Everyone is here saying they played this wonderful song at funerals- I played this when I walked down the aisle to marry my true love. The man that loved me so purely for who I am. I had a childhood of trauma and this was cathartic for me. I said goodbye to all of that and hello to my future. It’s been 15 years married now and this is my rebirth song.
This song is perfect no matter what you are saying goodbye to I personally use it as my song to say goodbye to my pest self knowing that I will never be that person again and all my past mistakes and failures are just something to use to learn for the future
I'm very sorry about your lost, that's life, we have a whole life to prepare to say goodbye to someone but we only start doing it when it's too late. I'm also sure she is on heaven, and you'll see her again 😉 sorry about my bad English, I'm Italian

My wife is 8 months pregnant and today while driving she was in a terrible head-on collision. Her car was pushed 15 meters while she was inside. She was transferred from the driver's seat to the passenger seat. I thank God that she survived without any injuries except the swelling. After checking, the baby is 100% okay. God is great

This song always reminds me of those I've lost, family, family-friends, former classmates and co-workers. I cry knowing that one day i will leave this world and someone else will be sad. This song holds a special place in my heart. Thank You Andrea for this masterpiece.
I was a young dresser working on Phantom of the Opera when it opened in 1987, and I was just 17. Sarah Brightman used to give me a beautiful smile as she waited to go on stage at the start of the show. I've only just realised writing this that I was the last person she was with before starting her performance every night. And she always gave me a beautiful long smile. She never came over to me, and I never went over to her, and neither of us ever said a single word. She just smiled forever and then went on stage. I will never forget your smiles. Thank you, Sarah. X

I lost my darling wife of 48 years - Julie on Nov 21, 2021 and had this playing as each person placed a flower on her coffin. This bring tears to my eyes as I really miss her and grieve even though she is with her mother and God.
Last year I lost my dad, 54 years old. I played this song at his funeral. It will forever have a special place in my heart, alongside my dad. Rest in peace dad - no more evil shall ever harm you!
My nan sadly passed from cancer and this song played as we all walked up and placed roses. It was so moving and emotional and this beautiful song will forever live on with the memory of my nan.
I send my condolences and I don't even know you. I to lost my father when I was only 22 and I was holding his hands as he passed away. Be strong and keep your head up high.
For our non-Italian friends the original title of the song is "Con te Partirò" meaning "i'll leave with you", and the lyrics are about true love. So, think about this to celebrate good moments of love!
The first time I heard this was in 1999, when I was locked up in jail. It was on a PBS special. It was a beautiful thing to hear, in a place full of ugliness and unwanted noise. Hearing it touched me deeply. And it has stayed with me all these years later. Today my life is drastically different. Growth and the passage of time have rendered a responsible middle-aged man. I wonder if hearing this, at that moment, had a small part in it? I like to think so. 😊
I never really cry about music or films and such, I've never done. But I distinctly remember, when I was about 4 years old crying to this song. It's just so beautiful!!
This song is about two lovers embarking on a journey together as one. The literal interpretation of the song title in Italian is "I will leave with you". The people they are saying goodbye to is not each other but to their loved ones as they begin a life together in a new world and become one flesh. It's a great song for a newlywed couple!
Even he is blind he looks like the most positive person of the world. God made the compensation and gave him an angel voice. EARGASM..while I'm listening this.

Hello Rosie, how are you doing today
Thanks to God for granting me, out of millions of years (past and futur), given me this opportunity to live and hear this melodious great song.
Эти люди становятся всё более прекраснее, как и их голоса. Помоги Бог людям доброй воли!
My god! Marcelito really nailed this song. He really sounded like this in his semis performance! Bravo!
True!
You know when Bocelli is amazed and just feeling the moment with his duet when he smiles. Came here because of Pomoy too.
#Legends
I believe that the God of the universe expresses his love and his beauty through everything he has created, this is yet another example, Glory to the most high!
It's so happy to hear melodies sung from the heart💖💖💖
I don't usually listen to this type of songs, but because of Marcelito I have to check this out. And thanks to him for singing this song. It's so beautiful and heartwarming. I hope he has a studio version of this song. I want to listen to his version all day.
I'm happy that Marcelito is now gaining some recognition in America, and sooner or later in every part of the world... He truly deserves it... I'm rooting for him to get to the finals of AGT...

Damian Ochoa I literally thought he was just shy and didn't want to look at the crowd the first time I saw him. I felt so damn stupid when I found out he was blind haha

"I really did"!!! as I type this.
Tuffsy lad 🤦♂️

Very Good voice!
I am always swept away by sadness every time I hear this song, Welcome to 2024
This song was just perfect for the closing of the Olympic Games. Even the name speaks for itself. If it had really been sung at the closing of such a grandiose event, then everyone would have burst into tears.
This is the best the world has to offer. If this doesn't bring tears, I pray for you.
Hi Paul check out as to how the song Amazing Grace came to be written Quite the story. I agree with you though that this rendition Time to say Goodbye is a better option to be sung when at a funeral. This duo is unbeatable
Have beautiful days hope you not in quarantine 👍🏻
Brings tears to my eyes every time.
trying to hide the tears!! amazing

I dedicate this song to my beloved mother who unfortunately passed away this February, she was a fan of Boceli. I now am a fan of this man because when I listen to his work I can just see my mom playing this while cooking.

This video has two moments that make me smile the purest smile.
1. 1:40 when Andrea smiles and places his hand on Sarah's back.
2. 3:11 when Sarah holds Andrea's hand.
He he
I'm listening to their voices and my heart is just filled with mixed emotions..i can't help but cry, tears are streaming down my eyes and i don't know why.
this was played at my Mum funeral in Feb 2023, as she said she wanted it played. It was an instrumental version, but I still can’t listen to the original without getting tearful
She sounds like a wonderful woman. I want the same

THIS is the only song that ever needs to exist. Ever.
Hello how are you doing?
And also a few of Andrea Bocelli’s song
True, I certainly don't need another. What for?🤔
Only the Sith think in terms of absolutes...
They are truly the best together with this beautiful masterpiece.🩷🩷
OMG, for me the most beautiful song ever !! I don't know what they're saying but it always brings tears to my eyes !!
Thank you Andrea & Sarah !! Bravo !! 😅 🤩

The way he smile at Sarah´s notes is magical
Y a pas au dessus
her lip synced notes that is...
wait really?
100% lip synced. Play the album version, then play this video right after. No live performance sounds EXACTLY like the studio version, nonetheless 10 years later.
I’m definitely not an Opera person but this is a beautiful song without a doubt .
Discovered in a Music Therapy Class at a previous Enrichment Job.

Amazing
Time to say good bye ..gooddd
Easily one of the most beautiful songs ever written
When I see Bocelli in these concerts I kinda feel sorry for the guys. Women adore him. He's a tough act to follow.
If they don't play this on my funeral, I'm not attending!
Joshua Angel wha.. bu.. wait.. wha.. HOW?!
Wait what the??
I'm not coming to your funeral either if they don't play this.
i will make it happen sir.
I can sing the chorus, badly, but my italian is not on par to sign the rest
Someone say that humankind shares a mutual language that's music. And this performance is proof for that claim.
You are so right. music goes beyond languages and countries ❤ listening to this in Accra Ghana🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Played this at my mother's funeral
Love this song so moving
I discovered this song watching the opening scene of "Blades of Glory" and had no idea who these two were. I've since watched them since this as a duo on here at least 50 times over the years.
