I assume you could do the jumps without a box but would need some sort of reference as to how you are progressing, and how high you are going each time?!
Which one do you think should be used/programmed first in either a training session or for a phase over weeks ect. Can both be worked on in the same session or is there too much of a trade off/not potent enough for the stimulus response. I only ask I’ve ruptured my Achilles and I’m at this current phase of plyos in my rehab (I’ve done one low intensity phase of plyos already for 8weeks)
Basically stick to light to medium level plyo stuff. When you do things that are really hard on bones, like the depth jumps, it can squish active growth plates
Can this also add inches to other areas?
ayo 🤨🤨🤨
Leg strengthening has the most testosterone boost and testosterone is the growing hormone sooo you can be the judge of that my guy
Actually yes! I have added extra inches to my front dash as well! Now I can defend better and fast break quicker
@@oneshottwo yes. I grew two extra inches 😏

Wait so jumping as fast as you can while also jumping as high as you could?
Would it matter if I added some lightweights to this exercise?
