One of my tutors at drama school was the wonderful Victor Spinetti. The tales he used to tell us about working with The Beatles and Peter Sellers et al.
Props to Katy Manning for keeping a straight face when the guy asks her the doctor Who question. She absolutely knows what hes getting at, but she doesnt break character.
I love the laid back set this time for the audience panel and star panel, plus Jon's lovely relaxed set up on that... oh my, not sure what the British term would be compared to loveseat
@@londonlady227 again, read my comment. I was wondering what the term for whatever JON was sitting on as I saw the couch the cast sat on. 😁👍 But thanks!

I met Katy Manning last year. What a super lovely lady. She spoke of her time with Jon so fondly.
I've never heard of anything bad said about Jon.

Miss Woods was played by Katy Manning who played as Jo Grant and she and Jon Pertwee teamed up on Doctor Who, and they're reunited on Whodunnit.
Ah, see-the Doctor did go back and see Jo!
One of the cast due to the great cast. It must have been a wonderful thrill for Dr Who to be reunited with his partner.
I bet! Jon ADORED Katy, and was devastated when she left.
@cheyennebrennan966 To be fair, Elizabeth Sladen (Sarah Jane) was well loved, too.

A loveseat is two seats. They were sitting on a regular sofa.

Surprised he didn't say that was Patrick Troughton on the phone! ;)
Great tv. Saw this as a kid. It holds up well
It's a pity that Nicholas Courtney (the Brigadier) wasn't on this, too. He's appeared in a few others.
R.I.P Robin Parkinson 1929-2022
Terry Scott seems really unpleasant.
Terry Scott was known as an unplesant person and that comes across here
Quite true. A friend of mine was in panto with him. He was a lecher with the chorus girls but also not a nice person.
Miss Woods played by Katy Manning was Jo Grant the assistant to Dr Who who was Jon Pertwee.

Keithnaylor I reckon they got it on and who can blame him
@@georgecurtis5371Agreed! Watch their body language throughout the series.
Why in the seventies was it fashionable to have very very thick long hair for men? It seems they never knew what a barber was back then lol?
Mis Reynolds is a looker
