    You’re hair came out gorgeous. I’ve been natural for 10 years and I’m over it 😂. I can’t wait to texlax again!

    I'll second what someone else said. Mild scurl mixed with the olaplex treatment works really well. My hair never had any damage whatsoever doing that method. Quarter relaxing treatment, 50% moisturizerizing conditioner, 25% olaplex 3.

      Do you mean you mean mixing scurl texturiser with conditioner?

      @penimeth6472 no, their moisturizing solution imthat comes in a bottle. The Scurl texturizer is just a mild lye relaxer

    This is exactly how I do mine but I use a blow dryer on cool to dry my roots before applying the relaxer and it works every time

    10 months is impressive. I can only go about 3 months before the two textures become too difficult

      I went that long because I was pregnant and I don’t like to relax when I’m pregnant because I’m afraid of the chemicals. It was really hard.

    hey sis if I have texlaed hair is it okay for me to wash it everyday with water. By wash I mean have water pouring down my head for example when showering. Will the hair fallout or will it be okay because its just water?

    • @siesies000
      @siesies000 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If you have hard water it will be rough on your hair to wash it every day.

      Water is great for your hair! However, unless you have an in-home water filtering system. The harsh water will dry out your hair(High PH levels that disturb your scalps natural moisture balance). As a substitute you can add distilled/purified water to a mister and spirits your hair daily. I currently use aloevera water diluted with distilled water and my hair is extremely soft and hydrated.. Hope this helps!

    I feel like my hair is ruined.. Uhh! Its sooo weak and Im certain ill end up starting over... I have waist lengeth hair and I got tired of humidity ruining my straitened, elongated stles so i texlaxed it... Im debating if i should retouch it... or let it grow out then eventually cut the texturized hair. I try to deep condition every week and some of the curls have returned so I was happier but now im 7 months in and my new growth is giving me anxiety lol. I think ill try to retouch one more time ane hope for the best..

      @@UmaAbde is much stronger now but I am still very careful when combing/brushing. Curls hv come back a bit more as well. I retouched but didn't use all the activator (like 60%) n reduced time so I'm happier with the results. I'm more aware of maintaining moisture.. all the time which may be why the curls hv come back a bit more

    • @trevacollins2929
      @trevacollins2929 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes hun and stay away from the heat and just do stretched styles if you want elongated styles rather than you're curls.
      I have been wanting to straighten my hair (I texturized as of 3 months ago) but I figured i should blow dry then do larges roller or different roller styles and see how my hair does. I have just been rocking wng and curly state styles now that my hair behaves bc of the texturizer .. good luck ❤
