercise and calories so I always have two protein ice creams on those days to keep me more full. I need to move to America to make these recipes lmao.
Looks delicious, hope some day we'll get the products you guys use to make this.
France is a third world country. Not driving 30 miles for some fat free yogurt. When I read France I read butter and baguette. It's not the country of taste it's the country of calories. Same thing though right
That stinks man. I am sorry to hear that. In just the last couple years alot more stores have carried FF things so hopefully in the next couple theyll start offering these things there too.
If you live near Germany you could try going to Edeka, Lidl or Aldi :) they tend to have low fat (0,8%) diary stuff :)
@@sovaponoc9970 Dang there's an Aldi close to me I didn't even know, I'm gonna check if they have stuff I need. Already checked lidl, in France they don't have anything that's crazy. Thanks !
Do you know if fat free whipped cream would work? Also, what should I do if I have a whey casein blend?
The whipped cream should work! If using a W/C blend and you want the same thickness as in the video, either add a slight amount, maybe 10-15ml, more milk. You could also try taking .5g off from ONE, not both, of either xanthan or guar gum.
Unless you have a dead accurate scale, it's probably easier to add the milk for an extra 2cal! Hope that helps :)
I don't think FF WC is as thick, but I think it is better than nothing. The whey/casein blend might do it (the thickness/smoothness you're desiring without whipped topping) for you without the whipped cream. I can' give you a positive answer because that's multiple variables now, but itll take you two or three tries and you perfect it, guaranteed.

would you adjust your prior recipes to match the ratios similar to this one? or would you make say, your birthday cake protein ice cream the same exact way?
Hmm that’s actually a really interesting question! I know he puts a ton of time into recipes and has said eventually he’d consider a “v2” of some recipes. That Birthday Cake cream slaps so hard though.. would you even dare tinker with it?? 🤔
@@xanny6 yeah, i was wondering if i could basically tweak the birthday cake repice to have less ice slivers, but also I love volume so I don't think I can sacrifice volume for less ice slivers hahah
I’m sure it would come close, but I’m definitely not 100%.
If we put it in the freezer, would it have real ice cream consistency??
This can never be “real” but some people really like freezing it and letting it melt for about 20 mins. They say its close
@@Exercise4CheatMeals thank youuuuu!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
@@yea41908 I know exactly what you mean! If I figure it out and get a great solid dough I'll let you know man!
Does regular whipped cream work?
It’ll work but might only work half has good. Honestly never tried.
Yes omg
Yessssss
@@xanny6 thank you man ! Would you think cheesecake jello would do it or something like vanilla?
Could u adjust recipe for the ninja creami?
May have been asked before, but what speed do you mix on, 1, 2, or 3?
I went back through his Ice Cream videos and did some looking. In his Lemon Oreo Recipe video based on how his hand is positioned on the blender when he turns it on, he pushes HIGH. So I'm going to assume he blends on HIGH for each recipe :) Hope that helps!
Could I 1 and 1/2 the recipe for more ice cream?
Yes, but I dont think it'll all fit in the blender.

“Shredding” the Hersey kisses is simple and genius to get more of a balanced flavor 👌
It was such a random idea too when I was making the mint Oreo recipe and ended up being something I carried on into other recipes because it worked so well. Going to check the review video out in a minute Kenny!!
If i dont have jello? what can i use?
@@Exercise4CheatMeals i will look for it
alternatives for whipped topping?
No cool whip at your stores either?? I would just add more greek yogurt then. I am not sure about anything thats comparable to be honest. I always used 40 more grams of greek yogurt in all my older videos to help get that smoothness. Also, Xanny is right you will need to add more guar/xan gum as well
@@Exercise4CheatMeals thanks i'll do that
