My mom passed away from cancer 5 years ago. She was fighting it for 2 years prior.
She left me her car after she passed away in the cd player was this song (time to say good bye). I dont listen to this kind of music at all. Ever since she passed away when i listen it it i cry! I think it was left there by her she knew she was giving me the car only one song on the CD And it was this one ! She made this CD for me ! God i miss you mom. I didnt tell any family members you left a CD for me to find .

He's older so you may think it's his age that's making him sound a little different, but don't let it fool you. You can clearly tell he's holding back. Regardless of his age and the way it affects him... That is one POWERFULL ASS VOICE. Plus in other live performances there's more of an echo effect that sends his voice farther...

My mother passed away last April 10, 2018 the day of my graduation. Everytime I listen to this song I think how she took care of me since I was a kid. Imagining me talking her in the day of my graduation. Me: Mom , Why now? Mom: Time to say goodbye my son.

Reminds me of so much in my childhood... I used Pavarotti "Nessum Dorma" in his service (he was only 66, my Dad) because he loved Puccini. I wish I would have included this from Bocelli.
